In this week's episode, I go over my Circle DNA results. I found this to be extremely helpful knowledge especially when it comes to health and wellness. I think it's important to know how your body works and what you need as far as diet and exercise that best fits your body and your genetics. I also think it's important to know if you have any risks for any cancers or diseases so you can do what you can to prevent it. I highly encourage everyone to get this test so you can leave the healthiest life possible.

In today's episode, we have Jesse Billauer. Jesse suffered a surfing accident at the age of 17, hitting his head on a shallow sandbar after being knocked off his surfboard by a wave. The force broke his neck, severing his spinal cord at the C6 level and instantly rendering him a quadriplegic. Doctors told Jesse he would never surf again however, Jesse eventually did return to surfing, adapting his surfing technique and equipment to the situation of his current condition. Almost 20 years later Jesse is the founder of Life Rolls On, a foundation that helps kids live out their dreams of surfing and skateboarding. Jesse has helped hundreds of people all over the world with his speaking and foundation.
