A @Christadelphians Video: **[Actual, provable Bible Truth]** – God's design for marriage and the family is not arbitrary or outdated; it is a deliberate, wisdom-filled framework established for the salvation of every member—husband, wife, and children. This profound study reminds us that the ultimate goal of a godly marriage is not merely happiness, but eternal transformation.Welcome, beloved Brothers and Sisters. In this outstanding and thought-provoking first session, Brother Ken Styles delivers a wonderfully insightful and expositional study on *The Wisdom of the Marriage Relationship*. We are reminded that to build a marriage that withstands life's storms, we must forget the world's fleeting definitions and anchor ourselves in the solid rock of God's principles.Brother Ken reveals how God, in His infinite wisdom, designed marriage as a refining process—a divinely ordained environment to expose our natural selfishness so it can be forsaken and replaced with Christ-like character. This is not just a human relationship; it is a godly one, where the primary objective is the salvation and spiritual development of both spouses. The message is clear: to be a good spouse, we must first be a good disciple. This wonderful presentation explores the beautiful concept of “oneness,” the divine purpose in creating Eve as a helper meet for Adam, and the profound truth that our spouse is God's specific gift to us for our transformation. It is a revealing and powerful reminder that our marriages are not by chance but are orchestrated by God to help save us.**Chapters:**00:00 – Introduction: The Divine Model Under Pressure01:17 – Defining God's Purpose: Salvation Over Happiness03:31 – Marriage as a Refining Process08:02 – Building on the Solid Rock12:38 – The Real Enemy: Our Human Nature14:36 – God's Wisdom in Exposing Sin19:06 – The Creation of Eve: The Helper and Companion22:25 – Understanding "Oneness"28:18 – God Has Joined Together30:18 – Our Spouse: God's Spiritual Gift36:21 – Ten Proofs of a Special Relationship46:57 – The Lifelong Covenant50:53 – Conclusion**Bible Verse Category:**

This is a fascinating conversation spawned from a Yahoo article this week that details the small, and sometimes invisible signs your relationship is done. Having lived through breakups and divorces, these seven signs were eye opening and validating. The first and most notable sign: the arguing stops. Experts say the last year of a relationship is often the calmest one on record. We go over the other signs, like who is the first person you tell good news to? Does he show affection when he walks past you, or is there just an obligatory kiss goodbye each morning? See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

In this message from the Relationships series, Andrew Wilson explores God's vision for marriage through Ephesians 5, showing how love is shaped not by self-expression but by self-giving. He unpacks how mutual service, sacrifice and commitment lie at the heart of healthy, lasting relationships. Ultimately, marriage is revealed as a living picture of Christ's faithful, self-giving love for the church.

Pepper believes his teenage daughter is thinking about making a very serious step in life. How young is too young to get married? What sort of things can help you decide if the person you're dating is right for you? Kim Kardashian is releasing a line of pubic wig thongs and we have to discuss it.
In this video, Pastor Tope and Mrs. Jumoke teach on the topic ‘Marriage, Relationships, and Friendship', and they indicate that you need the wisdom of God to build and sustain relationships that last. (Ecclesiastes 10:10 NKJV).How to Steward Your Single Life: • Be a person of value. You are needed only to the degree of the value you give. • Let go of baggage. You are the new background for yourself. Don't go into marriage without dealing with your past. • Pay attention to your associations. You are a product of the people around you. Be mindful of your conversations and nurture the covenant relationships God has placed in your life. How to Steward Your Relationship Life: • Pay attention to patterns. There are things your partner does that you must note. If he is angry while you are in a relationship, that is a pattern. Longevity does not matter; if it is not aligned, step out. Do not use sentiments to derail your destiny. • Check that your partner fears the Lord—not just someone who goes to church, but someone who hears God. Ask about their consecrations. • Make sure they are teachable and willing to listen.(Ephesians 5:22 MSG) — To wives, your husband is Lord. They also indicate that you need wisdom to direct you in your home. Even if you are prophetic or gifted, wisdom teaches you how to go about it. Submission is not weakness; it is order. As couples, build a culture of feedback and openness. Create time for personal couple retreats where you talk, share, and realign with each other. In Dealing with In-Laws: • Know that your in-laws are not after your life. Don't enter marriage with that mindset. Genuinely love them. • Be spiritually alert. Every family has patterns, so guard your spiritual life and discern the atmosphere you are marrying into. • Create healthy boundaries. Let your parents know that you are now married. • Do not discuss marital issues with family; they will always take sides and see you through their own lens.Pastor Tope and Mrs. Jumoke wrap up the message by reminding us that relationships and marriages thrive on wisdom, not emotion; therefore, you must build with understanding, stay grounded in the Word, and let love be your foundation. ABOUT THE NEWWe are a people of love and excellence who are result-oriented, spirit-led, word-rooted, prayer-driven, and kingdom-conscious. Led by Pst. Shola Okodugha, we are on a divine assignment to equip and raise men; to release people from strongholds that have stifled them from taking their rightful places, and to give young people an avenue for their God-given gifts to find expression.
In this week's episode, we're having an honest and heart-centered conversation about the five types of abuse that individuals may experience in a marriage and how to recognize when it's time to walk away for your emotional, physical, and spiritual safety.Keana breaks down:

