In today's episode, learn why there are some things that are just none of our business. There's God‘s business, there's other peoples business, and then there's our own business. By clearly understanding what we have power over we will access our ability to create our lives the way we want and let go of how things work out and what other people think.
When you consider what we call setbacks as something holding you back or keeping you from reaching your goal or something hard that gets in the way, it literally is a setback, but if we can change the way we view it as being a step forward or a step up instead, then we can still continue to progress forward on this journey, no matter the situation.

Faith is an essential part of growth and helps our experience on this earth and in who we become, but Faith in Christ is what is essential for truth to be understood. I have learned that knowing the difference between faith in Christ and faith in self or in things and people of the world is what will strengthen us spiritually and allow true transformation.
Being able to be playful, experience connection, and flow in our life can be a great way to become the version of ourselves that we want to be forever. Fun is all about that playfulness. It's about connecting to ourselves and to others in the relationships we want to have and allowing flow easily, and in also aligning with other values that we have and let go of distractions.
