Well, if you tuned in last week you know this is our last episode! Call it a hiatus, cuz, you never know what might happen. But it looks like this is it. We've both had a lot of good times making this, learned a ton, and had the opportunity to work on something we were both proud of. We go into better detail as to why in the episode. This week is a playlist that was pretty open to interpretation. We both kind of went different routes. Since we don't have them on the thumbnail, Chance's selections are: Red Foot by Fortezza, Reaper by Mormon Goth, Camel Crickets by Matty Garau, Pocketwatch by Tristan Smith, and Don't Dream It's Over by Crowded House. Nick went with So Long, And Thanks For All The Fish by A Perfect Circle, Money Trees by Kendrick Lamar, Here I Go Again by Whitesnake, My Way by Frank Sinatra, and Against The Wind by Bob Segar and the Silver Bullet Band. Genuinely, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for listening and all your support. It meant the world to us. We'll see you around. -Nick and Chance Instagram: www.instagram.com/otrcast/ Youtube: www.youtube.com/channel/UCJ3wLMZpEqCG6BWBrdoWDgA Spotify: open.spotify.com/show/1gzsakLzEvOUMaA7srFOB9 Soundcloud: @ontherecordpodcasts

Chris & Kelsey are safer at home and have nothing better to do than watch a 6-hour television miniseries about a global pandemic and then record one of the podcast's longest episodes yet! The Classic Miniseries: The Stand (1994) "After a deadly plague kills most of the world's population, the remaining survivors split into two groups - one led by a benevolent elder and the other by a maleficent being - to face each other in a final battle between good and evil” (IMDb.com). Even though this 6-hour miniseries is based on one of Stephen King's longer novels, this televisual epic had everything 90s TV was good at -- namely a high confidence-to-capability ratio! The Modern Film: Quarantine (2008) "A television reporter and her cameraman are trapped inside a building quarantined by the CDC, after the outbreak of a mysterious virus which turns humans into bloodthirsty killers” (IMDb.com). American cinema did what it always does and went and remade a foreign movie, this time Spain's [•REC]. But relax, it's basically the same movie. 4 years, 6 Months and 2 days. That's how long it's been since the end of high school/season 4 and since our Tree Hill crew wrote their names on the rivercourt proclaiming they'd all be back and nothing will have changed. Boy were they wrong! (Sorta anyway) Season 5 of One Tree Hill begins with a flashforward that most definitely changes the way you'll watch the show. Now young adults with their high school drama behind them, our favorite Tree Hillers have gone on to do great things... maybe. Have the kids we known for 4 fast paced, drawn out high school seasons acheived their dreams or have they fallen flat on their faces? it's time to find out! Isn't there an old adage that states "The more things seems to change, the more they stay the same"? That certainly applies to the residents of Tree Hill in season 5. Sure, things have moved forward, but these kids still don't have it figured out. Of course season 5 brings us all the Tree Hill things we love; Love Triangles, Evil Parents, Psychos, Music, Basketball and Weddings. Sure we've jumped 4 years ahead, but trust us it's sorta feels like we never left high school behind this season. Strap in as One Tree Hill reaches 100 epsiodes and beyond this season and we talk all about it!    Join us as we discuss all things One Tree Hill (and then some) in our bingecasting of the series! This week our trio sits down and discusses the season 5 episodes "Don't Dream It's Over" and "In Da Club"   Join as this week we sit down and start talking about all the new things to unpack in Season 5 of One Tree Hill. We happen to discuss losing weight, Sex in Public Places and Stealing Men..and we also talk about these episodes!   If you like what you hear, or you don't please send us feedback and don't forget to rate, review and subscribe!   Follow us on Twitter: https://twitter.com/OnlyOthPod Like Our Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/OnlyOTHpod/ Email us at: theresonlyothpod@gmail.com Check our Soundcloud!  Itunes Feed: https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/theres-only-one-tree-hill.../id1144795491  Our website where you can find all our eps and donate is here: http://theresonlyoth.podbean.com/ We're on Stitcher, check us out and rate us!