"Healthy Marriage Relationships: Important Questions" Delivered by Dr. Mufti Abdur-Rahman ibn Yusuf Mangera at Oxford University – April 2025. In this insightful and engaging lecture, Dr. Mufti Abdur-Rahman ibn Yusuf Mangera, esteemed Islamic scholar and author of Handbook of a Healthy Muslim Marriage, addressed the foundational principles of nurturing successful marital relationships from both Islamic and psychological perspectives. Held at Oxford University in April 2025, the session focused on answering critical questions that couples and individuals often face before and during marriage. Dr. Mangera emphasized the importance of clear communication, emotional intelligence, mutual respect, and spiritual alignment in cultivating a fulfilling partnership. Drawing on real-life examples, classical Islamic scholarship, and his extensive counseling experience, he provided practical guidance on navigating challenges such as conflict resolution, intimacy, compatibility, and cultural expectations. The lecture also included a dynamic Q&A segment, allowing attendees to explore sensitive and complex issues in a thoughtful and compassionate environment. The talk served as a valuable resource for students, educators, and community members seeking to build or support healthy, faith-centered marriages in contemporary society.
It can be so easy to neglect the relationships we most value because we have this ideas that they will always be there. And then, because of the neglect, they are no longer there. We may still be married, but we are distant and disconnected, and it can seem daunting to find our way back to connection. But it is possible to change the trajectory of our disconnected relationship and come back into feeling close and connected again. It will take some courage, it will take some intentional efforts, and it will require vulnerability, but you can do it if you really decide it's what you want. Thanks for listening! Everybody's afraid of something. All it takes is a quick search on the web to see a list of the different phobias that people have. There's a fear of spiders, heights, and even clowns. There are many things we face on a daily basis that can cause us to be afraid. In his message today, Pastor Ken reminds you that fear is a tool of the devil, but Jesus can give you peace in the face of fear. When the world around you seems to be falling apart, just look to Him and remain confident in His goodness towards you.
There have been many stories told, about the end of the world. Most of them depict mass destruction and widespread chaos. Alternatively, some envision the future world to be a place of peace and great prosperity. In today's message, Pastor Ken teaches you that both are true according to the scriptures. There will be a time of great chaos and judgment, followed by peace on earth under the reign of Jesus. But you don't need to wait until then for peace… let Jesus give you peace in your heart today.
Have you ever seen a movie that really took you for a spin? I mean just one plot twist after another. It's like every time you thought you knew what was going on, the curtain got pulled back and your mind was blown. There's nothing like keeping on the edge of your seat. Today in his message, Pastor Ken reminds you that Jesus knew all along how the plan of salvation would unfold. And He still went to the cross willingly. He loves you so much that He went to the cross to suffer and die in your place.

And so many of these ideas are actually harmful, and even destructive, to the emotional intimacy we desire in our relationships.
