On this special Transfer Market edition of the BAR show, we talked all things transfers – from the done deals to the rumours to the changes at the top, we gave our opinions on what's going on in this summer transfer window. Listen in as gave our analysis on the best business of the window so far & who we think will impress in the upcoming football season.

Back again(again)! In our return to business as usual, we kept it short & sweet. We gave our expert opinions on the relegation battle shaping up at the bottom of the Premier League, followed by a take on how things are looking at the top of the league. We followed that up with news from Serie A where things are shaping up to be just as exciting as ever before. Next, the madness of the Champions League was on the agenda & we rounded it off with predictions on how the season will finish. This is a *mwah* return episode. 

Happy 2022! The BAR show is back & in this episode (sorry to our Ghanaian friends for the caption), we give our opinions on a few rumors going around this January transfer window. We also take a look at some key managerial changes as well as make some bold predictions about the rest of the premier league season to be played. In your opinion, what is the most ENTERTAINING league in Europe RIGHT NOW? 

In this episode, we take a look at some marquee matchups from this weekend's premier league action. In a couple of new segments tagged 'Cut Back' & 'Tactically Speaking', we gave our thoughts on a surprising take from a footballing legend, as well as went into detail on what Solskjær can do on & off the pitch to get Manchester United back on track. Anddddd We're back!! Season 2 is bigger, better and packed with a lot of new fun segments!! We recap the first few weeks of football across Europe's best leagues and talk about teams that have impressed us so far, as well as the ones that we're still looking to see more from. We tackle the transfer window and put the spotlight on players who have adjusted well in their new teams as well as those who have found it difficult so far this season. We wrap up by debuting our brand new segment "Reading Numbers" where we each highlight a key stat and discuss why we think it's important in the bigger picture. 

We start by discussing the Copa America final and the massive win for Argentina. We talk about Messi's legacy in international tournaments and the legendary coaching team behind Argentina's completely new look. We then dive into the lineups, in-game tactical choices and penalty shootout that ultimately settled the Euro 2020 final. We wrap up by going through slides showing our choices for Team of The Season (with honorable mentions on the bench) and individual awards for players and coaches in the tournament. We dive right into reviewing the Euro 2020 Semi-Finals and discussing the mouthwatering final on Sunday between Italy and England. We spotlight both teams, how they can hurt each other and what they need to do to take home the big prize. We then address notable tournament absentees from the teams that made it to the semi-finals- players who we thought would have featured more, but have ultimately been no more than peripheral at best. We talk about the blockbuster Copa America final and what wins would mean to the legacies of Lionel Messi and Neymar respectively. Our last stop is PSG, who have been very aggressive in the transfer window; we dissect their transfer window strategy as it takes more shape and analyze their prospects for next season as they prioritize the Champions League. 

We dive deeply into the completed Euro 2020 quarterfinals. We preview the mouthwatering semifinal matchups as Spain take on Italy and Denmark gear up to face England. We even put the Danish lineup up against the English if both sides choose to play the same system. We assess the manager transfer window which is finally coming to an end as teams prepare for pre-season work. We talk about about what Spurs can expect from Nuno Espirito Santo, and what Everton and Crystal Palace can expect from Rafa Benitez and Patrick Vieira respectively. We wrap up by talking about the big Jadon Sancho transfer and hearing directly from a United fan's mouth what it means for them.

It's been a lovely break but the team is back doing what it loves best! We dive right in to the Euro 2020 action and spend time discussing the teams that have impressed us the most as well as the teams that have been underwhelming. We analyze the players at the tournament who have raised their stock with stellar performances and also the players who have lowered their market value with disappointing performances. We talk about how we think the latter stages will play out and give our favorites and cop out second-favorite answers. We get into the manager transfer window and put a special spotlight on Tottenham's search for a replacement manager. We discuss the final standings in La Liga and put the spotlight on Atletico Madrid and what they did in order to win their 11th title. We analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the promoted teams from the Championship and talk about current Premier League teams that might struggle next season. We touch on the dramatic fight for the Top 4 in the Premier League and why Leicester ultimately missed out. We give our takes on Harry Kane's season and prospects for the summer and beyond, before delving into managerial changes at Wolves, Crystal Palace and potentially Southampton and Brighton amongst others. We spend time on some free agents this summer and where we think they might be headed next. Right at the end, we celebrate Robert Lewandowski for breaking the Bundesliga scoring record this weekend.  

We start by diving into our 3 different EPL team of the season picks (for the first time ever we have slides so come see us on Youtube). We leave no stones unturned by touching on managers, a substitutes bench, and individual awards. We then switch gears and discuss the best and worst Panenka penalties we've seen (you know why). We talk about the UCL and UEL final match ups before discussing Chelsea, the FA Cup Final and the late top-four drama in the Premier League. Sticking with drama, we briefly talk about the Ligue 1 and La Liga title races which are going to the final day! Our last stop is Jose Mourinho's appointment at AS Roma and what that means for Italian Football and the game in general. 

We are back again and get stuck in with the meaty Champions League fixtures coming up this week. We analyze last week's results and give predictions for Istanbul. We dive into the Europa League fixtures and the tie at the Emirates that still has all to play for, and likewise who we think will join Manchester United (spoiler alert) in Gdansk! Our next topic takes us to the Ballon D'Or and who we think has put themselves in the conversation so far this year. With little to talk about from actual Premier League games, we talk about the Glazers at Manchester United and the Old Trafford protests that saw the biggest game in England postponed this weekend. Our last (and new) segment is "Quick Hits" and we have two today: Gareth Bale's performance this weekend and Inter Milan winning the Scudetto. 

We welcome our first ever special guests today- Dotun Ojo and Tuale Ajuyah! We start where everyone is starting these days- The European Super League. We cover it from every single angle possible, starting by giving background before exploring big and small team league dynamics and the difference ways fans, coaches and players have influenced recent outcomes. We talk about ramifications that we've already seen (Ed Woodward and Andrea Agnelli) as well as what we might expect in the coming days, months and even years to come. We dive deep into implications for the women's game and the nuance there before using that as a lens to explore the rollout from Florentino Perez and the other founding clubs. We wrap up that discussion by looking at the 50+1 rule in Germany, that notably prevented German clubs' inclusion and comparing club structures across the top European leagues. For our second and last topic, we discuss the other major piece of news- Jose Mourinho and Tottenham Hotspur parting ways. We analyze his tenure at N17 and the appointment of Ryan Mason (the youngest ever Premier League Manager).

We  revisit our old predictions and analyze the Champions League matches that took place while looking forward to the second legs. We spotlight Liverpool in Europe and domestically, and what the rest of the season looks like for them. We wrap up with previewing the upcoming Europa League fixtures.

We move on to discuss the greatest number 9s in Premier League History as we get ready to say goodbye to Kun Aguero who is undoubtedly in the conversation. We wrap up by previewing the quarterfinals of the Champions League, covering important availability updates and predicting what the final four will be. 

We do a deep dive on the Chris Wilder situation and revisit our previous opinions on the relegation battle in the Premier League. We talk about the Top 4 battle and our updated end-of-season predictions. We analyze the concluded ties in the Europa League and Champions League and preview the important ties still in the balance. With the U21 championships on the horizon, we discuss the current crop and quality of English young players.
