This week on the podcast, I'm joined by someone whose career defies convention and whose work has touched lives across war zones, hospital wards and the written page. Dr Rachel Clarke began as a broadcast journalist, reporting from some of the world's most dangerous places — covering Al Qaeda, the Gulf War and the civil war in the DRC. Then, at 29, she retrained as a doctor, specialising in palliative care, where she now helps patients live their final days with dignity and as much comfort as possible. Her bestselling books; ‘Your Life in My Hands', ‘Dear Life', ‘Breathtaking' & ‘The Story of A Heart' have become essential reading for anyone seeking to understand the human side of healthcare. ‘Breathtaking', her searing account of the COVID-19 frontline, was adapted into a critically acclaimed ITV drama in 2024, co-written by Rachel herself alongside Jed Mercurio and Prasanna Puwanarajah. Rachel's also a fierce NHS advocate and a public voice for compassion in medicine. I'm in awe of every guest I speak to, but Rachel's story is one of extraordinary reinvention, resilience and radical empathy. In this podcast we explore how Rachel's managed to excel in journalism, medicine, activism, storytelling and what drives her to keep speaking truth to power. 42 councils have held referendums on Māori wards - 17 areas have voted to keep them, while 25 have voted to remove. The wards have been a flashpoint for debate - there were protesters in Kaipara last year when council voted to remove it. Te Pāti Māori has described the decision to remove the wards as “racist, targeted attack on Māori, for being Māori” and that it's "an assault on Te Tiriti" Last year, David Seymour said he'd vote against keeping Maori wards if his council held a referendum - on the basis that New Zealand is made up of people from all walks of life. Malmögänget fick sin fem matcher långa segersvit bruten i lördags och de underliggande siffrorna visar att laget har överpresterat. Malmö Redhawks ligger nämligen allra sist i xG-tabellen.

Scott Weiland was sent to a psych ward when he was just 16 years old. Thirteen stints at rehab within the span of three years. In and out of two huge rock bands, Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver. On and off drugs. Addictions to heroin and cocaine that put him in harm's way, not least of which were three muggers in Paris who abducted and tried to kill him. Addictions that also caused him to hallucinate “demonic forces.” Forces that Scott Weiland fought off, physically and mentally, thanks in large part to his robust survival instinct – one that served him well but could only hold all that trouble and evil at bay for so long. Join Jim and Greg for the Tuesday edition of the 3 Martini Lunch, where it's all good martinis on the menu. They break down encouraging signs for a possible Russia-Ukraine peace deal, the federalized D.C. police focusing significant attention on the worst neighborhoods, and the Democratic party posting paltry fundraising numbers as its tailspin continues.First, Jim is "elated" as the Monday's meeting in Washington strongly suggests security guarantees for Ukraine will be part of any peace deal. He's also explains why Vladimir Putin might be playing with a weaker hand than most people realize. But will this agreement get done anytime soon?Next, they applaud the federalized D.C. police for targeting the neighborhoods with the most serious crime problems. Nearly half of last week's arrests took place in Wards 7 and 8, undercutting the left's narrative that President Trump is only creating a facade of safety around tourist areas. Finally, the Democratic National Committee is still in complete disarray, more than nine months after last year's elections. Fundraising numbers from the end of June show the Republican National Committee with five times the cash on hand as the DNC. And Democrat donors are thoroughly underwhelmed with the party's messaging and leadership. Please visit our great sponsors:Keep your skin looking and acting younger for longer. By the time Maryanne was 16 years old, she had been arrested for murder. In and out of foster and adoptive homes since age 10, she had run away, been trafficked and assaulted, and finally pointed a gun at the latest man to take her into his car. She pulled the trigger and fled. But with no family to turn to and few dependable friends, it did not take long for the police to catch up with her.In court, the defense blamed neither traffickers, nor Maryanne, but Washington state itself—or rather, its foster care system, which parents thousands of children every year. The courts did not listen to that argument, but the award-winning journalist Claudia Rowe did.Washington state is not alone, of course. Each year, hundreds of thousands of children grow up in America's $30 billion foster care system, only to leave and enter its prisons, where a quarter of all inmates are former foster youth.Weaving Maryanne's story with those of five other foster kids across the country—including an 18-year-old sleeping on the New York City subways; a gangbanger-turned graduate student; and a foster child who is now a policy advisor to the White House—Rowe paints a visceral survival narrative showing exactly where, when, and how the system channels children into locked cells. Balanced with accounts from psychologists, advocates, judges, and foster parents, Wards of the State paves a road to reform by pulling back the curtain on our country's longstanding foster care-to-prison pipeline and the searing realities faced by kids who may be sitting in classrooms next to your own children. She is the author of "Wards of the State: The Long Shadow of American Foster Care." https://www.amazon.com/stores/author/B07F9XZYL4http://www.yourlotandparcel.org

Send me a DM here (it doesn't let me respond), OR email me: imagineabetterworld2020@gmail.comToday I'm honored to introduce you all to: Satanic ritual abuse, mind control, Stargate, Freemason, Jesuit, and organized abuse survivor, overcomer and whistleblower, loving mother, founder of ‘The Quickening Project', content creator and podcast host, faithful servant to the Most High, gardener, floral design extraordinaire, singer and songwriter, poetry reader and writer, and absolute inspiration: KadayaKadaya's life began in a web of multigenerational abuse, orchestrated by a high-level cult with ties to Freemasonry, the Vatican, the Jesuits, and military intelligence programs. From infancy, possibly even in utero, she endured deliberate trauma designed to fracture her psyche, creating dissociative identity disorder to mold her into a mind-controlled operative. As a child, she was forced to participate in heinous acts, including filming snuff films on a church “missions' trip”, under the guise of helping an orphanage. Her abusers, including a 33rd-degree Freemason programmer who studied neurology to perfect mind control, exploited her high IQ and spiritual gifts, using children's books like Dr. Seuss, and the music from and keys of a piano to create a highly organized system of alters.Despite this, Kadaya's awakening began in her 20s when chronic illnesses defied medical diagnoses, hinting at trauma-based origins. As memories of ritual abuse flooded back three years ago, she faced disbelief from family, friends, and authorities, culminating in a betrayal that cost her everything: her husband filed for divorce, a protection order barred her from her two children, and her resources were stripped away. Her faith in Yah became her anchor. Recognizing that Christian terminology and music often used in rituals can retraumatize survivors, Kadaya launched The Quickening Project, a podcast and music initiative. With her co-host, she creates worship music designed to soothe fractured souls without triggering trauma, offering a safe space for survivors to reconnect with faith. Today, we will be continuing Kadaya's testimony, discussing mind control programming locations, psych ward experiences, specific abuse methods that do not leave marks and somatic body memory experiences, SRA in scripture, Antarctica, the state-sanctioned kidnapping of her children, and so much more.DONATE TO KADAYA'S GOFUNDME: https://gofund.me/cb63137dCONNECT WITH KADAYA:-YouTube: @thequickeningproject - https://www.youtube.com/@thequickeningproject-Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/6OmNqqtVj3GC91wUqdHAgo?si=KEgkSw9sSUGUtIHheuY3Hg&nd=1&dlsi=0fc9bed697ac4cef-IG: https://www.instagram.com/thequickeningproject/CONNECT WITH THE IMAGINATION: YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@imaginationpodcastofficialSubstack: https://emmakatherine.substack.com/BUY ME A COFFEE: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/theimaginationAll links: https://direct.me/theimaginationpodcastRIFE TECHNOLOGIES:https://realrifetechnology.com/15% Code: 420CZTL METSupport the show
