Act as if - Act as if you already are that version of you. Act according to your values. Who are you? Here is an exercise you can do. Set a daily alert on your phone and choose 3 words to remind you if you are being that person you want to be. Here is another great takeaway - Your life is perfectly designed for the results you're currently getting. Meaning if you are in a rut, stagnant and have a poor attitude its up to you to change that. What results do you want to keep? What results do you want to change? Remember you have the power. You always will and you always have.
