Are women not preparing themselves correctly for executive positions? Do women not have enough opportunities? Have women not learned to play the game according to the male rules that have existed forever? With over 60% of today's university graduates being women, how can women help shift the system and change these statistics? What has to happen to the system to get more women in executive positions?
