In this solo episode, Amy Wheeler explores one of the most important psychological teachings in the yoga tradition: the five kleśas, described in Chapter 2 of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. These teachings help explain why human beings experience suffering even when they are sincerely trying to live well.Drawing from both Sāṅkhya philosophy and the Yoga Sūtra, Amy walks listeners through the deeper roots of suffering, beginning with the distinction between puruṣa (the witnessing consciousness) and prakṛti (the body, mind, senses, and the manifest world). When these two are confused, the mind becomes entangled in patterns of misperception, attachment, aversion, and fear. These patterns are what Pātañjali calls the kleśas.Throughout the episode, Amy explains how these ancient teachings remain remarkably relevant today. The kleśas show up in modern life as over-identification with our roles, addiction to approval or stimulation, avoidance of discomfort, fear-driven decision making, and the constant pressure to control life so that we feel safe.Rather than presenting yoga as a way to avoid suffering, Amy emphasizes that the deeper aim of yoga is to understand suffering clearly. Through practices such as movement, breath regulation, meditation, and ethical reflection, the practitioner gradually loosens the grip of these patterns and begins to remember their deeper nature. The episode concludes with a reflection on one of Amy's favorite teachings from the Yoga Sūtra: Yoga Sūtra 1.3, which describes the moment when awareness returns to its true nature and the seer rests in its essential state. In This EpisodeAmy explores:• Why human beings suffer even when they are trying to live well • The philosophical foundation of the Yoga Sūtra in Sāṅkhya philosophy • The distinction between puruṣa (the witnessing consciousness) and prakṛti (the manifest world) • How misperception leads to psychological suffering • The five kleśas described in Yoga Sūtra 2.3 • How the kleśas appear in modern life and clinical practice • Why yoga is fundamentally relational and practiced through human interaction • How meditation helps return awareness to clarity and discernment • The deeper meaning of Yoga Sūtra 1.3 and the experience of resting in one's true natureThe Five KleśasThe five kleśas are the underlying causes of suffering described by Pātañjali.Avidyā — Misperception The root kleśa. Avidyā occurs when we confuse the changing contents of experience with our deeper nature.Asmitā — Misidentification Over-identifying with personality, roles, reputation, or thoughts rather than recognizing the witnessing awareness behind them.Rāga — Attachment Clinging to experiences that feel pleasurable or validating, believing they will resolve deeper unease.Dveṣa — Aversion Avoiding experiences that feel painful or uncomfortable, which can lead to defensiveness, withdrawal, or emotional reactivity.Abhiniveśa — Fear of Loss The deep instinct to cling to life, identity, control, and stability. This fear can appear even in those who are wise and experienced.Key Yoga Sūtras ReferencedYoga Sūtra 2.3 Avidyā-asmitā-rāga-dveṣa-abhiniveśāḥ kleśāḥ These five are the causes of suffering.Yoga Sūtra 2.5 Avidyā is mistaking the impermanent for the permanent, the impure for the pure, pain for pleasure, and the non-self for the self.Yoga Sūtra 1.3 Tadā draṣṭuḥ svarūpe 'vasthānam Then the seer rests in its true nature. Why This Matters for Yoga TherapyThe kleśas are not simply philosophical ideas. They describe patterns that appear frequently in modern life and clinical settings, including:• psychological distress • relational conflict • addiction and compulsive behavior • over-identification with roles or reputation • fear-based decision making • difficulty tolerating discomfortTherapeutic yoga practices—movement, breathwork, attentional training, and ethical reflection—help practitioners gradually recognize and soften these patterns. As clarity develops, individuals often experience greater nervous system stability, increased self-awareness, and a deeper capacity to observe thoughts and emotions without becoming completely defined by them.Reflection Questions from the Episode• What if the goal of yoga is not to become someone different, but to remember who we truly are?• Where in your life do you notice attachment to approval, comfort, or certain emotional states?• Where do you notice aversion or avoidance when something feels uncomfortable?