How do we learn to listen—especially when life is loud, busy, or hard? In this final episode of the season, Sr. Mary Grace, Sr. Magnficat Rose, and Sr. Cora Caeli unpack why listening isn't just a skill to master, but a way of life rooted in communion. They encourage us to stay attentive to God's voice so we don't miss the miracles in front of us. This season of Let Love is produced in collaboration with Ascension. If you'd like to receive our weekly show notes, as well as occasional updates from the Sisters of Life, text LETLOVE (one word) to 33777 to be added to our email list.

What if healing doesn't begin with advice, answers, or fixing—but simply with being listened to? The Sisters reflect on the profound truth that listening itself is healing. Sr. Mary Grace, Sr. Cora Caeli, and Sr. Magnificat Rose explore how being truly heard can calm fear, restore dignity, and open hearts to new life. Join us for Part 4 of our Christmas Series with Pastor Dan!
This is a Christmas Series. Advent means waiting for the coming of Christ. It is defined by hope, waiting, anticipation, patience, etc. There is plenty of OT references on waiting for the Messiah to come and bring salvation to God's people. In fact, most of the things about Christ's coming had been pronounced by the prophets. It is wise to trace those references for fuller understanding of Advent of Christ. Let us find as much as those images, inspired Prophetic imaginations in the Bible to understand the meaning of Christ's coming. OT Prophecies gave hope of Messiah coming. Christ came and promised us the Holy Spirit, himself present in the church (world). Since creation, God had a purpose “to fill the earth with the knowledge of his Glory (Isaiah 11:9/Hab 2:14). Through his Spirit, God is working that purpose out thoroughly. We may not see it all in daily lives, but God is intent/active. It's the eyes , hearts and the minds that can see and perceive it that can comprehend God and his mission in the world. In Christmas time we are invited to see that afresh, understand why Messiah came into the world. Why we have the real Hope, Peace, Joy and Love because we have Christ with us-Immanuel.

Join us for part 3 of our Christmas Series with Pastor Dan!
In this Christmas message from Matthew 2, we explore three very different responses to the birth of Jesus: the joyful worship of the wise men, the jealous rage of King Herod, and the humble yet powerful arrival of Jesus—the true King. By slowing down the familiar Christmas story, we uncover timeless lessons about intentional faith, costly worship, and obedient trust in God's leading. This episode invites us to move beyond sentimental tradition and ask a personal question: how will we respond to the King of Christmas?
The “big day” is a week away. Are you ready for Christmas? If you’re not, there are plenty of last-minute gift ideas out there. But what about when it comes to gifts for Jesus? Today, we will look at three gifts that are inspired by the Wise Men and their journey to find the Newborn […]
Hey! Part III of our Christmas Series looks at another classic from the early 2000s: Love Actually. It's from the writer/director of Four Weddings and a Funeral, Notting Hill, and Bridget Jones, so you kinda know what to expect. It's somehow narratively ambitious and cliched. Sean and I have diverging opinions. To pair, we enjoy some delicious Spanish Albariño.

The Christmas story begins with disruption, not comfort. In Matthew 1:18–25, we explore The Promise of Presence and the meaning of Immanuel—God with us. Through Joseph's story, we're reminded that when life feels uncertain or confusing, God is not distant—He is near, faithful, and actively working. Even when we don't understand the plan, we can trust His presence and walk in obedience. The Promise of Presence: God is near.
Today, we continue a three week Christmas Series entitled: "The Promise, The Presence, and The Peace".
