Marge Piercy To Be of Use ———— The people I love the best jump into work head first without dallying in the shallows and swim off with sure strokes almost out of sight. They seem to become natives of that element, the black sleek heads of seals bouncing like half-submerged balls. I love people who harness themselves, an ox to a heavy cart, who pull like water buffalo, with massive patience, who strain in the mud and the muck to move things forward, who do what has to be done, again and again. I want to be with people who submerge in the task, who go into the fields to harvest and work in a row and pass the bags along, who are not parlor generals and field deserters but move in a common rhythm when the food must come in or the fire be put out. The work of the world is common as mud. Botched, it smears the hands, crumbles to dust. But the thing worth doing well done has a shape that satisfies, clean and evident. Greek amphoras for wine or oil, Hopi vases that held corn, are put in museums but you know they were made to be used. The pitcher cries for water to carry and a person for work that is real.

Mary Oliver When Death Comes ———— When death comes like the hungry bear in autumn; when death comes and takes all the bright coins from his purse to buy me, and snaps the purse shut; when death comes like the measle-pox when death comes like an iceberg between the shoulder blades, I want to step through the door full of curiosity, wondering: what is it going to be like, that cottage of darkness? And therefore I look upon everything as a brotherhood and a sisterhood, and I look upon time as no more than an idea, and I consider eternity as another possibility, and I think of each life as a flower, as common as a field daisy, and as singular, and each name a comfortable music in the mouth, tending, as all music does, toward silence, and each body a lion of courage, and something precious to the earth. But, They say that in Wuhan after so many years of noise You can hear the birds again. They say that after just a few weeks of quiet The sky is no longer thick with fumes But blue and grey and clear. They say that in the streets of Assisi People are singing to each other across the empty squares, keeping their windows open so that those who are alone may hear the sounds of family around them. They say that a hotel in the West of Ireland Is offering free meals and delivery to the housebound. Today a young woman I know is busy spreading fliers with her number through the neighbourhood So that the elders may have someone to call on. Today Churches, Synagogues, Mosques and Temples are preparing to welcome and shelter the homeless, the sick, the weary All over the world people are slowing down and reflecting All over the world people are looking at their neighbours in a new way All over the world people are waking up to a new reality To how big we really are. To how little control we really have. To what really matters. To Love. So we pray and we remember that Yes there is fear. But there does not have to be hate. Yes there is isolation. But there does not have to be loneliness. Yes there is panic buying. But there does not have to be meanness. Yes there is sickness. But there does not have to be disease of the soul Yes there is even death. But there can always be a rebirth of love. Wake to the choices you make as to how to live now. Today, breathe. Give up, just for now, on trying to make the world different than it is. Sing. Pray. Touch only those to whom you commit your life. Center down. And when your body has become still, reach out with your heart. Know that we are connected in ways that are terrifying and beautiful. (You could hardly deny it now.) Know that our lives are in one another’s hands. (Surely, that has come clear.) Do not reach out your hands. Reach out your heart. Reach out your words. Reach out all the tendrils of compassion that move, invisibly, where we cannot touch. I know peace in the present. The eternal presence of True Nature surrounds and imbues my consciousness with peace and presence.  I focus my awareness on this Truth. This present moment is where my awareness lives and where I know the Universe as my everpresent Source of love, wisdom, and peace. This present moment is like the dawn,  and it brings with it light and truth and peace and beauty, and joy. There is a peace is this moment that fills my soul with the sense of eternity, of time without end. I know that right now there is nothing I need to do or say or be differently than I am right here right now. And this world, this Universe, this present moment is enough just as it is. In quiet gratitude, I accept all of life as a gift. In truth, my world is overflowing with goodness, grace, beauty, truth and love. I am grateful for everything. And I forgive anything I need to forgive and embrace everything I need to embrace. I embrace this moment. I embrace love. I embrace truth. I release my word to the law of life and know that these words are already true. And so it is.