• Can you sense the difference between the changing experiences of the mind and the steadiness of the witnessing awareness behind them?Final ReflectionThe teachings of the kleśas remind us that suffering is not simply a personal failure or something to eliminate at all costs. It is part of the human condition. Yoga invites us to understand it, learn from it, and gradually see through the patterns that amplify it.When the mind becomes clearer and less entangled in these patterns, the seer begins to rest in its true nature. From that place, life can be lived with greater steadiness, compassion, and freedom.School of Integrative Health at NDMU: https://www.ndm.edu/academics/integrative-health Master of Science in Yoga Therapy at NDMU https://www.ndm.edu/academics/integrative-health/yoga-therapy Explore NDMU's Post-Master's Certificate in Therapeutic Yoga Practices https://www.ndm.edu/academics/integrative-health/yoga-therapy/post-masters-certificate-in-therapeutic-yoga-practices #IntegrativeHealth #HealthcareEducation #InterprofessionalEducation #GraduateSchool #NDMUproud #SOIHproud #SOIHYoga #SOIHAyurveda #NDMUYoga #NDMUAyurveda #SOIHGraduateSchool Try our Post-Bac Ayurveda Certification Program at NDMU: https://www.ndm.edu/academics/integrative-health/ayurveda/post-baccalaureate-ayurveda-certification Amy's website:www.TheOptimalState.com Yoga Therapy Hour Podcasthttps://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/yoga-therapy-hour-with-amy-wheeler/id1564687158 The Optimal State Mobile Apphttps://optimalstateapp.com
“I often feel like the work is kind of a disintegrative work that we’re doing, we’re allowing the patterns and the structures to release, so that there’s sort of nowhere left to go, because there’s nothing left to lose.” – Julia Bodkin Beloved Hoffman Process facilitator and psychotherapist, Julia Bodkin, first took the Process in India in her very early adulthood. After living quite a bit of life, she took it again in Australia. Now, as a trained professional in many healing modalities, Julia facilitates the Process in the U.K. She brings a lifetime of experience, wisdom, and expertise, along with her generous, vulnerable heart. In her youth, Julia wondered if there could be more to life than just getting a job and settling down. She grew up in a middle-class British family that, to her, seemed very “dull.” So she left the U.K. and travelled around India until she came to Pune, India, where she studied on and off for ten years. Along her journey, having worked within many of the great schools of spiritual transformation, Julia knew she was seeking enlightenment and an “everlasting blissful state.” Through study, teaching, and much meditation, she’s, over time, found herself settling into an awakening and the embodiment of her true nature. Julia now sees it as “settling into what is.” In teaching the Process, Julia shares how beautiful it is to watch students soften into themselves. She shares that in shedding patterns, they start “to get familiar with something that they’ve been trying to avoid, and realize how beautiful it is, and how much more open, and how much sweeter it is to have that connection with themselves.“ We know you’ll love this conversation with Julia and Drew. It’s filled with many bits of Hoffman history that might be new to you. Listen on Apple Podcasts More about Julia Bodkin: Julia Bodkin has been a Hoffman Process facilitator since 2014. She completed the Process, trained in Australia, and is now based in Devon, in the U.K., where she has a private psychotherapy practice. Julia’s work is inspired by more than 35 years of personal and professional immersion in different schools of psychotherapy and meditation. She has a degree in psychotherapy and a long career as a therapist in private practice, individually and with groups. Julia has worked as an addiction therapist at the original Priory Hospital in London. For 15 years, Julia was a co-creator and a senior facilitator of The Path of Love process. She has been a senior teacher of the Diamond Logos Teaching since the late 1990's. She has expertise and experience in Trauma Healing/SE®, Addiction Treatment, Gestalt Therapy, Group Therapy, Family Therapy & Family Constellation, and is also a Craniosacral Therapy practitioner. As a traveller, Julia has lived and worked on several continents and is passionate about supporting people in reconnecting with their true nature. Krishna Das reflects on Maharaj-ji's teaching that all names, forms, and journeys lead to the same truth. This week on Pilgrim Heart, Krishna Das talks about:Neem Karoli's teaching: Sub Ek (all one)Following the heart and our own individual path to GodA dream message that Krishna Das had from Maharaj-jiDeveloping communication skills for improved relationshipsHow being hard on ourselves makes it difficult to offer compassion to othersPutting effort into daily practice Living with ease and being with all experiences, good and bad“Maharaj-ji said one thing to us that was life-changing: sub ek. All one. Many