We're trying something a little different for Christmas Eve & Christmas Day on the radio this year. We're calling it "A Clear Crew Christmas". Along with all of the Christmas music we normally play, we're also sprinkling in some Christmas conversations we had as a staff. Clay Cumbie is a singer/songwriter that spent his Jr. High & High School years in Columbia, before chasing his dreams in Nashville. Scotty met Clay when is was 16 or so and "playing out". Even then you could tell that Clay had talent, as a singer, songwriter, and guitar player. Clay has lived the life of a "Nashville Songwriter", and has lots of insights into the music business from that aspect. When Liz and her husband Will first started dating, among their first dates were a rodeo and a fishing trip. This struck Scotty as funny, considering that Liz is more of a city mouse than a country mouse. At least that's where the discussion began. It ended with Scotty calling Liz a big 'ol liar.
