In this Skill Sesh episode with Corina Tripon, Growth Coach and Founder of Ginger Root Society, we learn how to set ourselves up for success going into a new year and new decade in 2020! Corina shares why reflecting on the good, bad, and ugly of the past year is so important to starting the new year off with clean slate and her methods to ensure success and follow through on your goals and intentions for the new year!  1. Intentional reflection on the past year — the good, the bad and the ugly Start off your reflection with the positive: What have my biggest wins been in the past year? What am I most proud of? Face your shortcomings head on and learn from them. Show yourself forgiveness from any disapointments or perceived failures.  Clear space of all of the negative things that are effecting how you show up in the world 2. How to set yourself up for success and follow through with your goals and intentions for the year  Immerse yourself in a supportive community — Share your goals with a trusted friend or community that can support you and encourage you. It is more powerful and easier to accomplish your goals when you are immersed in a supportive community.  Break down your annual goals into smaller chunks to ensure aligned momentum — Start by strategizing your goals quarterly and then breaking that down into a weekly schedule of what needs to get done each week to accomplish your quarterly goals in order to keep yourself accountable.  Set Big Audacious Goals — Take the limits off of yourself and set big audacious goals. Go beyond your comfort zone and challenge yourself to dream about what could be possible.  Connect with Corina: Website: www.gingerrootsociety.com Instagram: @corinatripon
