On October 19th, Shane M. White and Jason Richardson did a Twitch Watch Party for the film "Halloween". A few people popped in and out of the chat, but no one commented - so it literally turned into an Audio Commentary for the film. In the first few minutes, Shane counts down and tells you when to hit PLAY on your copy, and then talks you through the first few title cards to make sure you're synced up for viewing. Then, Jason and Shane just discuss the film while they watch it. The sequels are discussed, modern horror films are discussed, and little tidbits of trivia are mentioned throughout. If you know the film, you don't really need to watch along - you can just listen to the guys talking.

What a treat to get not only another Halloween fan film, but to get one around the time Halloween Kills was supposed to drop... That's a gesture only true fans can make for the fans themselves. Enjoy, people.

Three years ago, we interviewed a fantastic duo, a brother/sister horror filmmaking team. First, we were lucky enough to interview the badass and talented actress and cosplayer, Ashley Mary Nunes to discuss her acting journey from acting in homemade horror films to eventually becoming a Scream Queen in such horror classics as All Through The House. Then through Ashley, we were able to sit down and discuss another awesome journey with her brother, Horror-film writer and director, Todd Nunes! With Todd we tracked his foray into the genre from creating horror-inspired plays at school to ultimately hitting the festival circuits with his original stories. After these fantastic podcast interviews, we started one of our first Hollywood Hustle traditions: our Annual #HalloweenHustle Horror Film Commentary episodes every Halloween with Team Hustle and Team Nunes! Year One we started with John Carpenter's classic "Halloween". Year Two saw James Wan's "The Conjuring" strike the podcast waves. Last year we set down with Brother/Sister duo Ashley Mary & Todd Nunes, Ashley is an actress and professional cosplayer who was featured in two episode in season one. Todd Nunes is a Writer/Director also featured in season one. We were able to sit with them last year to watch the original “Halloween”, this year we decided to move to a modern classic-to-be, “The Conjuring”. We discuss some of the facts, not only behind the making of the film, but also behind the actually case the film is based on.
