I can't believe it, but we are already heading into Quarter 2! 99% of Mompreneurs in the social selling and online business space fall into one of these 3 categories when it comes to their Q1 goals: 1. They missed their goals (likely because they didn't believe they could hit them in the first place. 2. They're on the right track, but just haven't put in enough time and energy to pay the price of admission. 3. They hit their goals because their goals were actually too small to start off with. The truth is- only 1% of Momprenuers are SLAYING their goals and living in true financial freedom and time freedom. If you're somewhere within the 99%, then it's time to take a really close look at your goals and your action plan for Q2. In this workshop-style episode, I'll walk you through exactly how to set goals that will allow you to gain momentum and totally crush your business this quarter! You'll walk away from this episode with a SOLID GOAL PLAN for Q2! You also won't want to miss my FREE MASTERCLASS on Wednesday, May 5th at 8 PM EST. In this Masterclass we are going to take it a step further and I'll be giving you the blueprint you need to not just set those goals, but CRUSH THEM too! Hey mommas, in today's episode we talked with Life Coach, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Kim Fuller of Fuller Life Concepts, Inc. She speaks on the challenges of balancing independence and dependance taken from a chapter that she had the pleasure of writing “Living Independent” in the book Mommy Divas on the Move:16 Successful Secrets for Momprenuers. “Asking for help actually makes you stronger” - Priscilla Fields Kim begins her journey dating back to early 2000 beginning with her late husband battling and then later losing his battle to Leukemia, becoming a mom, tackling post-partum and trying to hold on to a job she no longer saw herself. Kim takes the trials that she's gone through and turns them into Golden Nuggets of how she learns to be transparent and how to not be afraid to ask for help. She also recommends that Delete & Delegate should be part of your everyday life. Kim Fuller is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, psychotherapist, author, trainer, founder and CEO of Fuller Life Concepts, Inc., a therapeutic agency that helps women and children manage anxiety and depression using evidence-based models. Her goal is to inspire hard working professionals to experience healing from within by challenging their fear-based habits and focusing on personal growth. Before starting Fuller Life Concepts, Kim provided leadership and treatment interventions at several large nonprofit mental health agencies in Los Angeles County. With more than 20 years of experience as a marriage and family therapist, Kim came to understand how successful individuals make bigger strides towards goals when they are being held accountable to themselves and others. She challenges her clients to manage their nutritional health, side by side with emotional well-being. Her transparent way of sharing her story and breadth of knowledge has been featured in Balanced Mom Magazine and earned her opportunities to speak at University of Southern California and University of California Irvine on trauma, stress and healing. Kim understands that it is difficult to be in stressful situations which can cause anxiety and self-doubt. Her first-hand knowledge of triumph after tragedy is featured in the amazon best-selling book Mommy Divas on the Move: 16 Essential Secrets for Mompreneurs. Stephanie Corder has seen her fair share of ups and downs throughout her life, although you wouldn't think so based on this conversation. Stephanie has a truly remarkable and inspirational story of finding freedom even when others think it's impossible. Listen to this uplifting and fun conversation as Holly and Stephanie discuss: Invisible conditions and the effect they have on ourselves and others. Going to a party, even when you feel like it could be the hardest thing you do in your week, month or year. Standing beside the people we love, even if you only have a little bit of them for while (which is better than nothing within this story). Stepping into our power vs taking your power back and the important distinction we need to make. Stephanie now inspires Momprenuers to start, run and crush their business goals building a profitable business using Social Media.