names, many forms, many paths, all one. Different cultures call it by different names, they conceive of it differently, but underneath the thoughts it's all the same…What Jesus realized is the same thing that the yogis in India realized, that the Zen Buddhists, Sufis, Muslims realized. They don't get stuck in the difference of the forms. It's just names; they're all the names of the same thing which is our own true nature.” –Krishna DasAbout Krishna Das:Layering traditional Hindu kirtan with instantly accessible melodies and modern instrumentation, Grammy nominee Krishna Das has been called yoga's “rock star.” With a remarkably soulful voice that touches the deepest chord in even the most casual listener, Krishna Das – known to friends, family, and fans as simply KD – has taken the call-and-response chanting out of yoga centers and into concert halls, becoming a worldwide icon and the best-selling chant artist of all time. His album ‘Live Ananda' (released January 2012) was nominated for a Grammy in the Best New Age album category.KD spent the late '60s traveling across the country as a student of Ram Dass, and in August 1970, he finally made the journey to India, which led him to Ram Dass' own beloved guru, Neem Karoli Baba, known to most as Maharaj-ji. Krishna Das now travels the world sharing his kirtan practice and wonderful stories of his life, of Maharaji-ji, of his life on the Path and discusses bringing chanting into our lives through retreats and workshops. To date, KD has released 15 well-received albums, most recently Trust in the Heart released in October 2017.MORE INFORMATION and OFFERINGS VISIT: https://krishnadas.com/ KRISHNA DAS ON SOCIAL: FACEBOOK: facebook.com/KrishnaDasMusic INSTAGRAM: instagram.com/krishnadasmusic YOUTUBE: / krishnadasmusic X: @krishnadas #KrishnaDasSee Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

About the Book: "Killed to Order: China's Organ Harvesting Industry and the True Nature of America's Biggest Adversary" A crime the Chinese regime can no longer deny—Forced Organ Harvesting. What if everything you need to understand about the Chinese Communist Party—and how the free world should respond to it—could be explained through this one issue? In this urgent and eye-opening book, journalist Jan Jekielek distills decades of investigations from reputable sources, combined with his own research and in-depth firsthand insight, into a compelling case for rethinking our approach to the CCP. Through the lens of grave human rights abuses—most disturbingly, the state-sanctioned harvesting of organs from prisoners of conscience—Jekielek exposes the inner workings of a regime built on deception, coercion, and control. Killed to Order: The Organ Harvesting Industry of China and the True Nature of America's Biggest Adversary reveals why continuing to misunderstand the CCP poses a growing threat to global freedom. americasrt.com https://ileaderssummit.org/ | https://jerusalemleaderssummit.com/ America's Roundtable on Apple Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/americas-roundtable/id1518878472 X: @JanJekielek @ileaderssummit @americasrt1776 @NatashaSrdoc @JoelAnandUSA @supertalk @JTitMVirginia America's Roundtable is co-hosted by Natasha Srdoc and Joel Anand Samy, co-founders of International Leaders Summit and the Jerusalem Leaders Summit. Ann's new book, Traveling in Bardo: The Art of Living in an Impermanent World was released by Balance/Hachette in September, 2025. TRAVELING IN BARDO explores how we can find meaning and happiness in a world where change is the only certainty. Interweaving explorations of "bardo" between-states in relation to marriage and friendship, parents and children, and work and creativity with stories of her Tibetan ancestors and Buddhist teachings on the fleeting nature of existence, Slater illuminates what the teachings have to tell us in our contemporary lives. She relays vital wisdom from Tibetan culture, giving us a bold, new framework to navigate moments of change and live life fully. With a foreword by Dani Shapiro, the book has been praised by Elizabeth Gilbert, Melissa Febos, Sharon Salzberg, and Julia Alvarez, among others, and has been selected as a "Must-Read" by the Next Big Idea Club, co-curated by Malcolm Gladwell. In the midst of this shifting landscape, Slater invites us to embrace impermanence in a powerful way, rooted in ancient wisdom. During over forty years of writing and speaking about her Tibetan-American heritage and the relevance of Buddhism in Western society, Slater has come to see how Tibetan bardo views on impermanence can transform the way we live. A luminous guide to navigating transition and impermanence, it offers us the opportunity to find happiness in an impermanent world.

