Millian Quinteros is a voice over artist, audio producer and podcast editor in Las Vegas. You might expect this podcast to be about audio, recording and production. The truth is, this is a podcast about every day life, and the oddities, observations and nuances that make it happen. Millian discusses…

Two things that bother me, is when people ask what my dream job is, and what is my "why." Just don't ask, because I am not playing that game with you. If you can't figure that out, then you may have a bigger problem than me. I will rebel against this question, by eating pineapple on pizza, and patiently waiting for the revolution. It's time for something big in this world, and I may be just too tired to care about it.

I am exhausted by the fact that everything now needs an account, an app, or my phone number. I am not trying to join a loyalty program, a community, or a digital ecosystem. I am trying to buy a sandwich. Just give me the discount already!Somewhere along the way, our entire way of living turned into a gamified mess. Points, badges, rewards, tiers, and notifications constantly reminding us we are just one more click away from saving a few cents. To get there, we hand over data, attention, and access without a second thought. We are warned nonstop about identity theft, data breaches, and unauthorized access. We are told to protect our privacy and lock everything down. At the same time, participation in modern life requires our identity at every turn. This episode is part rant and part reality check. What happened to simple transactions? What happened to trust, to authenticity, to real human exchange? Not everything needs to be optimized. Not every interaction needs to be tracked. Chasing rewards is not the same as chasing meaning, and engagement is not the same as connection.Let us keep things real, authentic, and organic. Or at the very least, let us remember what that used to feel like before everything required a login.

Everything costs too damn much and it's not accidental. Food, groceries, bills, repairs, eating out… all of it feels rigged, because it is. We've hit an economic point of no return, drowning in debt while pretending we're not even sure who we owe it to. We're propping up a broken system with fake paper money and calling it “normal.”In this podcast, I break down how we got here and why the simplest fixes are the ones nobody wants to touch. From fast food and veterinarians to big-box stores and auto mechanics, I dig into how everyday necessities turned into financial landmines. This doesn't end well and pretending otherwise won't save us. Hang on to your wallet, brother.

I'm asking a question most people never stop to think about. Do you need to be liked? I've always told myself I don't, but sometimes I wonder if it's the world that's off or is it just me. From traveling solo and eating alone to watching how my dad treated people with kindness that didn't always pay off for me, this one's about what it means to do life on your own terms.I dive into what it's like to be introverted in an extroverted world, how social circles and life can feel like high school all over again, and why being nice doesn't always lead to success. Whether you're a solo traveler, a quiet thinker, or just someone who's tired of chasing approval, this might be your episode.

I am a real human, feeling stuck in a world that is growing more fake by the day. When you think about it, our food, our medicine, our news, social media, entertainment and general life are all fake, and slowly being usurped by A.I. I share with you things I notice about how everything is counterfeiting humans and the human experience. So I ask simply....do you really like the fake ones?

Coming up on age 50, and I am really lost and confused by the world I see around me. Do we long for an earlier time, when it turns out that we were probably lied to about it anyway? Do we look forward to a new time, when things don't look much better? Do we just run off and eat cheeseburgers and not care? I am lamenting today about what I see as I approach age 50, yet not quite at the half way mark yet. I am pulling you down with me, to the depths of this ocean, and we will talk about it

The world has had enough. I've had enough. And I'm pretty sure you have too. Nothing feels the same anymore. We grind harder every day just to survive while taxes, bills, and broken systems bleed us dry. The truth is, it isn't supposed to be this way. Across the world, people are waking up and refusing to stay silent. The last six years have tested all of us, and now it's time to push back. Change won't come from waiting. It comes from standing up and taking it back. So where do we go from here? That's up to us. We either keep letting the system win, or we start creating something better. Are you ready to fight for it? Are you fed up yet?

My trailer to the reboot of my podcast, Millian Unmuted. Just telling you what I am planning for 2026 and forward!

I am lamenting the problem that many creators tend to run into, which is the never-ending quest for tone and quality. This applies to most, as satisfaction with their work, and do they struggle with consistently being happy. Why does work seems great in the moment, yet when you come back and revisit, it is terrible? I speak today about how I try to provide better customer service for my people, despite never being happy with my audio and sound. Do you struggle with this same problem, and do you border on Imposter Syndrome despite being overly qualified? The new Safemoon cryptocurrency is making tons of waves these days. Some info is good and some info is bad. What everyone seems to be overlooking is that fact, that human psychology plays a huge part in investing, and specifically the cryptocurrency market. FOMO and FUD rule the day unfortunately. On this episode, I provide to you my psychological analysis of the Safemoon community, the team and how you need to conduct yourself to be successful not only in this crypto space, but in life in general. Safemoon is risky, Crypto is risky, and in fact, this whole life is risky. Much like you, I am doing my best to check out of this Matrix, and be free from this madness in our world. Listen in to hear my take on the current projects, the best creators to follow, how to position yourself mentally, and what happens when and if Safemoon does indeed, reach the moon. Please direct conversation and messages to Telegram at MillianHQ and let's discuss. Thanks for checking this out, and enjoy the chat.

On the last podcast episode, I lamented about the fact that I hated running, because I keep getting passed by the mom, in yoga pants, pushing a stroller, talking on a phone, drinking a Starbucks latte, while walking a three-legged dog. She passes by me effortlessly, and I am huffing and puffing trying to keep up. It turns out that in that last race, I was getting sick, and the next day had a fever. This kicked off a viral infection which went through the house, from November until February and beat the stuffing out of us. What I thought was just me being terrible at running, was actually the day before getting sick. For my mistaken assumption, I must apologize to the three-legged dog.

Today I ran a 5K race, and was totally disappointed in myself. Recently I completed a Tough Mudder, with 20 obstacles and 10 miles hiking through mud and mountains here in Las Vegas. As I continue to train for next year's event, I am running in 5K and 10K races throughout this upcoming year to stay conditioned. Without fail, every time I run a 5K, I hit a personal wall where I can break out and finish strong. I wonder why seemingly out-of-shape fat people and unlikely running pass me by like I'm standing still. Either I am too doughy to do these races, or I am seriously overlooking something in the mix. Help me solve my fitness and running woes, and try to get in shape for 2019.