There is only One Power, One Presence, and One Life. It is whole complete and perfect. It is infinite. With no beginning and no end. As such, it is timeless. It is immediate. It is fully present, fully conscious, fully powerful. At all times. In all ways. The Infinite is always expressing Its magnificence. It can be no other way. There is no slowing down, no speeding up, and no stopping it. It is continuously unfolding. It is continuously creative and continuously present, —filling all time and space unconditionally with divine love and intelligence.This is what It is and what It does. I bring my awaereness to this divinity, this timelessness, and I am expanded by it and grateful for it. And I let it be so.  And so it is.

There is one love. It is divine love. And it is everywhere present. I am created from this love. I am one with this love. In fact, saying I’m one with it almost denies the inseparability of this oneness. There is no me and oness, me and this love. There is only oneness. Only love. As this awareness sinks into my consciousness, I move into my heart space where I feel and hear and trust and am surrounded by and imbued with Divine Love. As my thoughts shift from my small, egoic sense of a separate self and move into a more expansive space of knowing, I let go of  any false beliefs that tell me I am not good enough, or not deserving, or that I have to earn love. I accept the Truth that I am perfectly loveable exactly as I am. True Nature immerses me in unconditional love. I no longer hide from love. I no longer deny the love that is the Universe. I let go of the conditions I place on the universe as I recognize that the universe is unconditional with me. I choose to love this life and to recognize that I am loved and that I am Love.I am centered in the loving conciosuness of True Nature. Therefore, I know myself as love;  I accept myself as love, and I accept the love that others have for me. I trust it. I embrace it. I accept it. I give thanks for this love, this unity, this expansive unconditional truth. I accept it and I left it be so and so it is.

Recognition: There is a power and presence in this world. And I am aware of it. And it is aware of me. Why? Why am I aware of it and why do I care to declare my awareness of it right now? Because I am awake to the miracle of being alive. And saying so is an act of honoring what I know. Of not denying it. Of not hiding from it’s power and it truth. I see the miraculous in everything. I know that this life is Holy. I know that this life is Divine. I know that this Universe exceeds my greatest imaginings. And I am humbled by it. And in awe of it. I don’t allow my mind, my ego, or this culture to get in the way of my awareness. And my awe. And my gratitude. Holy light fills every part of the Universe, and it fills me, my consciousness, my soul, my life. Oneness: I live in this light, knowing It is always within me, always guiding me, always accessible to me. Awareness: With the dawn of each new day, I awaken once more to my conscious mind, and I consciously choose not to forget True Nature, not to get caught up in the smoke and mirrors of my ego.Each new day I am new again. Today is a blank slate. Today I am free to create a life in which I delight, a life of creative thinking, health, success and love. Right now, I am new, as if yesterday never were. I forgive anything I need to forgive—mistakes, regrets, actions, and let go of the trivial, and the inconsequential. I know my true self, my soul self, is awakened, untouched by anything that has gone before. I realize my oneness with all people, understanding there is no great or small, no humbled or exalted. The light of love falls upon my world, revealing beauty, truth, and love. Gratitude: Life unfolds before me, and my path is clear. Before me, I see only perfect potential, unlimited possibility, and my fondest dreams fulfilled. What more could I ask for? Surrender: In gratitude, I bask in the light. I release my powerful word And I let it be so. And so it is.

Recognition: There is one all knowing, all powerful Presence in the Universe. It is in and around me. Oneness: I am one with this presence, and It is one with me. Awareness: My increased awareness of the Divine expands my consciousness to a new level of understanding and new heights of spiritual expression. I  let go of any imperfect ideas. I let the healing energy of the Universe flow through me. The light of the Infinite surrounds me. Its love embraces me, and Its power animates me. Wherever I am, True Nature is. Gratitude: Right action is always taking place in my life. And I see evidence of this truth continually unfolding. I am abundantly grateful. Surrender: I give thanks for this realization. …and  I release my word to the Law of life. And so it is.

Recognition: There is One Power, One Presence, and, One Source of all there is. I call it True Nature. I am one with it. Therefore, it’s nature is my nature. Oneness: I tune in to this oneness. I embrace this unity with love, and I am at peace.  Awareness: Feeling my deep connection with all there is, I relax into this moment. I see the richness of life surrounding me, immersing me in gratitude and profound joy. The beauty of life flows freely through me.  I am healthy. I am prosperous. And I am loving. I am in harmony with my world. And I feel the gentle flow of peace within me. Gratitude: I am abundantly supported. I am blessed and deeply, deeply grateful. Surrender: My life is miraculous, divine, and whole. This is the truth. I know it. I love it and I let it be so. And so it is.