"The only way that you can do that is to expose yourself to the load, to the challenge, to the stress. Strategically... mindfully..." Strength isn't just about pushing harder—it's about learning how to respond when pressure rises. Real growth happens when discomfort is applied with intention, creating an opportunity to reshape patterns of thought, emotion, and behavior. When the mind is trained under controlled stress, it becomes more patient, more focused, and more adaptable. Over time, this consistent practice rewires internal responses, making resilience, clarity, and composure a natural state rather than something forced. Erwan Le Corre explains how breath-hold work creates a unique form of internal stress that can't be avoided or distracted from, making it one of the most effective ways to train the mind. By observing reactions like impatience or panic and consciously shifting them, new neural patterns are formed. Erwan contrasts relentless discipline with a more balanced approach, emphasizing that true mastery comes from adaptability—knowing when to push and when to recalibrate. His framework of valuing, choosing, and acting turns intention into tangible results through consistent execution. Erwan is the founder of MovNat, a system built on natural human movement and the philosophy that strength, health, and freedom are part of our biological design. Raised in France with a childhood rooted in outdoor exploration—running, climbing, and testing limits—he developed an early connection to movement in nature. Through decades of study in physical education, performance, and human potential, Erwan has created methods that help people reconnect with their "True Nature" and build both physical capability and mental resilience. Expert action steps: Get crystal clear on what you truly value and why it matters. Align your decisions with those values—commit to them fully. Lisa welcomes back the remarkable Marie José Dhaese, a trailblazer in the field of play therapy and the original creator of expressive play therapies. Building on their previous conversation about Holistic Expressive Play Therapy, Lisa and Marie José dive even deeper into the profound journey of healing, attachment, and reconnecting to one's true nature. With over 50 years of experience as a registered clinical counselor, art therapist, and play therapy supervisor, Marie José shares her deep wisdom and heartfelt reflections on what it takes to create a therapeutic environment where children can reconnect to themselves and thrive. In this episode, you will explore: The metaphor of the "white dot": Discover how this symbol represents our core essence or true nature, and why nurturing this inner light is central to healing. Attachment and true nature: Understand how early attachment experiences shape a child's development, and how caregivers and therapists can reflect the child's true self back to them. The role of trauma in disconnection: Learn how attachment disruptions and trauma sever a child's connection to their true self, and how therapy can help repair these ruptures. The therapist's own journey: Hear how Marie José emphasizes the importance of therapists being on an ongoing journey of self-discovery and healing, and how this inner work allows them to hold space for others. Creating an environment for transformation: Explore the significance of designing therapeutic spaces that invite safety, creativity, and how nature and expressive therapies play a vital role in transformation. The importance of closure in therapy: Discover why creating a clear beginning, middle, and end in therapy sessions is essential for healing, and how a lack of closure can impact therapeutic outcomes. Navigating the complexities of healing: Gain insight into the delicate balance therapists must maintain between structure and spontaneity, allowing children to explore, express, and reconnect with their true selves at their own pace. Tending to your own "dot": Lisa and Marie José discuss the ethical imperative for therapists to engage in self-care, self-reflection, and self-compassion to remain present and attuned to their clients' needs. Join Lisa and Marie José for a thought-provoking and heartfelt conversation that will inspire therapists to reflect on their own journey, deepen their connection to their clients, and create spaces where true healing can unfold. This episode is filled with wisdom for those seeking to support children on their path to self-discovery and resilience. The Tenpenny Files – Jan Jekielek examines evidence of forced organ harvesting in China, tracing allegations tied to Falun Gong persecution. He discusses witness testimony, medical inconsistencies, and global response. The investigation raises urgent questions about ethics, state power, and the role of international institutions as disturbing details continue to emerge...
