Doctor en Psicología Clínica, psicólogo clínico sanitario, investigador en Nirakara Lab —uno de los institutos de referencia en mindfulness y neurociencia en España— y uno de los pocos tipos en este país que realmente entiende la intersección entre la práctica contemplativa budista y la psicoterapia basada en evidencia. Carlos es instructor certificado de MBCT, que es Terapia Cognitiva basada en Mindfulness y lleva años trabajando tanto en consulta clínica con pacientes reales como enseñando en la Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Quería entrevistar a Carlos porque no es un gurú que te va a decir que todo va a ir a mejor, sino que es un científico que entiende los mecanismos neuronales y psicológicos detrás del sufrimiento humano, que tiene muchísima práctica con pacientes y, sobre todo, consigo mismo.
