In order to transform your limiting beliefs, there are 5 key steps: 1. Choose your desired outcome 2. Question your limiting beliefs (have a conversation with yourself and ask is this really true, what makes it true) 3. Consider the consequences of your limiting beliefs-how is this affecting you, your thoughts, motivation, relationships. 4. Choose a new empowering belief to adapt -ex. 5. Strengthen your new empowering belief. With all of these steps, you must remember to have self-compassion as you walk the path to transforming yourself. It's a journey that will require work and dedication but remember even if you go off course it's ok, retrace your steps and begin again. You can do this!

Therefore, there are some things we must consider in order to grow in our sexual piety. By loving ourselves we teach others how to love us, we can't expect for people to show love and value to us when don't know how to do it to ourselves, we must embrace ourselves, care for ourselves, accept ourselves, be kind to ourselves, be forgiven, not allow ourselves to just value ourselves based on someone else's validation, we must laugh, enjoy our beautiful and unique selves Yes we are unique for so we are completely different from others and we should not compare to others, we have our own value to give. Pamper yourself, celebrate your successes big or small! You are valuable, You Got God's DNA!
Fear is a weapon that the enemy uses against us....but our weapon is greater! Our weapon is Jesus and he has given us Holy Ghost power to fight against the tricks of the enemy. We become more than conquerors by speaking the word of God over our fears. Jesus word says “…Be strong and courageous and do the work. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the LORD God, my God is with you. He will not fail you or forsake you
As we grow in God He speaks to us and shares His heart with us according to the plans He has laid out for us. There may be times in our lives where those promises seem like distant memories but we are here today to remind you and encourage you to hold onto those promises. He didn't forget although you haven't seen it yet. It will come to pass, he never makes a promise He doesn't keep.
Where are you presently in life? What are your priorities? Who and what comes first for you presently? Are they in the right order or are there some things you need to lay aside, for now, to embrace the most important things in your NOW?
