Ssn2Ep6 Accessing Your Intuition & Feminine Power ~ Tia Christiansen

Your intuition.  Feminine Power.  What do those phrases conjure in you? I had never learned much about my intuition, and mostly believed I needed to turn to the experts anytime I needed guidance or advice. (Nothing wrong with the experts . . . it's just our intuition is so powerful in helping us decide which experts' input is useful for where we are at the moment.) Likewise, the whole notion of feminine and masculine energy was a game changer for me when I was trying to recover from hormone ‘crisis’, ‘adrenal fatigue’, and leaky gut. I was so focused on all the things I could do to restore my health- food, exercise, supplements- I didn’t realize there was more to the story. Once I trusted my intuition and understood the power of feminine energy, my health shifted and I started feeling more like the real me (even more than before my health crashed). Tia Christiansen shares from her heart about the power of accessing our intuition and connecting with feminine power. Maybe the most important question she invites us to ask ourselves is, "how am I charging my photon torpedoes?"  Listen in to find out what she means!

This conversation is mind bending. If you've struggled to understand others, your relationship . . . or most importantly, yourself, you'll need pen and paper in front of you for this one. In this episode of Radiant Powerful You, Luke Grace breaks down his unique model for understanding the masculine and feminine. Along the way, you'll hear:  - What to do when overcome by emotion - The level beyond "give and take" for personal development (which also gives new opportunity for relationships to thrive) - What's really going on if you feel as though you carry the weight of the world - How to shift from victim energy to self-empowerment. The ultimate feminine strength - What fuels the masculine and feminine and how they show up in disempowerment - Why men are actually okay being rejected when asking for sex, and women aren't - The surprising ways men deplete women, and women deplete men (and what to do differently) - How to make sense of the feminine and masculine within yourself

With death tallies on every screen around the globe these days, we can be rendered anxious or agitated and not really know why.  The topic of death is provoking yet it's not something most of us really want to talk about, or think about, or . . . experience. I thought it would be exceptionally useful to open up the conversation around death. As I was seeking the ideal podcast guest, my husband told me about a process a friend was in. She was "holding space" for a dear friend of hers who was passing. I had never heard of such a process or experience, and felt myself naturally wanting to know more.  I'm excited for you to hear Linda's experience of being so energetically connected to another human actively dying and her take on death and dying in general. In this episode, you'll hear: - How she connects with loved ones as they pass. - What makes it so difficult when people in our lives die? - How to heal relationships with those who are passing or have passed. - The practice to empower your relationship with death. What do you believe happens when you die?

Would you consider eating raw meat . . . like raw beef, or chicken, or liver? I had similar fears as most- "it's dangerous."  And then I took a deep dive into a new way of understanding health when Covid hit. I needed to understand on a deeper level what was going on with viruses. And while I won't go into the story of how it all ties together, what I found myself fascinated with was the notion of consuming more raw, saturated fats . . . especially raw animal products. Trying to incorporate more into our family's lifestyle sent me on the hunt for someone who had simplified the process, and honestly, who had created delicious recipes. This led me to Melissa Henig.

It's likely not the most romantic question to explore this Valentine's weekend. And, it's a question that's draining the energy from many relationships, day in and day out. As a health practitioner, working intimately with women exploring every facet of life that impacts their health, I've heard this question repeated for almost a decade. It seems to have increased as we've been practicing social distancing and endured lengthy lockdowns. Many couples have been isolated, together, away from their daily social activities that provided enough relief (or distraction?) so what was festering under the surface no longer can be ignored. And it's a painful place to be. There often is much internal guilt and shame for even asking the question. There's confusion and worry about making the 'wrong' decision. And usually there's other people to consider in trying to make the decision. In this episode, you'll hear from four powerful women who have all been steeped in the question at one point or another. Two of them chose divorce. The other two remained in their marriage.

More than anything, I just found it difficult to get clear information that wasn’t slanted by either side of the argument. In this episode, you’ll hear my research partner answer questions like the following (and to the best of his ability, eliminate the bias of a specific argument in order to offer fact-based information): What is a vaccine? How does a vaccine work in the body? Is there really a vaccine court? What is herd immunity? How do we know a vaccine is safe? What ingredients are used to make a vaccination? I hope you’ll find this interview informative and useful on your journey to make qualified decisions for your health.

A life of ease. Possible? Not possible? Completely unsure but somewhat curious? Every year I select a theme for the year. A few years ago my theme was “let it be easy”. Internally, it was a rough year. I was grappling, deeply, with the whole notion of living with ease. It forced me to identify underlying beliefs I had about ease (I’m not allowed to have it easy) and stretched me out of my comfort zone (Other people are working, I should be working right now). I’m grateful for that year because I now get to reap what I was sowing back then. What I didn’t realize, at the time, was by making a commitment to the full year, focusing on ease, I had already taken the first step to making it my way of life. If you’re curious about ease, wondering if it’s possible for you, I’ll share the first- most important- step to take that will launch you on your path. And if you’re uncertain if this is something you even want for yourself, I’ve got you covered, too. In this brief Radiant Powerful You episode, I’ll give you specific steps to help get you going.

What happens when you’re faced with a big decision? Or even a small one? Or when making the decision involves more than just yourself? My husband, Jacques Fournet, often found himself in a position where he, and his co-workers, needed to make significant decisions on behalf of the adolescents they were responsible for… out in the wilderness… almost a month at a time. Jacques sought tools to guide his decision making so he could feel confident he was making the best decisions, keeping young people safe, while also giving youth the opportunity to transform through calculated risk. The tools he learned and practiced are also effective for decisions you and I are faced with every day. I bring this specific topic to you because we know how stressful decision making can be… and we know the impact stress can have on our health, wellbeing, and our bodies. In this episode, Jacques will share with you three simple tools you can implement immediately to begin feeling more certain about the decisions you’re making while restoring your body to a natural healing state.

What does it mean to live Radiant Powerful You? In our inaugural episode, I (Alana), will define in certain terms what it means to be the most radiantly powerful version of yourself and will highlight why that even matters. I’ll also share with you the intention of this podcast so you know what to expect in coming episodes. Where did it all begin? As a health practitioner, I have spent years in conversation with (mostly) women who have wondered if it’s really possible to: Heal naturally from their specific illness Overcome a wide variety of aggravating symptom Create the life they really desire I’ve always known it absolutely is possible- for ALL of them…  and I’ve also known me just saying it isn’t always enough. I’ve had a desire, for quite some time, to highlight ordinary folks -who have overcome the odds- as a means to remind all of us what is possible- no matter what we’ve been through or are currently going through. Before we unleash conversations with every day, extraordinary humans who have found a way to thrive in spite of, or because of, overwhelming circumstances, though, I’d like to introduce you to the whole concept; what it even means to live as Radiant Powerful You.
