Françoise Everett is a transformational mentor, certified Woman-Centered Coach, and specialist in women's identity transformation. She is the founder of ELLE Unleashed – a living body of work and lifestyle devoted to women ready to move beyond pressure, self-doubt, and fragmentation into lives organized around coherence, clarity, and soul-led authority. With over a decade in global consulting and 15 years in transformational work, Françoise brings a rare integration of structural precision, energetic attunement, and embodied wisdom. Her work is centered on what she calls The BEYOND Era – a profound reorientation of identity, priorities, and perception that often emerges during the midlife years. Through her philosophy of Elegant Self-Leadership™, she guides women to dissolve internal pressure, stabilize self-trust, and make decisions from alignment rather than obligation. Her programs, immersive experiences, and private mentoring create spaces where fragmentation softens, authority strengthens, and life reorganizes around a woman's natural rhythm, power, and presence.Françoise's work is deeply informed by her own season of reorientation, a period of exhaustion, questioning, and soul-level inquiry that revealed a defining truth: this stage of life is not a descent into diminishment, but an initiation into deeper coherence, clarity, and self-possession. Her guiding conviction is simple yet radical: Women are not here to decline. They are here to divine. Today, she supports women in embodying that knowing – living with clarity, pleasure, and refinement while expanding, rather than sacrificing, their vitality, creativity, and relevance.Contact Francoise Everett:https://www.instagram.com/francoisehauseneverett/https://www.instagram.com/ELLEunleashedhttps://www.facebook.com/fheverett/https://www.linkedin.com/in/françoise-everett/https://www.francoiseeverett.comDr. Kimberley LinertSpeaker, Author, Broadcaster, Mentor, Trainer, Behavioral OptometristEvent Planners- I am available to speak at your event. Decisions are an essential part of everyday life. Some decisions can have significant and long-term impacts on us and others. But what ought to guide our decision making? In this session, we look at what Proverbs says about wisdom and decisions.
When you're grieving or going through a major life change, practical decisions don't pause even when we need them to because we are overwhelmed. This panel facilitates a conversation exploring navigating healthcare decisions with our families, understanding health insurance options during transitions (e.g., between jobs) and preparing foundational documents like living wills or healthcare directives. ⚕️Yvonne Olusi‑Ogadi is a former nurse with 25 years of experience and a practicing attorney specializing in eldercare, estate planning, and healthcare directives bringing clinical insight, legal clarity, and deep compassion to families navigating life transitions.
What if the clarity you need for a difficult decision depends less on the decision itself and more on the state of awareness you are making it from? When you are under pressure, stressed, angry, uncertain, or caught in transition, your mind can contract and make your options feel limited. In this episode, my guest Richard Smith explores how your level of awareness shapes your thinking, your reactions, and your ability to respond with wisdom rather than impulse. Through his Orbits of Consciousness framework, he offers a practical way to understand why some decisions feel heavy and confusing, while others come from a place of calm, connection, and clarity. You will discover:How to distinguish between mindset and awareness so you can better understand where your thoughts and reactions are coming from. Why stress, fear, anger, and resentment can pull you into “lower orbits” of consciousness and reduce your ability to see options clearly.Simple practices, including pausing and using a two-to-three breathing rhythm, to help you shift into a calmer state before making important decisions.Listen to this episode to learn how to recognise the state you are making decisions from and access greater clarity and calm in moments of pressure or uncertainty.˚KEY POINTS AND TIMESTAMPS:01:40 - Meet Richard Smith and the Orbits of Consciousness03:05 - The personal search for self-understanding05:44 - The difference between mindset and awareness09:26 - Conscious awareness and returning to the present moment12:29 - Understanding the Orbits of Consciousness16:25 - How consciousness orbits the ego19:51 - Moving from stress and contraction into clarity23:44 - Responding instead of reacting28:21 - Making important decisions from a calmer state31:14 - Where to find Richard Smith and his work34:34 - Outro and practical action tip˚MEMORABLE QUOTE:"You are only a fraction of an inch of being in a much more happy, blissful, peaceful state."˚VALUABLE RESOURCES:Richard's website: https://aphenomenallife.co.uk/˚Coaching with Agi: https://personaldevelopmentmasterypodcast.com/mentor˚
Faith Ventures welcomes Scott Maderer, founder of Inspired Stewardship, business coach, lay church leader, and host of the Inspired Stewardship Podcast — now over 1,800 episodes strong. Scott works with Christians in every walk of life to help them think more intentionally about how they steward their time, talent, and treasure, and how those three areas shape everything else: their relationships, their work, their finances, and their walk with God.Scott shares his journey from science degrees at Texas A&M to sixteen years in the classroom to a senior executive role in the corporate world — and the financial crisis in the middle of it all that brought him to the edge of suicide and back. He opens up about the $78,000 in debt that nearly destroyed his marriage, the Dave Ramsey broadcast that broke through at exactly the right moment, and the radical lifestyle change that paid off nearly $79,000 to the penny. He reflects on how that season reshaped everything he understands about