Recognition: The all-encompassing good of the one infinite power is everywhere present in its entirety. It is absolute. It is True Nature. Oneness: It is the source of all. And I am one with it. I am consciousness of this unity. And from this unity, I speak my word. Awareness: I am wide-awake to my increasing good, perceiving and expecting wondrous loving and abundant experiences in my life this day and every day. Listening and responding to my soul's guidance, I move easily, intelligently, and peacefully in the direction of the Divine. Knowing the supply of all good is inexhaustible and that Divine substance is everywhere present, I get out of my own way and let go of thinking I have to do and do and endlessly do. And instead I allow Spirit to lovingly and generously express Its good in unlimited ways to me and through me. Only good comes to me, and only good goes forth from me. Gratitude: I love the way the Universe works. And I am grateful for every moment of this life. Surrender: And I let it be so, and so it is.

Recognition: I am aware that the nature of the universe is spiritual. This includes me and everything and everyone in it. Oneness: As I contemplate the vastness of all that is, my awareness expands. As I meditate, I bring my attention to the Presence of spirit as the single source of all that I am. Awareness: I know that the Universe operates under precise laws of nature such as physics, and it does so consistently. It is not random. It is not fickle. Therefore, I effortlessly trust it to work perfectly every time. So, when challenges come my way, 1 know I can turn to true nature and trust in the laws of life and in the presence of the one infinite source of all to operate beautifully in my life. I open myself up to answers, solutions and direction. And I follow my gut, my intuition, and I use my intelligence to make wise decisions. I give my attention to the good I see, and the good that I seek, knowing that my persistence pays off in ways greater than I can imagine. And I can imagine a lot! It pays off in both tangible and intangible ways. And  I experience freedom, health, love, joy, and prosperity. As I discover internal peace and presence, any apparent burdens lift, and gratitude wells up within me. My awareness becomes greater and greater.  I realize that my needs are always met. I realize that the Universe is benevolent and it expresses through me in beautiful and amazing ways. Gratitude: I release my word with incredible gratitude, awe, and surrender. Surrender: And I let it be so. And so it is.

Recognition: I know there is One Power and Presence in the Universe. Oneness: As I seek, I discover the Truth about myself and this Universe.  I am an individualization of the One Source of all that is. Its magnificence is everywhere present-in, as, and through all life and in as and through my life. Awareness: This one power and presence flows through my life expressing love and joy and freedom in my health, my prosperity, and my relationships. I lift the veil of ignorance, ego, small mindedness and limitation. And I step into the light of Truth, the love of the Universe, and the miraculousness of this reality. I remember who I truly am, and I let go of  anything unlike the Truth and align myself with True Nature. I feel a profound sense of freedom, power, love, and joy. I am in the flow. My life is blessed, and I know it. Gratitude: I am so grateful that I know this. So grateful. Thank you Universe. Thank you Source energy. Thank you True Nature. Surrender: I release these words knowing that they are already true. With love, I let it be so and so it is.

Recognition: I live, move, and have my being in a field of infinite possibility. I call it True Nature. Oneness: And I am one with it. I am one with the infinite. I am one with the divine. And in truth, this is all I really need to know. The vastness of this truth floods my consciousness. The entirety of creation exists within this Infinite divinity, this infinite field of all possibility. Awareness: Aware of the infinite nature of the divine, I release any belief in limitation and any thoughts that question my worthiness. I know I am valuable. I know I am able to provide value. I know I am deserving of good in my life. I know I am worthy. I am an aspect of True Nature. Therefore, I am an expression of the divine. As I feel into this reality, I am in awe of its truth. I am in awe of my own life and its miraculous nature. Gratitude: I am in a constant state of gratitude as I realize the Truth of my being. Surrender: With faith and love, I release my word to the limitless mind of the universe and  let it be so. And so it is

