Acts 28:1-6 Ask yourself 3 questions while listening to this message: Are you approaching a storm? Have you been picking up sticks? Have you shaken off the snake? Listen to Pastor Locklear as he explains how we can use Paul as a great example of how to conduct our Christian lives in a manner that can be monumental in not only our own lives but surrounding lives as well.
Matthew 16:16; Mark 14:71 No Christian has ever instantly backslid. It is a process that occurs over a period of time. The same was true with Peter. As one that strove to be in stride with Christ, he never thought he would end up denying Jesus in his life. You may be in the same shoes as Peter today. You may have even said you'd never backslide on God or get out of God's will, yet here you are. But, as the story of Peter, it doesn't have to remain that way. Listen as Pastor Locklear gives the solution to remaining on fire for God and the precautions to take to not fail in the snare according to the example of Peter.
Revelation 4:7-11 The Bible is a prophetical book. This is one of the many reasons it has been able to stand the test of time and why it is a validated source of reference. The problem many people have made and continue to make is that they incorrectly divide the scriptures. When it comes to prophecy that hasn't been fulfilled yet, it takes a careful yet God-fearing approach with spiritual guidance to relay a precise and correct message. With this study in Revelation on the four beasts, Pastor Locklear shows exactly what the scripture is speaking of. We pray this will be an eye opening message and a motivating factor in your spiritual life as well.
Psalm 91:1-7 What are you afraid of? I imagine this question has been asked numerous times throughout everyone's life in many ways. But, as Christians, you can envision God asking us what we are afraid of. His promises encompass his Word from cover to cover yet we still find ourselves worrying, especially in chaotic times as these. Pastor Locklear preaches from the perfect portion of scripture as he encourages the saint of God to access the confidence that we can have in Christ. After this message, ask yourself "what am I afraid of?" and face those fears. Not in yourself, but with the power and presence of our Savior.
Song of Solomon 5:9-13 The amount of wonderful attributes connected with Jesus Christ is insurmountable. There is not enough time or words to fully explain the depth of Christ. But, here in Song of Solomon, we can see just how special Christ is in just a few of those characteristics. Listen as Pastor Locklear dissects these verses to show us what a man Jesus was and is today. Never let the glistening aspects of this world sidetrack you from how precious and unique our dear Savior is. We also want to dedicate this special song to a dear saint of God that has went on to be with the Lord: Sister Judy Neal. She was a special friend, mother, wife, and sister and will never be forgotten. We love you Judy.
Revelation 3:14-22 Part 2 of this message begins to deal with the dangers not only relinquished within ourselves but to others, and even the world also. Growing cold begins to affect everything around us to the point we can become a stumbling block and rendered useless. Listen to the finishing points of this message and truly consider the woes of living contrary to God's word.
Revelation 3:14-22 Growing cold is a dangerous area to enter as a Christian. It never happens over night. It is a slow process that eventually causes us to drift far from the presence of God. I strongly believe no truly saved individual has ever deliberately grown cold on God. It typically stems from weaknesses and poor spiritual habits that can progress in one's life. In this message, Pastor Locklear highlights what is lost when you do grow cold on God. Listen intently as a warning sign is being projected here to deter us from becoming an unusable vessel of God.
Ephesians 2:1 We serve a living God! Let that sink in. Many people don't fully recognize the fact that Jesus Christ is alive and well, not only in our hearts but on the throne as well. The reason we are able to live for eternity is solely by his resurrection. But, throughout the Bible there are other occurrences of resurrections, as you will hear in this message. Pastor Locklear unveils 3 resurrections in scripture that all reference our Lord and Savior. If you haven't been spiritually resurrected today, I encourage you to allow the Holy Spirit to prick your heart with this sermon.
Genesis 42:23,24 Repentance is a precious work. It takes true repentance to get saved and, as born-again believers, we must continually repent of our flesh to stay in relation with God. But some people feel they can achieve the ultimate Christian life without seeking repentance. Unfortunately, that is a misconception that has trickled down through the years of mankind. Listen as Pastor Locklear corrects the narrative and shows that true faith MUST come by repentance.
Job 3:20-26 Fear is a destroyer of lives. Millions of people will never do what God wants them to do or achieve the most in life due to one thing: FEAR. As God's people, we must understand that we should fear no man or circumstance, no matter how devastating the force may be. Fear can be FUEL rather than FATAL. Listen as Pastor Locklear relates to the story of Job and how he was able to face the biggest giant in his life. You may be faced today with the worst situation you've ever encountered or the one thing you've always feared the most. But remember this: God will be right by your side through it all. No matter who leaves you or forsakes you, God never will.