stewardship — not as a financial concept, but as a whole-life framework for living in alignment with how God built you.The conversation then moves into Scott's coaching philosophy: the difference between what you can choose and what you can control, why so many Christians build the wrong life because they never asked the right questions first, and how to get quiet enough to actually hear God when you're facing a real decision — and then do something about what you hear.Whether you're buried in debt, burned out in a career that doesn't fit, or just trying to figure out how to align your work with the life God designed you to live, Scott's story and framework will give you both the permission and the tools to start. The Faith Ventures Podcast is part of the Christians For Liberty Network, a project of the Libertarian Christian Institute. I heard something last week that I genuinely haven't been able to stop thinking about.I was at the AZ Contractor ED event and Keaton Hoskins said something so simple, but it hit me hard…When opportunities show up in your life, are you making decisions from scarcity… or abundance? And I started reflecting on how often I operate from lack without even realizing it.“What if it doesn't work?”“What if I lose money?”“What if I fail?”“What if this investment doesn't pay off?”And the truth is, if you didn't grow up around abundance or success, those thoughts feel normal. A lot of us were programmed that way.But then Keaton said something else that really stuck with me…“God has your back. You are His child, and He wants more success for you than you do.”Man… that hit.Because if that's true… then how would the most abundant version of you make decisions? How would that version of you show up in business? In faith? In health? In relationships? In content? In life? That version of you isn't shrinking. That version of you isn't hiding. That version of you isn't operating from fear. They're moving with trust. With confidence. With abundance. And I've been thinking about that constantly lately. How would the highest and best version of me respond to this opportunity?Would they invest in themselves?Would they go all in on the business?Would they start the podcast, launch the brand, run the ads, hire the coach, get healthy, make the call?Hell yeah they would.Because they already know it's going to work out. That doesn't mean fear won't pop up. It will. But Keaton said something else that was so good…When scarcity comes up, change the channel.Don't stay there.Shift back into abundance.I really think this is one of the biggest mindset shifts I've had in a long time, and I wanted to share it with you because maybe you needed to hear it too.So here's your challenge for the next 24 hours:When opportunities come up… stop and ask yourself:Am I making this decision from scarcity… or abundance?I love you guys. Hope this helps somebody the way it helped me.
Ever wonder why you and your partner keep having the same frustrating conversations about decisions, even after you've gone through the agreement-making process? Us too! We've discovered that the real issue often isn't what you're deciding, it's that you've never actually talked about how you make decisions together. When we're crafting relationship agreements, most of us jump straight into the content—what's allowed, what's not, schedules, boundaries—without ever discussing the decision-making framework itself. We assume everyone makes decisions "the normal way" (spoiler: there is no normal way), and this oversight can create serious friction, especially when you're navigating non-monogamy, co-parenting, or any relationship structure that involves multiple people with overlapping needs. That's why these proactive conversations are so important. In this episode, we talk about:— The three decision-making modes and how to identify which one you're actually using— Why permission-based decision-making can accidentally parentify your partner (and how that undermines your own autonomy)— How notification-only approaches can leave you feeling heartless, even when your partner doesn't mind— The hidden ways we seek permission without consciously realizing it, and how that places unfair responsibility on others— Why veto and permission are essentially the same thing (just with different packaging)— How consultation can get stuck when one person withholds consensus as a control mechanism— The importance of understanding whether you're aiming for consensus or just input when you consult— Why different life domains (parenting, business, household management, romantic relationships) may require different decision-making strategies— How couples privilege and power imbalances show up in decision-making expectations— The critical difference between autonomy and individualism—and why self-sacrifice can actually be an individuated choice— Why we need to have meta-conversations about decision-making before we're under stress or facing deadlines— How childhood experiences and trauma histories shape our default decision-making patterns— The grief and loss that can result from making major life decisions (like buying a house together) without intentional conversation— Practical ways to slow down and create space for these conversations, even when life feels like it's moving too fast— Why differentiation and self-knowledge are essential before you can truly collaborate with othersResources mentioned in this episode:— Episode 149: Relationship Agreements 101JOIN The Year Of Opening® community for a full year of learning & supportLearn the 5 secrets to open your relationship the smart wayAre you ready to open your relationship happily? In this episode, we explore the tension between honoring God's design (natural law) and stewarding the wisdom and medical tools available to us in a broken world. Through Scripture, we unpack how to discern God's will with a clear conscience, understanding the difference between closed-fist and open-fist theology so you can move forward in faith, not fear.