We begin the episode with the absolutely ingenious and surprising way in which Kepler discovered the laws of planetary motion.People sometimes say that AI will make especially fast progress at scientific discovery because of tight verification loops. But the story of how we discovered the shape of our solar system shows how the verification loop for correct ideas can be decades (or even millennia) long.During this time, what we know today as the better theory can actually make worse predictions. And the reasons it survives this epistemic hell is some mixture of judgment and heuristics that we don't even understand well enough to actually articulate, much less codify into an RL loop. Mike talks with Jan Jekielek, senior editor at The Epoch Times and host of American Thought Leaders, to discuss his new book, Killed to Order: China's Organ Harvesting Industry and the True Nature of America's Biggest Adversary. It's an explosive investigation into allegations of state-sanctioned organ harvesting in China. Jan shares what he's learned from years of interviews with doctors, investigators, and even survivors of this gruesome industry where political prisoners are killed for their organs. The conversation is a rumination on good versus evil, raising urgent questions about human rights and medical ethics. They can schedule a heart transplant in days. In America, you wait years. That impossible math has one explanation: someone is being killed to fill the order. Tonight, investigative journalist Jan Jekielek, senior editor at The Epoch Times and author of Killed to Order: China's Organ Harvesting Industry and the True Nature of America's Biggest Adversary exposes the Chinese Communist Party's state-sanctioned, for-profit organ harvesting industry, estimated at $8.9 billion a year. From the whistleblower whose surgeon husband harvested corneas from 2,000 living prisoners, to the survivor who woke up in a Chinese prison with a 14-inch scar and parts of his liver and lung missing, to the hot-mic moment between Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin... the evidence is no longer deniable. Sol LuckmanAs romantically appealing as it might be to our inner child, genuine alchemy absolutely is NOT a chemical process for creating material gold.Rather, inner or internal alchemy is an empowering methodology of self-transformation designed to generate a permanent energy source within—the fabled and utterly misunderstood Philosopher's Stone—that enables a specific form of immortality: the preservation of individual consciousness beyond death.Romancing the (Real) Philosopher's Stone Instead of a physical object, the Philosopher's Stone is actually an energetic structure or nexus located the general region of the solar plexus. A “bio-nuclear generator,” if you will, the Stone is literally cultivated within the alchemist's body over years of dedicated practice. Specifically, the Stone is created by accumulating and packing life force—often referred to as prana, chi, kundalini, and many other names—into the solar plexus area (the “Cauldron”) for men or the womb area for women. This process involves, first and foremost, energy absorption and reabsorption. The practitioner actively pulls energy from the environment, plants, and even negative interactions—then purifies and compresses it into a compact sphere that eventually solidifies into a multidimensional “piezoelectric gem” of sorts. The Stone serves as a veritable stepping stone to real immortality by allowing the individual to store enough power to withstand the dissolution of a coherent individual identity that normally occurs with death.Immortality: The Ultimate Hero's JourneyImmortality doesn't mean living forever in the physical body; rather, it's the alchemical result of “getting out of here alive” or exiting the Matrix into the Dark Sea of Awareness surrounding our limited “reality” with our memory and individuality intact. This is the Ultimate Hero's Journey, a solitary quest for transcendence that differs from the classic hero's journey by focusing on exiting the construct entirely rather than returning to the community.Absent intensive alchemical preparation, death typically results in the loss of individual consciousness as the soul is “reclaimed” or “eaten” by a larger force (variously referred to as the Eagle, Source, Galactic Center, etc.), leading to a collectivist recycling of energy rather than survival of the discrete self. The Role of the Dreambody & the Ghost in the MachineTo achieve immortality, the inner alchemist uses the vast accumulated power of the Philosopher's Stone to energize and project an ideal Dreambody. This etheric form is a new and improved body, an etheric tulpa that serves as a vessel for navigating eternity. The process relies on the Tria Prima of alchemy, interpreted as the unification of three internal aspects: the Father (unconscious), the Son (conscious mind), and the Holy Spirit, identified as the Ghost in the Machine or philosopher's child. This so-called Ghost is a magical aspect of the psyche capable of bridging the conscious and unconscious minds, facilitating creation of the Dreambody.Overcoming the Dragon to Fuel ImmortalityA critical component of alchemical work involves reclaiming energy from a predatory force I like to call the Dragon, which controls the Matrix and feeds on human energy (loosh).Through inner alchemy humans can reverse this predatory dynamic by learning to feed on the Dragon's stolen energy, thereby diminishing its control while increasing their own personal power.Techniques such as shamanic recapitulation (recovering lost energy from the past) and energy gathering (from the past, present, or future) can be paired with healing the Fragmentary Body—a leak in the biofield—in order to accumulate the necessary energetic fuel to construct the Philosopher's Stone.Ultimately, the goal is to amass sufficient power to eventually be able to choose your death and consciously transfer awareness into your Dreambody, thereby avoiding the memory wipe of a standard death and continuing existence as a free, multidimensional entity. So what you are you waiting for? Inward and onward!Copyright © Sol Luckman. All Rights Reserved. Thank you for subscribing. Leave a comment or share this episode.
For twenty years, I've investigated a crime almost too horrific to name—now documented in my new book: “Killed to Order: China's Organ Harvesting Industry and the True Nature of America's Biggest Adversary.”In America and other free countries, patients wait months or even years for an organ. But in China, transplant wait lists are measured in weeks—or even days.In this episode, the tables are turned, and I'm in the guest seat this time.I invited my good friend, actor and comedian Rob Schneider, who has become deeply personally invested in this issue, to be the guest host for this special episode. This is the dark reality: When someone decides to go to China and pay a hefty sum for a scheduled transplant, then on the other side, an incarcerated prisoner of conscience, who has already been blood-typed and tissue-typed, is likely being killed to order.China's transplant industry began its exponential expansion at the exact same time as the state launched its aggressive, nationwide campaign to eradicate the spiritual practice of Falun Gong. There is growing evidence of Uyghurs being targeted as well. There is even an underground global market for what are called “Halal organs,” which means organs from Muslim donors. And it's not just wealthy foreigners who travel to China for organ transplants.China's super elite have access to a secretive longevity program dubbed “Project 981” with eerie ties to this macabre organ industry. This project entered the spotlight last year after the revealing hot mic exchange between Chinese leader Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin, where they talked about extending lifespans in part through repeated organ transplants.American institutions have, wittingly or unwittingly, helped facilitate the rise of China's transplant system through partnerships with Chinese transplant centers, the training of hundreds of Chinese surgeons, and the supply of China's organ preservation solutions, surgical instruments, immunosuppressive drugs, and transplant diagnostics. The stories I share in this episode are disturbing, but we cannot afford to look away.Views expressed in this video are opinions of the host and the guest, and do not necessarily reflect the views of The Epoch Times.