Recognition: There is only One Power in the Universe. Oneness: I have total faith in this Infinite Source and know I am one with it. Its energy envelops my entire being and nurtures my soul. Awareness: I consciously invite, allow and am present to the flow of this source energy within me and all around me. As I focus on the divine, I release any negativity in my subconscious mind or in my outer-experience. The Universe fills me to overflowing with Its pure, loving, creative energy. And I move through my day radiating light and love. As my energy is renewed, it fills my consciousness, my body, and my experience of being alive. Harmony and grace abound. Gratitude: With a heart full of love, I say "yes" to the all-giving Universe and give thanks for my good. Surrender: I trust the Universe with the process and the outcomes, and I am overjoyed. I love this Truth and I let it be so. And so it is

Recognition: There is One infinite Intelligence that gives itself to all of creation.  It is the creative force behind all that is. It is all possibility. It is all love. And it is everywhere present. In all things. As all things. Oneness: It is True Nature. And it is my nature. Because there is only oneness. Awareness: This infinite intelligence, infinite love, infinite possibility is always active in me, creating new ideas, fresh insights, inspired thoughts, clarity, and perspective. I am open to expanded possibilities. I am ready to deepen my  awareness of the divine, knowing that the Power and Presence of True Natures flows through me and manifests itself in amazing and miraculous ways. I trust that Infinite intelligence is operating through me now in every aspect of my life.  I relax, confident there is always an answer and a viable solution to everything I need to know and everything I need to do. All is well. All is in in divine right order, and everything is working out for the highest and best. Gratitude: I am grateful for this truth, this perfection and this flow. Surrender: I release my words, knowing it is already so. And so it is.

Recognition: One Infinite Mind is all there is. Oneness: It is all good. And it is all that I am. Awareness: As I accept this Truth, my inner awareness awakesns to the discovery of the Divine Presence within me. And oh how wonderful it is to be present and aware of this divinity within me. I open myself to infinite possibilities and accept that I am True Nature in action. I choose goodness, grace, ease and joy. And I release anything that would appear to limit them. I cherish thoughts that reflect these qualities.  I let go and let the perfection of the universe guide me to my highest and greatest good this day. Gratitude: Today is a day of celebration and gratitude. Today is a day of grace, ease, and joy. Surrender: I accept it and declare it as so.  I release my word to Universal law. And let it be so. And so it is

Recognition: There is a Power for good in the Universe that is ever available and always present. Oneness: I am unified with this Power, I am one with it. I call it True Natue. And I'm made of this same stuff. Awareness: Centered in and filled with the Divine, I know I am an integral part of Its goodness. I remain consciously anchored to and liberated by it. Centered in the divine, I actively allow, invite and participate in creating a world that works beautifully for everyone. I shed the illusion of the ego, and I awaken to the reality that my world is abundant in all ways. As I shift my  consciousness and focus upon that which is joyful, that which flows, that which is abundant and loving and ever present,  my life reflects this love, this light, this peace, this harmony and joy and beauty and health and abundance and Truth. Gratitude: I am ever grateful for this truth and the power of my word. Surrender: I let go and know that even even before I speak, the universe responds to me in amazing and beautiful ways. This is the truth. And so it Is.

Recognition: Infinite Intelligence is all there is. Oneness: That which created me out of Itself is the One Mind in which all creation exists, expresses, and evolves. Awareness: Divine Presence is always awake and aware within me, ready for my awareness of it. I call on the power of creation to keep me fully conscious of my own thinking and actions. Alert and awake, I choose to come from my highest self and create the best of all possible experiences. My inention is to stay present. To live with Presence. To sense my arms and legs and to feel the alivenss of my being, grounded in this world. From this awakened place, I express the divinity within me. My life is enriched by this awareness. And so are all those with whom I come into contact. Gratitude: I am grateful for my life and all the blessings within it, moment by moment. Surrender: I consciously release my word  to Law, knowing that True Nature handles my intention with perfect grace. And so it is.