Before Logan's diagnosis of Sanfilippo syndrome, Noelle assumed they'd figure out what was off... and then fix it. She never imagined that her family would be facing a progressive, terminal disease that no one, including their doctors, knew much about. In this episode, Noelle shares how they navigated those early decisions, including choosing a high-risk stem cell transplant when it felt like the only option, and what it's been like to live with that choice as the disease continued to progress. We also talk about what advocacy actually looks like long-term: fighting the same systems over and over again, pushing back when care is taken away, and the strange mix of exhaustion and purpose that comes with it.This is one episode you won't want to miss!Links:Join The Rare Life newsletter andnever miss an update!Fill out our contact form to joinupcoming discussion groups! Every pregnant person deserves the information and support they need to make truly informed decisions about labor induction. In this encore episode, Dr. Rebecca Dekker talks with Dr. Ann Peralta and Kari Radoff, CNM, the co-creators of Partner to Decide, a nonprofit improving decision-making in perinatal care. They discuss their free, multilingual decision aid that helps families understand their options around routine induction of labor and empowers them to advocate for their own values, preferences, and autonomy. Ann shares how her own birth experience, shaped by access to education and privilege, sparked the creation of the tool. Kari offers insight into how the decision aid has changed conversations in clinical settings, bringing clarity, reducing bias, and fostering truly shared decision-making. In a world flooded with conflicting health advice, how do you actually figure out what's true? Dr. David Allison, one of the most rigorous scientific minds in obesity and nutrition research, shared the exact framework he uses to evaluate evidence, from peer-reviewed trials to podcast recommendations to AI-generated summaries. He explains the difference between trusting science as a process and trusting individual studies, why most nutrition epidemiology functions more like advertising than research, and how ordinary people can build a reliable filter for health claims without a PhD.Want ad-free episodes? I am nervous posting this podcast…as this was not the episode I planned to release. We spend our lives trying to stay put together and neat. Keeping our hurt hidden and our smiles big. This podcast shows a very different side of me. A side of Heidi that has real insecurities that run deep. A side of Heidi that feels pain and actually does care what others think about her even when she says she doesn't.While the strong Heidi is me…this is also me, and it's not easy to share.Today, you are witnessing a real life hormonal meltdown. What was supposed to be an informational conversation turned into something very different...an unfiltered conversation I'm still shocked I'm allowing the world to see.In this episode, I open up about the emotional toll of shifting hormones, irregular cycles, feeling overwhelmed by life, work, motherhood, pressure, aging, and the weight so many women silently carry. I also share why this episode was so hard for me to put out into the world...and why I decided to share it anyway. The truth is, the episodes that feel the hardest to release are often the ones that make the biggest impact. So if you've been feeling messy, emotional, stretched thin, less like yourself, or just plain alone in this season...this one is for you.And if you love someone who's walking through hormonal changes, this episode might help you understand her a little better too.You are not broken. You are not crazy. And you are definitely not alone. We talk about:What it feels like to hit your emotional limit The pressure of being the one who always has the answersHormones, perimenopause, and identity shifts no one prepares you forThe grief of feeling like your best years are behind youBeing judged as a woman and as a mother, no matter what you doThe gap between how life looks and how it actually feelsThis one is part life update, part emotional dump, part honest reminder that even the strong ones have days where they fall apart. And maybe that's not a bad thing.Want a community of women going through a similar phase as you? Text: Esther 4:1-17Esther is perhaps the most unique and controversial books in all of the Bible. It's one of only two books named after women. It is full of moral failure, ambiguity, and less-than-savory heroes. And it never mentions the name of God once. Yet it is an important book that tells an important piece of God's redemptive history. Is “Peace” the Best Compass for Making Decisions? | Tara Dew Welcome to the pod my friend TARA DEW! Tara is a wife, mother of 4, speaker, and author,She released recently her next book: Overflowing Peace (Exploring a distinct facet of God's provision, protection, and presence — guiding readers from anxiety to assurance and peace.)In this episode we talk about:What does it mean to have “peace” about something, and is that the best compass for making decisions? What do I do when I feel the urge to move or change something, but God hasn't opened a door? What actually IS peace? And why do we say things like “I just have peace about it.”I pray this blesses you friend!
