Way back for episode 33 we did a game of 20 questions as a group. Tonight we decided to get a little wild and let Muff pick all the games for us to guess! We run through 5 rounds of 20 questions with Muff as we try to predict what his mind would choose. Little spoiler: it wasn't easy! Before we even get into the main event though we had quite a bit of other topics to cover. We start with an update on our video game fantasy draft which will likely be our last update until the end of the year. We then discuss the death of physical media in gaming and the game to end all games spearheading it all - Grand Theft Auto 6. Then at the end we cap things off with some discussion on the Super Nintendo World theme park. For what was meant to be a fluff episode - it's packed with content! So grab your headphones and your orthopedic back pillow and join us, for this episode of 20 questions with Muff - and more!

Do these twenty questions expose fatal problems with dispensationalism? Critics argue that dispensational theology cannot adequately explain key Bible passages concerning Israel and the church, the kingdom of God, Daniel's seventieth week, the pretribulation rapture, biblical prophecy, and the New Covenant. In this episode, Peter Goeman works rapidly through twenty common objections to dispensationalism and asks whether they genuinely overturn the system.Along the way, he examines covenant theology, the interpretation of Old Testament prophecy, the “last trumpet,” the timing of the rapture, the future of Israel, and the relationship between the church and the New Covenant. Some questions raise legitimate issues, while others depend upon misunderstandings or outdated caricatures. Ultimately, the question is not whether the label “dispensationalism” can survive criticism, but whether its central beliefs accurately reflect what Scripture teaches.Time Stamps:00:00 — Introduction3:25 — 1. England men's all-time record try scorer, Rory Underwood, gives a rare interview, offering insights into his extraordinary career. He tells the story of how, as the son of a Malaysian Chinese mother and English father, he grew up in both Malaysia and England, and how he managed to combine a job flying jets for the Royal Airforce with scoring 49 tries for his country. He reflects on the impact his mother had on the sport when she was filmed celebrating in the stands as he and his brother Tony triumphed on the field, and gives details of just how different life was during the amateur era. Just five foot nine, Underwood explains how he didn't allow his stature to hold him back and reveals that he didn't feel fear - either on the wing or flying hawks close to the ground for the RAF. Underwood relives what it was like helping England win Grand Slams and provides a theory as to why English rugby struggles today compared to the golden era he played through and helped shape.

I picked his brain a little about how the Tubi mix is created, and then we chatted about a few movies currently on Tubi that had caught our eye for various reasons: The In-Laws (1979, with Peter Falk and Alan Arkin), Magic (1978, with Anthony Hopkins), 20 Questions (1987), Arlington Road (1999), Scorpio (1973), Captain Ron (1992), Report to the Commissioner (1975), and Skinamarink (2022). When life is leaving you with so many questions, especially when you are dealing with an epilepsy diagnosis, sometimes it is good to hear some answers from someone with experience. Good thing we have our in-house expert, Greg Grunberg, to answer the call! Welcome to the final chapter of our two-part series in which Greg answers the top 20 questions that have come from the epilepsy community. While he says he might not have all the answers, he speaks from his heart after nearly 30 years of being a caregiver to his son with epilepsy, and he is here to assure you that it is going to be okay. We don't know what version of okay that might look like, but it certainly be okay. It is not wrong to ask questions, or be frustrated, or have the feeling that you want to give up. The best thing to do when that happens is to... you guessed it... talk about it! In this part 2, Greg takes on questions about making jokes about epilepsy, what to do about treatment not working, SUDEP, protecting a child with epilepsy vs letting them make mistakes or risk danger, and so much more. This is real stuff, these are real feelings, and Greg has the real answers. We would love to hear your perspective. If you have ideas, or agreements, even disagreements with Greg, let us know! Comment, share, and let's keep the conversation going. The first step is ALWAYS to talk about it! Talk About It with Greg Grunberg is excited to be sponsored by Neurelis and by Jazz Pharmaceuticals.

Get ready to Talk About It! Or in Greg's case, answer about it! In this two-part series, Greg takes on your 20 most-asked questions and responds from the heart, giving authentic insight from an epilepsy advocate and caregiver. In this part 1, we cover some of the heavy questions that weigh on patients and caregivers, from "why me?" to "what can I do about caregiver burnout?" Social isolation, disagreements among parent caregivers, driving safety, refusal to take meds - these are all things that patients and caregivers have to confront head-on, and Greg is here to provide a steady voice in the conversation for you. We always say on this show, "everybody has something" and remind you that epilepsy doesn't define your life. But that doesn't mean that these questions aren't coming from real emotions and frustrations, or that it is wrong to ask altogether. The first step in finding answers, or at least dealing with the emotions behind the questions, is to talk to other people about it. Greg might not have all the answers, but he certainly speaks from his heart. Give this episode a listen and let us know if you agree or disagree - even disagreements lead to talking about it! Talk About It with Greg Grunberg is excited to be sponsored by Neurelis and by Jazz Pharmaceuticals.
Melissa joins Mary to celebrate 20 years of Toast & Jam! They reveal the scrappy origin story, relive some truly unhinged wedding moments, and spill brand-building secrets that turned a side hustle into a staple. Along the way, they get real about authenticity, representation, and carving out space in an industry that hasn't always offered female DJs the aux cord. Have a question or thought for Mary? Step into the new year with a round of 20 (not 20) Questions that starts playful, then turns a little darker. Between deep cuts, hot takes, and answers that land harder than expected, they keep circling back to what it means to remember 9/11 and carry that weight into a new chapter. It is funny in places, uncomfortable in others, and more honest than anyone had planned.
