Continuing with our journey throught the Gospel of John, Pastor Bruce shared the message 'I am the Resurrection and the Life' out of John 11:25.

Continuing in our journey through the Book of John, we are focusing on our discipleship pathway of Connect, Grow, Serve and Go. For this Connect Worship Service, Pastor Bruce led us in the message Intimacy Leads to Extravagance out of John 12:1-11.

We highlighted the ministry of Compassion Canada, joined by Christian singer and songwriter Jordan St. Cyr who not only lead us in worship but also shared about how the ministry of Compassion has impacted his family. Pastor Mike also shared about his recent Pastors Exposure trip to Peru.

We are continuing with our sermon series through the Gospel of John focusing on Kilcona's discipleship pathway of Connect, Grow, Serve and Go. This is a Serve Sunday with a message by Pastor Bruce on Seeing Opportunity out of John 9 as well as a testimony by Sean Dixon.

It is also Kilcona’s 44 Year Anniversary -we are thankful for the many wonderful years the Lord has blessed Kilcona with and look forward to all that is in store for years to come.

CONNECT Sunday: Pastor Bruce introduced Reg Froese, Journey Canada, for a brief explanation of who Journey is and an invitation to participate in Journey Canada programming. Pastor Bruce shared a message as part of the Discipleship Pathway series on Connecting with God and growing intimacy through Communion.

Pastor Bruce talked about the pathway Kilcona will take to be disciples of Christ, using the statements - CONNECT with God, GROW in community, SERVE God’s Kingdom and GO to lost people. Each Sunday morning at Kilcona will be intentionally structured around this discipleship pathway. Pastor Mike unveiled the new Kilcona logo. While the new logo compliments our discipleship pathway, it is classic and timeless! The new logo, with the cross in the centre, is warm and earthy with the four coloured quadrants representing the different communities that come together to worship at Kilcona.
