Ava was sadly born stillborn in 2016 at just 26 weeks old. Baby loss is still a subject that is seen as taboo by many. Cuppa Tea with UHB Charity is a podcast where people like Elizabeth can share their experiences and offer advice to others who may find themselves in this devastating situation. Elizabeth is fundraising for the Eden Bereavement Suite at Heartlands Hospital after experiencing what she describes as the 'most incredible care'. To raise vital funds for this much-needed facility Elizabeth is completing six challenges throughout the year.