Romans 4:16-21 Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. It is essential to exercise faith throughout your Christian life. Colossians 4:12,13 As a Christian, the will of God is the most important guideline for our entire lives. It is easy to cling to God's commandments that make us comfortable and that appear exciting to us. But, what about the things God commands us to do that get us out of our comfort zone? According to the Bible, we are to obey God in all facets of life. Pastor Locklear does a great job with this text in Colossians on standing perfect and complete in ALL THE WILL OF GOD. Our prayer is that every saved individual will live up to their Godly potential in Christ Jesus.
Proverbs 6:6-9; Proverbs 30:24-26 The ant is one of the smallest visible creatures on Earth. We know them more as pests than anything else, but in scripture God tells us to consider the ant. Follow along as Pastor Locklear preaches out of Proverbs on how we can mirror the ways of the ant and apply it to our life. You may feel like a number today and not special by anyone but God knows you're special.
Proverbs 10:25 Foundation is key in life. From birth, it is essential to have the correct upbringing so that character can be build and moral foundation can be laid. It is the same way in the Christian life. From spiritual birth, it is important to be fed the true Word of God and apply it to ensure a firm internal faith. But, how integral is it for God's people to be strong in the faith? Listen intently as Pastor Locklear explains the importance of a true foundation and why it is needed.
1 Timothy 6:12 The Christian life isn't a cake walk, it's a fight. Nowhere in scripture does it say we'll have it easy as God's children. Instead, we are instructed by Paul to fight the GOOD FIGHT. To have a good fight, you are always in the ring, you swing back, and most importantly you NEVER QUIT. Listen as Pastor Locklear preaches on the good fight mentioned in 1st Timothy. Remember, Jesus fought tooth and nail for us. So, let's fight our lives for him.
Hebrews 3:17-19 Sin is viewed today from a categorical perspective. We see some sins as not as bad as others while we claim there are specific ones we would never dare commit. The truth is that SIN IS SIN. Sinners are guilty of the entire penalty of sin, not just a portion. But why is it that some sins are acceptable and blended into every day life to the extent that it seems sinful not to commit them? Tune in to this message by Pastor Locklear as he reflects on the story of the children of Israel in the wilderness and how their sin became respectable by some but regrettable by them.
Habakkuk 1:1-4 Life is full of questions. We are fortunate enough to have the answer of WHY revealed to us by God in most circumstances, but there are other times when we never know the WHY. Habakkuk was a man in the old testament I believe many of us can relate to on a personal level. Pastor Locklear preaches a great message here on When You Don't Understand out of the book of Habakkuk that can truly help cope with the unknown in life. We must rest in the fact that God is omniscient and never allows anything to happen to us outside of his control. When you're searching for answers, don't look for the WHY, look for the WHO.
John 2:1 The Bible asks, "Who can find a virtuous woman?". The world is asking the same question today. Godly women are not common in the current day we live in. I believe you will be able to ask the resounding question, "Where is momma?".

Many of us know deeper depths of history than others about our faith but the fact is we should never take it for granted. Listen as Pastor Locklear digs into the years of history and relays it to the listener today. Never forget where we come from, for it is where you're from that tells you who you are.

What do we do when the rug is pulled from beneath us? Listen closely as Pastor Locklear gives the solution on what to do when God takes away.
Judges 6:25-32 They say that some of the biggest fires have been started by the smallest of matches. The same is true with the church. Turn to the book of Judges and follow along with Pastor Locklear as he expounds on the story of Gideon. Be a match for God today!
Philippians 3:11-13 Human nature is to be completely individualistic and self-made. Our flesh does not enjoy being under subjection to any form of authority. But, what we must understand is the restraint of God, to we that are saved, is what empowers us and gives us strength. Pay close attention to Pastor Locklear as he deciphers this story of Paul here in Philippians. Ask yourself today: Am I/Have I been apprehended by God??
Colossians 1:23/1 Peter 5:5-10 We live in a world that is fast-paced and geared towards getting all that we can as fast as we can. But, as Christians, God teaches us to live differently. In scripture, we are to be GROUNDED and SETTLED. How can we be still and calm in such a chaotic world? Listen as Pastor Locklear explains in detail how God's people can be settled in the faith.
Gen. 6:1-8 Noah's ark and the flood is possibly the most well known story in all of the Bible. We know all about the pouring of the rain and the origin of the rainbow, but the most significant part of the story is actually what took place INSIDE the ark. Tune in to this message as Pastor Locklear delivers the solution to facing tribulations and how to keep your head up in those high waters.
