Jack is joined by Stu and Jay to try and harness some desperately needed positivity ahead of a monumentally important weekend for Tottenham Hotspur. We kick things off by reflecting on a surprisingly uplifting night in the Champions League. Despite crashing out on aggregate, the 3-2 victory over Atletico Madrid showcased a squad genuinely fighting for the shirt. We discuss Igor Tudor finally securing his first win, the brilliance of the Archie Gray and Xavi Simons. We also touch upon that controversial refereeing decision right before Julian Alvarez's equaliser. Attention then quickly turns to the grim reality of our domestic campaign and the prospect of a relegation six-pointer against Nottingham Forest this Sunday. Stu and Jay take us through the motivation behind their incredible fan-led movement, 'Show Up. Sing Up. Stay Up.' We explore the mental shift required to put our deep-seated anger towards the board to one side for 90 minutes, simply because the alternative of dropping into the Championship is completely unthinkable. The lads lay out the exact logistical plan for Sunday, urging everyone to gather at The Bricklayers from 11:30 AM. We talk about the sheer impact a massive, vocal crowd can have when the team coach arrives what it will do to both our players and the opposition before kick-off. Jack welcomes Phil back to the pod to bask in the glory of a Tottenham win. Well, it wasn't actually a win, but it certainly felt like one. The pair discuss the sheer relief of taking a glorious, precious point away from Anfield, the scene of so many historic horrors for Spurs, after relegation Richarlison popped up at the back post to silence the Kop. We dissect just how vital this point, and more importantly the performance, is in the wider context of this miserable season. The players finally did exactly what we asked of them and showed some genuine fight on the pitch. Huge credit is also handed to Igor Tudor. After navigating a particularly unpleasant post-match interview with flying colours, we ask if the interim boss is finally starting to win the fanbase over. Attention then briefly turns to the Champions League return leg against Atletico Madrid. We debate whether the fixture holds any real importance anymore, and if Antonin Kinsky should be given the chance to avenge his disastrous away leg. Finally, Jack and Phil reflect on the massive part the fans have to play in keeping Tottenham in the top flight, with the crucial domestic clash against Nottingham Forest looming on the horizon. Midweek European Madness Review: No Wins For English Sides in Champions League and Tudor Embarrasses Kinsky at Spurs

The first legs of the Champions League last 16 brought the drama this week as goals flew in everywhere, goalies were hooked and ball boys floored as Europe's best duked it out. Spurs' embarrassing season went from worse to embarrassing as Igor Tudor chose to blood 22-year-old Czech goalkeeper Antonin Kinsky at Atletico Madrid, only for the gloveman to make two horrendous errors as Tottenham shipped three in the first 15 minutes. Kinsky was taken off by Tudor and ignored as he went down the tunnel as his side went on to lose 5-2. Chelsea also lost by the same score line in Paris as Pedro Neto took out his frustrations on a stubborn ball boy and Arsenal couldn't get the job done at Bayer Leverkusen, drawing 1-1. Newcastle, Manchester City and Liverpool all failed to win too, meaning the Premier League's coefficient ranking is at threat going into next week's second legs. He has held titles of Sports Journalists' Association and Football Supporters' Association Football Writer of the Year on numerous occasions is now also co-host of the superb Football Boardroom Podcast alongside ex-Liverpool/Chelsea/Villa executive Christian Purslow. We get a journalist perspective of what Henry is making of Tottenham's fall at a time in which Spurs are considering their options for a second change of manager in a month after three defeats in Igor Tudor's first three matches in charge. As things stand, the club say Tudor will take the team for the Champions League game against Atletico Madrid on Tuesday. We discuss with Henry if Tudor's under merely a stay of execution, and if they was to sack the Croatian where they could turn to with the limited options available at this time. It's understood that after the game on Thursday night against Crystal Palace, and still in kit, the Tottenham players held an impromptu discussion in the changing room. There was talk of facing up to the gravity of the situation and taking more personal responsibility for performances. We discuss with Henry whether these players can dig us out of the mess we are in and stop the Club from being relegated. We also dissect whether The Lewis Family are in it for the long-haul at Spurs and what the future's look like for CEO Vinai Venkatesham and