With Justin and Griffin on tour, we've brought in Tina Sanchez (@teanah), who has worked on some of the biggest franchises in the games industry (and even hosted a podcast with Chris Plante ages ago!). She's here to teach us the magical world of video game producing and how the sauce all comes together into a bigger, better sauce. We're also diving a bit into our backlog, from Yakuza 0 to Outer Wilds and beyond. Other things talked about: Call of Duty, Apex Legends, God of War Ragnarok, Stray, Deep Rock Galactic and The Rehearsal on HBO.
We were so lucky to have our delightful, super-Mom, and environmental activist, Tina Sanchez with us to talk all about her experience of adoption her awesome little boy. We learned a lot and we know you will too--whether you have kids or not, this is a topic that effects us all. This is our first part in our three-part series on family planning. Real talk: we'll probably do a lot more than three because we hear parenting/childrearing/children is challenging? I mean, yes is the correct answer (so we're told). Let's go dominate 2020! Tina sees us for who we really are. Thanks for listening and please don’t forget to follow us on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. And also, like and subscribe on your favorite podcast provider!

Welcome to the split episode this week! In the first half of this podcast, Scooter, Matt Leone, Jeremy Parish, and Jose Otero talk about the whole Sony PSN debacle, a random story about Beyonce cancelling a game, and more ruminations about Nintendo's Project Café. Games-wise, we talk about Driver: San Francisco, Dead or Alive 3DS, Square Enix remakes, and Deus Ex: Human Revolution's version of a hyper-competent and powerful FEMA. After answering some questions about chicken'n'waffles and console generations, we switch to the second half, the Portal-cast with Scooter, Jose, Tina Sanchez, and Mike Nelson. That latter half is an hour full of Portal 2 spoilers and random free associations. And Portal 2 voice samples. Enjoy!