Recognition: There is a power and a presence in the universe. I call it True Nature. Oneness: This power and presence is always on, always operating, ever present. It is creative, loving, and always available.  In fact, I cannot be separated from it because I am made from it, surrounded by it, and immersed in it. Awareness: Knowing this, I go within and consciously connect with True Nature. Here, in the quiet, peacefulness within, I turn my attention away from the external world and listen to my inner voice. I consciously tune myself to the highest vibration. I enter the stream of goodness and I flow with it.  As I listen to my intuition, I am guided to claim my power and the courage to choose a life path that is empowering, uplifting, and joyful. Every moment is a blessing. Every hour is an opportunity for me to participate with intention and passion. I see beauty, joy, and possibility wherever I go. I step into this new day revitalized and harmonious. Gratitude: knowing that my inner being is filled with light and love, truth and intelligence, I step into my day with joy and confidence. Surrender: And so it is

Recognition: Life is energy and consciousness. Oneness: With renewed clarity I see that I am one with the source of all. Its energy is around me expressing through me. Awareness: The creative energy of the universe is equally distributed throughout all of creation, manifesting as peace, harmony, wisdom, joy, health, and abundance. Just as Infinite Intelligence creates ceaselessly, so my life is constantly creating me and the circumstances and experiences of my life. I now intentionally renew my mind, body, and affairs in ever increasingly wonderful ways. My thoughts are fresh, pure, and full of love for all that exists. And my words, actions and relationships are divinely inspired. I experience infinite blessings into my life. I give and I receive. And I love the flow, the freshness and the ever-renewing source and substance of life as it expresses itself in, as, and through me. Gratitude: I gratefully acknowledge this Truth and know it is so. Surrender: And so it is.

Recognition: I am immersed in, surround by, and living proof of a loving Universe. Oneness: I bring my awareness to the power and presence of True Nature.  As I bring my attention to it, I become aware of how it fills me, moves through me and expresses as me. Awareness: My life is living proof of the divine as I move through life with grace, ease and joy. I am discerning and easily able to separate that which gives me great joy from that which I find uninspiring and joyless. I choose joy. I allow spirit to guide, support, and inspire me. As I contemplate the divine, I am filled with radiant joy. I shine with the presence of True Nature, reflecting its magnificence like diamonds. Gratitude: I give bountiful thanks for all that is. Surrender: I release my word, knowing my life is aligned with spirit. And so it is.

Recognition: This Universe is powered by, imbued with, and made entirely of one Infinite, magnificent Source Oneness: I am in continual contact with the Divine because in truth there is no separation between me and all that is. Awareness: This unlimited Source operates in, as, and through me. Because I know this Truth, my thoughts, actions and my every experience are enlightened with a new understanding of my true nature. Spirit is behind my every experience in the material world. It gives me with health, clarity, and freedom so I may express these qualities in my life. A vitality and sense of purpose enrich my daily activities. I rest easily and wake energized and refreshed. Gratitude: I accept this Truth with gratitude and allow It to flow through me with ease and grace. All is well. All is good, and it is so right here and now Surrender: The work is done, and joy permeates my world. And so it is.

Recognition: True Nature is the power and presence of all life. Oneness: I am created out of that unity, that oneness, that divine essence, that infinite source. Awareness: I am an unlimited and boundless expression of True Nature. As a spiritual being having a human, earthly experience, I am in awe of the beautiful gift of this life. As I practice mindfulness, moment to moment, I observe all that goes on around and within me. I am aware of my thoughts, feelings, actions, and reactions. When I feel discord or disharmony, I go within and bring my attention to my awareness of Divine Presence. Gratitude: I relax, expecting good in my life and accepting the highest vision of who I am. I praise and give thanks for my many blessings, knowing life is a miracle. Surrender: I accept and release my word to Law. And so it is.

Recognition: I am centered in the Power and Presence of all there is. Oneness: I awaken into this day of incredible oneness with the Divine Source of creation. Awareness: As I align myself with True Nature, it fills every aspect of my experience. I move from a place of believing to a place of knowing the Truth. The beauty that fills the entire Universe—seen and unseen—connects me to that which is in balance and grounded in love. Truth fills my body, mind, soul, and conscious awareness. The understanding that True Nature is who and what I am, allows me to ask for and receive my good. I now recognize the abundance of wisdom, love, and joy in my health, career, relationships, and finances. I have all I need through my connection with Spirit. Gratitude: I am grateful for this knowledge and allow it to transform my experience of life. Surrender: With a deep sense of grace, wonder, and freedom, I release my word. It is done. And so it is.