Key Takeaways: Managing Emotions Matters: Successful investing starts with emotional control. When you calm nervous energy, you can think more clearly and make better decisions. Know the Difference Between Fear and Intuition: Fear and anxiety create urgency and confusion. Intuition feels calm and steady, and it helps guide thoughtful, informed actions. Emotional Stability Starts at Home: Spending quality time and being present with family helps regulate emotions. This stability carries over into better, more mature financial choices. Volatility Can Be an Advantage: Market ups and downs don't have to be scary. When understood and respected, volatility can open the door to long-term wealth. Use Both Logic and Emotional Intelligence: Smart investing combines numbers and analysis with self-awareness and intuition. Both are important for making sound decisions over time. A decades-long crime against humanity is operating in plain sight – run by crooked doctors, surgeons, and hospitals in China. A new investigation by Epoch Times senior editor Jan Jekielek alleges the Chinese government runs a murder-for-profit system that executes prisoners on demand, harvesting their organs for transplant – and says it's been happening for over 25 years. In the book Killed To Order, author Jan Jekielek says the Chinese Communist Party created an industrial-scale organ harvesting network targeting Falun Gong, Uyghurs and other perceived enemies of the state, and calls it one of the gravest human rights crises of the century that most people don't even know about. Democrats don't care about the facts! They are either morons who don't care to know or scumbags who are in on it. PLUS, Jan Jekielek, senior editor with The Epoch Times and author of the upcoming book Killed to Order: China's Organ Harvesting Industry and the True Nature of America's Biggest Adversary, tells Shaun about China's Murder-For-Organ industry and the CCP's Unrestricted Warfare doctrine used to weaponize any type of relationship in order to defeat their adversaries. Originally aired May 26, 2022. In this podcast Eckhart talks about our dependence on people, places, things and concepts as the source of our identity. He says most of us derive a sense of self from our attachments. He believes the essence of who we truly are is much deeper. Eckhart calls it the alive stillness at the center of our being. Once we become aware of it, our attachment to external things fades and we discover our true nature. Eckhart illustrates this idea with the story of a Buddhist monk who sought to release worldly things. His difficulties were great, until he let go absolutely. The world is changing all around us at rapid pace. We have to think on our feet now more than ever. And for those of you reading this, alongside that rollercoaster life is also a creative passion. A project you want to bring to life. If you're ready to go deep, this week's Bound & Determined podcast episode with Paul Lubicz is for you. Paul works with high-capacity founders, leaders, and creatives who are externally successful but internally overextended. For over two decades, Paul has worked at the intersection of performance, psychology, and lived experience—helping people identify where they've become the bottleneck in their own lives and remove the emotional and structural load that's quietly eroding clarity, health, and decision-making. He is the founder of Return to True Nature, a private mentorship and advisory practice where he works one-on-one and in small groups over extended periods, guiding clients through sustained behavioral change rather than insight alone. Paul's perspective has been shaped by decades of personal inquiry, leadership exposure, and deep observation of what actually works when pressure is high and stakes are real. Today, he speaks and teaches on clarity, alignment, and responsibility—helping people stop managing appearances and start living with coherence, authority, and integrity. I'm certain you'll leave this episode with as many Aha's as I did.

You're feeling absolutely fantastic this morning! But not for the reason you think. You don't feel good because it's Christmas Eve. You don't feel good because you know what's under the tree, or even because you're off work or have no professional Zoom meetings tomorrow (likely for a whole week!), or that your favorite food is being prepared, or that your playlist is FIRE and the Temptations are going in on ‘Silent Night'.All of these things may very well seem to be happening, but they're not causing that quiet-Joy you're aware of. You're just presently in alignment... allowing yourself to feel good, to experience God. You're currently BEing your true Self! This is your natural state— one of uncaused joy, ease, love, relaxation and peace. What people call ‘The Christmas Spirit' is your original nature, and you can feel this way even on your first day back to work, if you give yourself permission.God didn't come closer this morning, and It won't get further away next week. We just changed the way we are living in this moment. And now we must keep living this way... remembering to recognize that the Light is ALWAYS on inside. That we are this Light. If you can stop waiting for special occasions to remember this background Joy, to feel Go(o)d, to be yourSelf, your life will change drastically from the inside out and very rapidly.
