To help kick off the celebrations Im joined by an absolute hero of mine, Felix Buxton from the legendary Basement Jaxx We have a waffle about all things Mental Health, Coping Mechanisms and of course the MUSIC! No matter what age you are you've heard a Basement Jaxx song they have all the anthems such as 'WHERES YOUR HEAD AT', 'RAINDROPS' and 'ROMEO' they're my go to songs when I need a bit of a pick me up I mention it on the show all the time that music is my biggest coping mechanism and I love a gig or a festival, Basement Jaxx was actually one of the first gigs I ever went to and Ive been a huge fan ever since! Im not even sorry that I fan girl throughout this episode, this was a real bucket list moment for me so I really hope you enjoy it!