Recognition: There is One Omnipresent Source. It is the source of all life. Oneness: The very idea of separation from this Source is an illusion. I therefore know I am an expression of the perfect essence of life. I am unified with Divine Presence. Awareness: I bring my awareness to this Presence. As I do so, I also let go of any fears or doubts that stand between me and my realization of this Presence. I release any ideas of duality, of lack or limitation. I dive deep into the wisdom and perfection of reality. And I surrender all resistance to Truth. I welcome all my experiences with love, openness, and an awareness of oneness. I gratefully accept the gift of this life, knowing on a soul level that all is well. Gratitude: I give thanks for this conscious communion with Spirit. Surrender: In release my word and let it be so. And so it is.

Recognition: True Nature is all there is. Oneness: I recognize the living spirit of True Nature as my life.  I am one with all that is. Awareness: Each day is an awakening in which I recognize more and more of the divine within. True Nature guides, inspires and uplifts me, moving me ever upward in its aliveness. I allow joy to fill me, peace to enfold me, and grace to guide me. With joy, love, grace, and gratitude, I embrace the  Divine Presence within Gratitude: I love this truth, this reality, this knowing.  I rejoice that I am alive, that I am Being and have my being in the divine. All is good, and I am grateful  I celebrate this awareness. Surrender: I release my word and let it be so. And so it is.

Recognition: There is One Divine Intelligence. This intelligence sustains and maintains all life everywhere Oneness: I am one with this power, this presence, this intelligence. As such, the attributes of love, peace, power, joy, beauty, and wisdom express within me and as me. Awareness: My consciousness is filled with the light of Truth, love and understanding. I am effortlessly inspired to greater self-expression, and opportunities for this expression come to me easily. I dwell in a place of quiet inner communion, knowing that Presence is all there is and that I am divinely guided and protected. Wisdom guides and directs my activities, and right action unfolds perfectly in all my affairs. The Universe provides an immediate, constant, and limitless supply that manifests as lavish abundance, radiant health, and deep love in every area of my life experience. I am carried in the flow of infinite possibilities unfolding as the truth of my experience, here and now. Gratitude: With joyful thanksgiving, I celebrate life and express my divinity fully, and freely. Surrender: Knowing my Truth aligns with the perfect action of Law, I release my word. And so it is.

Recognition: One Infinite Presence in and through all things is the very essence of all that has ever existed, exists now, and shall ever exist. It is infinite consciousness. It is True Nature. Oneness: And I am made of it. It is my body, my mind, and my entire being. I am the essence of the Infinite individualized as me. Awareness: As Spirit in action, I move through each day giving of myself in generous ways, and the universe responds to me in kind. Receiving my good without question, I claim the freedom to enjoy everything that supports me in my daily living. I am open to the full circulation of the abundance of life. And I move through my experiences with ease and grace, allowing my light to shine as I share my Beingness with the world. Knowing the Truth of who I am, I celebrate my freedom and allow unlimited prosperity, love, and happinessI to flow to me and through me. Gratitude: I celebrate my life with deep gratitude and embrace it with all my heart. Surrender: I release my word and let it be so. And so it is.

Recognition: I recognize that there is One Source of all life.  This source is infinite, ever-present, and forever expanding. Oneness: I am one with the consciousness that is the power behind all of life. Awareness: Divine Presence guides and directs me into greater living. I am continuously increasing my understanding of Truth.  I am open to expanding my consciousness in harmony with all, in all, and as all. I effortlessly see the benefits of my heightened awareness as it expresses in every area of my life. My body reflects my belief in my inherent health and innate intelligence. I feel strong and energetic. I embrace a greater idea of love, and this idea reflects in all my relationships.  I deepen my awareness in all my finances, and prosperity manifests more than ever before. Gratitude: My expanded consciousness awakens me to new ideas that enrich and excite me. Surrender: It is done unto me as I believe, and I believe in ever expanding, ever optimizing goodness.  I give thanks as my life reflects my expanded consciousness. And so it is.