Sporting Director Johan Lange. We finally close on the importance of Spurs being in the Premier League and if the unthinkable was to happen, the consequences of that event. Jack welcomes Billie from the When The Whistle Blows podcast back to the show to reflect on the current doom spiralling at Tottenham Hotspur. With board neglect, mounting injuries, and a general feeling that the universe is conspiring against us, we try to find a reason to remain hopeful. We ask if the fans are now the last bastion keeping the club in the Premier League. The pair explore the heavy emotional toll of constantly rallying behind a team that has let the supporters down so often over the past couple of years, and discuss how we can possibly muster the energy to keep going when times are this tricky. Billie also touches on a fascinating conversation he recently had with renowned journalist Henry Winter on Last Word on Spurs alongside Ricky Sacks. We discuss how disarming, yet incredibly validating, it was to have somebody with such vast footballing knowledge from outside the Tottenham bubble notice the exact same structural failings that Spurs fans have been screaming about. Finally, attention turns to the Champions League and the upcoming clash with Atletico Madrid. Despite the sad reality that this could be the last game Spurs play in Europe's elite competition for quite some time, we debate whether the fixture simply feels like an unwelcome distraction from the terrifying and all-consuming threat of domestic relegation. Griffin Warner talk betting for Tuesday. Griffin Warner returned to break down a packed Tuesday card featuring Champions League second leg matchups and a deep slate of college basketball, while also unveiling a significant promotional offer. The European focus begins with Atletico Madrid hosting Club Bruges after a dramatic 3 3 draw in Belgium. Atletico, now one and a quarter goal favorites at home, surrendered both a 2 0 and 3 2 lead in the first leg. Bruges, who covered plus one and a half previously, showed resilience with several quality attacking moments and a late equalizer. With aggregate scoring determining advancement and extra time looming if tied, Warner prefers holding Bruges plus one and a quarter, anticipating a potentially conservative Atletico approach if they secure a lead. The to advance price heavily favors Atletico, yet Warner does not dismiss Bruges entirely. Inter Milan face a steeper challenge, trailing 3 1 on aggregate to Norwegian side Butuglimpt. Inter are two goal favorites in Milan and minus 1.30 to advance despite the deficit. Road goals no longer matter, increasing the likelihood of extra time if Inter win by two. Warner expects Butuglimpt to defend but remain opportunistic on counters, suggesting plus two and the under three and three quarters could offer value in a controlled match where Inter must press but may struggle to run away. Bayer Leverkusen return home with a 2 0 advantage over Olympiakos after scoring twice in quick succession in Athens. Leverkusen are three quarter goal favorites, yet Warner sees intrigue in Olympiakos if forced to attack. The total sits at three shaded under, but given both sides' scoring tendencies he leans toward over three at plus money, even though Leverkusen are overwhelming favorites to advance. Newcastle's tie appears effectively decided after a dominant first leg against an Azerbaijani opponent, with the English side laying two and a half goals. Warner notes lineup dependent volatility and suggests monitoring numbers shortly before kickoff. Shifting to college basketball, Washington laying five at Rutgers raises red flags due to travel and Rutgers' home setting. Dayton catching five at home against St. Louis stands out given the Flyers' environment despite SLU's strong resume. Notre Dame plus seventeen against top ranked Duke is described as a hold your nose spot, while Georgetown as a short home favorite versus Marquette fits Warner's preferred range for laying points. He questions Virginia's rating against NC State, highlights Cincinnati plus six at Texas Tech after a key injury to JT Toppin, and evaluates West Virginia at Oklahoma State in a Big 12 bubble battle. Oklahoma plus two at home against Auburn becomes the featured play, with Warner expressing skepticism toward short road favorites in critical bubble scenarios. Additional notes include intrigue with Florida State as a home underdog to Miami, Arizona State catching points at TCU, and Nevada at pickem hosting New Mexico. The promotional code West25 offers 25 percent off any purchase at Pregame.com through March 2, including season long access packages, marking the largest discount he has provided on the platform. The official best bet closes the show with Oklahoma plus two on the home floor in Norman against Auburn. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