Choosing a law school is one of the hardest parts of the admissions process, not because you do not have options, but because you finally do. In this episode, Jake Baska breaks down what it actually means to deposit, how that differs from enrolling, when it makes sense to ask for a deposit deadline extension, and how to think through waitlists, pending decisions, scholarship timing, and even the possibility of retesting or reapplying.Jake also walks through the bigger-picture questions that should shape your final choice: rank, cost, scholarship money, job outcomes, geography, student culture, and whether a school genuinely feels like the right fit for your next three years and beyond. If you are staring at multiple offers, waiting on one last decision, or wondering whether it is okay to double deposit, this episode gives you a practical framework for making the call with confidence.
This week, I'm digging into the tricky world of decision-making, and I want to know—how do you decide if you've made the “right” choice? Whether you're choosing where to live, what glasses to buy, or reflecting on the monumental choices faced by the Mormon pioneers crossing the plains, these moments shape our lives in profound ways. Join me as I wrestle with how we balance faith, stewardship, and personal revelation when the future is always unpredictable. In this episode, we talk about the power (and the trap!) of second-guessing ourselves and explore why you actually can't ever know for sure what “might have been.” From personal stories about careers and optometrist visits, to powerful gospel examples like Adam and Eve, I'll share why I believe that the best way forward is to simply decide your decision was the right one—and then learn all you can from it.If you've ever wondered if you took the right fork in the road, I invite you to listen in and see why sometimes, it's not about choosing perfectly—it's about moving forward with purpose, embracing your choices, and trusting that sweet gospel goodness is always ahead. If there's a chocolate cake question (or decision!) you want discussed, send it my way. Please share this episode with someone who needs to hear it. In this episode of LytePOD, host Sam Koerbel sits down with Chip Israel and Kelly Jones, co-CEOs of Lighting Design Alliance (LDA), to unpack the philosophy, process, and people-first culture that transformed a small firm into one of the industry's most respected design teams—and what happened when they recently merged with a larger technology-focused company to unlock the next chapter of growth. This isn't a conversation about business strategy or growth metrics. It's a candid, deeply human look at what it means to build something together, trust your gut when the path isn't clear, and create opportunities for the next generation—even when that means relinquishing control of the very thing you spent decades building. Chip and Kelly reveal why culture isn't a slogan, it's how you work every day, why showing up matters more than having all the answers, and why the best measure of success isn't the rendering or the award—it's seeing your team grow into leaders themselves.
You know the one where the fellow who says, I used to think I'm indecisive… now I'm not so sure.It makes us smile. But for many, it's not just a joke.Do you struggle with making decisions? So many people speak about procrastination, second-guessing, commitment issues — the constant back-and-forth. Bottom line: the inability to be decisive, to come to a decision and move on one way or the other. At times it's amusing. At times it's annoying. And at times, it's far more serious. How many important life decisions have we pushed off? Delayed? Avoided? Sometimes to our own detriment and even to the detriment of others.Indecisiveness is not just a personality quirk. It's something that needs to be addressed and understood. Is it coming from a deeper place within us? Or is it something more superficial; fear of failure, fear of commitment, fear of losing options? Please join Rabbi Simon Jacobson as we explore the deeper roots of this dilemma, the inability to decide. You may be surprised to discover that the struggle to choose is not just psychological, but also spiritual at its root.