Recognition: The Divine surrounds, enfolds, uplifts, empowers, and fills me with inspiration. Oneness: Its love flows throughout all creation as Life Itself in dynamic vibrancy. I am this Life in human form. Awareness: I turn to the Infinite and therein find perfect love, which I also express.I live in love and see the perfection of my entire world. I see the light of good gleaming through all people and events. I live from deep and abiding peace, which is the atmosphere surrounding me. Thrilled with my life, I appreciate every detail. I now allow my life to be as it is. Gratitude: I choose to appreciate all I am, all that I do, and all I have as the best of all possibilities, knowing there is infinitely more available to me. I gratefully appreciate every occurrence in my life, I act freely and lovingly as I fulfill my purpose in being. Surrender: Confidently allowing and accepting, I release my word to the Law of Life. And so it is.

Recognition: There is one Universal Intelligence. It is True Nature. It is the Source and substance of all of life. Oneness: There is no separation between me and True Nature. There is only oneness. Awareness: As my consciousness expands to accept this truth, I open myself to a greater and deeper realization of who and what I am. I realize I am not the creator; instead, True Nature within me does the creating. Therefore, I let go of trying to control things, make things, and do things. Instead, I allow the intelligence, abundance and creativity of True Nature to flow through me and to me.  This doesn't mean I'm lazy. It means I'm awake, aware, and present to my life. It means I am in the flow. Celebration: I rejoice in the fact of my Being. Surrender: I get out of my own way and allow the Universe to do its good and perfect work. And so it is.

Recognition: There is only One Source. It is the Source of all creation­ including me. Oneness: Realizing that I am one with all that is, I contemplate my Divine nature with awe. Awareness: As I bring my attention to my body, I sense my arms, my legs, and my belly. This grounds me. I am present. And as I quiet my mind and continue moving my attention inward, I sense my connection with True Nature. My awareness is flooded with love. In this space of infinite love, I awaken to the Truth that my body is a living embodiment of True Nature, Spirit in form. I lovingly embrace every part of my physical being, unconditionally. And the consciousness that is my body responds beautifully to my love. Divine intelligence powers my body and I am grateful for its brilliance in the form of health, vitality, and strength. Celebration: I celebrate my body Surrender: And so it is.

Recognition: The One Infinite Spirit—the Creator of the Universe—is moving in and through all of life. Oneness: In this moment, I slow down and realize that Spirit knows Itself as me and I know myself as Spirit. Awareness: I embrace my wholeness with spirit. I embrace the inseparability between myself and all that is. Recognizing this oneness, I align myself with ideas of the infinite abundance of this world—in both material and immaterial realms. I feel the substance of my physical being and am in awe of the miracle of being alive, of the beating of my heart and the instinctual ways of the body and mind. I consciously release any ideas of lack or separation. Instead, I bring my awareness to a place of absolute clarity about the wholeness of True Nature and my oneness with it. I am steeped in the infinite intelligence and abundance of the mind of God. I am immensely blessed by the richness of this moment, this life, this oneness. My awareness of my inseparable beingness now creates a prototype, a perfect model of free-flowing, lov, health and abundance expressing through me and as me now. Gratitude: I celebrate the nature of the universe and I give thanks for my overflowing good. In this moment, I feel that my very being is an expression of gratitude. I am that which gives thanks. I am grateful. I am full of gratitude. I allow this feeling to permeate everything. Surrender: In this state of utter gratitude, I surrender this prayer and let it go. And so it is

Recognition: True Nature is all that is. Oneness: I fully open my mind to the realization that there is a Creative Presence at the core of my being. I am connected to the Source of all life. Awareness: I cultivate a consciousness of powerful, life-affirming thoughts. My being is spiritual; my thoughts are intentional, and my manifestations are in evidence everywhere –in mind, body, spirit and experience. I live with a sense of peace and quiet confidence as my life unfolds in miraculous ways. I am a conscious participant in my life by means of my awareness.  I bring my awareness to my choices, my emotions, by body, my relationships and in all that I do and, most importantly, all that I am. I am aware that the core of my being is consciousness. This consciousness is the consciousness of all that is. I am not just a tiny speck, breathing and thinking, but instead, I am that which breathes, that which is awareness. I am awareness itself. In this state of consciousness, I am aware of the beauty, truth, love and creativity of the Infinite. Gratitude: I am grateful for my expansive awareness. I am blessed and loved and grateful. Surrender: With joy I release my word to the universe knowing that all is unfolding in magnificent ways. It is done. And so it is.

