Men of Bronze is where men come together and become the best they can be. Our goal at Men of Bronze is to create a culture that allows men to thrive and become more elite in all aspects of life. We want to become better husbands, fathers, entrepreneurs, and employees and create a network of support to achieve our goals. We need to ensure that the values handed down from previous generations are upheld to create a safe and prosperous world for our families to live in.
To many times we hear the story of the man on his death bed looking back on his life, listing the things he wished he had done. Too often we hear the elders in our own personal lives tell us that they had a great idea they never followed through on, or a missed opportunity looking back they wished they took. In this episode I sit down with my friend Austin Legg and talk; - About changing your career path, making that decision when it seems impossible - Avoiding getting stuck in the proverbial golden hand cuffs - Being a world record holder, becoming a doer rather than a talker - Surrounding yourself with people who support and challenge us - Big Foot Join us as we dive into some personal experiences and I hope you enjoy this one as much as we did Join Austin Legg on his Instagram Topics Discussed in this Episode:- About changing your career path, making that decision when it seems impossible- Avoiding getting stuck in the proverbial golden hand cuffs- Being a world record holder, becoming a doer rather than a talker- Surrounding yourself with people who support and challenge us- Big Foot Join us as we dive into some personal experiences and I hope you enjoy this one as much as we did Join Austin Legg on his Instagram Austin Legg Links:@Austin.LeggVisit our website at www.menofbronze.ca and join me on Instagram@stevenlopes_mob Remember to subscribe and share the Men of Bronze podcast in your life. Ryan is the author of F*** Your Feelings, and the co-founder of the Better Human Project. He is a sought after thought leader who specializes in high performance and the development of individuals and organizations. Ryan's book was something I happened to stumble upon via social media and I just happened to purchase it via credit on audible. I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by how incredible this book was. I was truly blind sided about how deep the content was, how helpful the message was and how much scientific data and sources he had to back up everything he says. This book is jam packed with information and tactics to improve your life in many ways, starting with the most simple and easy to implement changes. I highly recommend to anyone on the fence to grab a physical copy or the audible version and dive into this masterpiece.Enjoy the discussion, and as always, like and share this podcast with the men in your life.Topics Discussed in this Episode:The importance of goal setting and the shocking statistics about how few people set and achieve goalsHow to improve skills by stretching our limitsOur lives are perfectly designed for the results we are getting (and how difficult of a pill that is to swallow)Neurological wiring vs. muscle memory (what does this mean for us?)"Moving the chains" in everyday life rather than looking for the "highlight reel play"Ryan Munsey Links:Instagram: @ryanmunsey_Website: www.ryanmunsey.comRemember to subscribe and share the Men of Bronze podcast with the men in your life.
