Jaringan ini harus cair (liquid) dan fleksibel, bukan kaku. Jaringan Cair menempatkan diri di zona subur "tepi kekacauan," tempat informasi bebas mengalir tanpa kehilangan struktur. Jaringan Cair membuat ide dari berbagai sudut bebas bertabrakan. Kita bisa melihat pola ini di terumbu karang dan kota dagang Renaisans. Desain kantor Google yang tanpa sekat adalah upaya rekayasa untuk memaksa insinyur dari departemen berbeda agar sering bertemu.