Recognition: There is one infinite intelligence, one pervading presence, one essence that encompasses everything in existence. It is the one energy from which all things are made. It is True Nature. It is Universal Intelligence. It is Source Energy. It is Truth. And it is everywhere present. Oneness: The same intelligence that created everything created me.  It is who I am. I am a divine being having a human experience. I am more than this body, more than this mind, more than the sum of my experiences. I am spirit in the physical world. The magnificence of the one absolute presence is within me, individualized as me. I am one with the source and substance of my life.  There is no separation between me and all that is. There is only oneness. Awareness: I am the change I seek. That which I am seeking is seeking me.  Peace, power, wisdom and abundance are mine. Everything I seek is within my reach here and now. I embrace them now. I accept and say YES to my prosperity, guidance, order, harmony, health and love. I release any old patterns of thinking and doing that no longer serve me. I don't judge them. I bless them and let them go. I release fear. I release doubt.  I release anything and everything that needs to be released whether conscious or unconscious. I set myself free. Gratitude: I bring my awareness to True Nature. As I do so, I am flooded with total fulfillment, total joy, total awareness of the Presence within me. I allow the energy of all that is divine to operate in my life.I am aware of the flow, the truth and the energy that are effortlessly and continuously pouring in, as, and through me I celebrate the greatness of my life, the transformations of my experience and the abundance of all good things in my life. Perfect health, wholeness, happiness and prosperity are mine. I am grateful for the Truth of my life and all that is divine. This truth sets me free. I feel it. I know it. And I love it. Surrender: I trust in the power of the Universe. I know that when I ask, I receive. I therefore surrender. I let True Nature do its perfect work. I release and let go. It is done. It is so. And so it is.

Recognition: I open my mind and heart to knowing there is One Divine Intelligence at work in the Universe. Oneness: I am whole and at peace in my connection to Spirit, my oneness with all that is. Awareness: I feel a tremendous sense of freedom as I speak my word for the good that shows up as my prosperity and abundance. As I think about my life, I realize there is only good in my experience. I looked toward Cause as I ask myself how I choose to live my life. I have the power to change any situation. I change my mind, allow God to guide me, and say yes to the good that is mine to enjoy. l live and have my being in a benevolent Universe, so I allow Spirit to conspire for my benefit. Gratitude: I am grateful for my understanding of the limitless power of the Universe. I am grateful f the love, joy, peace , and wisdom that are already mine to flow into all areas of my life right now. Surrender: With a profound sense of gratitude and grace, I release my word to the Universe It is done. And so it is.

Recognition: There is only one Source, one substance, one energy. It is the intelligence of the universe. It is all good. All giving. All knowing. Oneness: I am one with this Source. It is the source and substance of everything that I am. Awareness: Goodness pours into my world and I am open to it. I am a channel for goodness--both a receiver and a giver of goodness.  Gone are any fears or doubts that once may have held me back; and in their place are peace and light, grace, ease, and joy, abundance, prosperity and love. Celebration: I am grateful for this truth. I celebrate this truth. Surrender: I accept it and I let it go. I let these words go. I let the Universe do its wonderful work. And so it is.

Recognition: I know Spirit is all there is. Oneness: I see the Presence of this Truth everywhere, including within me. Awareness: I am filled with gratitude and love as I honor the Power that flows through this magnificent thing called life I am always open to receiving and expressing love, peace, compassion, and clarity What I am is Spirit's gift to me. My intention is to be as much of that gift to the world as possible, knowing that my expression is an expression of True Nature. As I live my life, I focus on deepening my awareness of the Presence within me and in amplifying the light that shines through me. Gratitude: I celebrate and am grateful for all goodness of this life. Surrender: I gratefully release my word to the Universe, aware that I already have the greatest gift—Life itself and oneness with the divine. I surrender my words. And let it be so, knowing it already is so. And so it is.