Do you take forever to make decisions, only to second-guess yourself once you finally choose? In this episode, I unpack why analysis paralysis feels so intense and how the belief that there is one right decision quietly fuels decision block, overthinking, procrastination, and chronic comparison. I offer a practical shift that makes decisiveness possible: letting go of the idea that there is one right choice and instead choosing to make your decision right. You'll learn a concrete process to identify what you would decide if you trusted yourself, uncover the inner objections that surface, and respond to those concerns with curiosity and compassion while still moving forward. WHO ARE WE? • We are a group of people who are committed to living the grace life as set forth by the apostle of the Gentiles, the Apostle Paul. • We come together to study our Bibles, and yes, we believe we have God's perfect Word in the King James Bible. It and it alone is our final authority in all matters of faith and practice! • We do not come together and study our Bibles for the intent of being smarter than others. We understand that knowledge for the sake of knowledge is purely vain and serves no Godly purpose. • We do come together and study our Bibles for the intent of knowing our Lord Jesus Christ and the power of His resurrection. (Philippians 3:10) • We do come together and study our Bibles to understand that we have been crucified with Christ; nevertheless we live; yet not us, but Christ liveth in us: and the life which we now live in the flesh, we live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved us and gave himself for us. (Galatians 2:20) • We do come together and study our Bibles to understand that because Jesus Christ shed His blood for us and we should not live for ourselves but for Him, who died for us and rose again. (2 Cor. 5:15) • We do not claim to have attained to these lofty goals, but we press toward the mark of the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 3:14) You can donate to this ministry through www.butnow.org and the PayPal button on the homepage.

Send us a textThe ground is shifting under our feet as AI moves from answering questions to taking action. We dig into what that transformation really means for leaders: how operating models evolve, where risk compounds, and what it takes to capture speed without inviting chaos. With Dr. Jamila Amimer, CEO of MindSenses Global and a recognized AI strategist, we unpack practical steps to go from pilots to production and build systems that are fast, reliable, and governed. We start by separating AI families—predictive, generative, and agentic—and why each demands a different approach to design, safety, and measurement. Dr. Amimer explains why spatial AI and the convergence with robotics will redefine context and capability, and how to prepare now without tossing out today's LLM investments. From domain expertise and humans in the loop to controlled knowledge bases and action approvals, we lay out the essential guardrails to minimize hallucinations, manage model drift, and avoid compounding errors at scale. Then we turn to the human layer. HR data becomes a strategic asset, revealing task flows and handoffs that inform agent orchestration. We talk through preserving meaning and motivation as agents absorb routine work, and how equitable upskilling—analytical thinking, data literacy, exception handling—keeps teams engaged and effective. Accountability and auditability aren't abstract; they're the difference between a clever demo and a trustworthy system your board will support. If you're ready to move beyond hype and design AI that plans, decides, and acts with confidence, this conversation gives you the operating principles to start today and scale tomorrow. If this resonated, follow the show, share it with a colleague who cares about AI governance, and leave a review so we can reach more leaders building responsibly. Thanks for tuning in to this episode of Follow The Brand! Click here for more on this topic and other free resources - https://www.drjimrichards.com Most people make resolutions with good intentions, but very few understand the real power that makes change possible: decision-making. In this episode of Resolutions That Work, we talk about why people are afraid to make real decisions, and how that fear keeps them stuck in cycles of hoping, trying, and wavering. The Bible shows us that decision-making is not just willpower; it flows out of who we are as people created in the image and likeness of God. From the beginning, God gave mankind authority, real authority, to make choices that shape life on earth. When we don't understand this, we either wait on God to do what He has already empowered us to do, or we assume our circumstances, our past, or even our biology override our choices. We also clear up the difference between unbelief and doubt. Unbelief is a lack of trust in God, but doubt is wavering between two options. When we waver, we struggle to receive, not because God has withheld anything, but because our hearts aren't settled. Real decisions remove wavering and allow God's grace to work powerfully in us. This teaching connects directly to what I share in my book Wired for Success: Programmed for Failure, that real success starts in the heart, not with pressure, fear, or religious striving. When your heart is aligned with truth, your decisions become stable, and your life begins to move in a new direction. If you've ever wondered why resolutions don't last, join me this week in CyberChurch. This message will help you understand what's missing and how to start making decisions in harmony with God that actually change your life.

Send us a textWith the UDRIS meteor shower lighting up the night and Atlas supposedly still holding the sky together, Mike & Blaine ask the big, dumb questions that actually matter. How much of what we're seeing is real, and how much is just our brains trying to explain chaos with comforting stories and myths? The conversation moves from space junk and modern astronomy to ancient sky legends, then lands somewhere very familiar to business and leadership. When uncertainty hits — suddenly, loudly, and without warning — people default to narratives like “this will pass,” “we've seen this before,” or “someone else has it handled.” Sound familiar?Mike & Blaine explore how unexpected events, whether meteors in the sky or shocks in the market, force better thinking if you're willing to slow down. We talk signal vs noise, why timing always feels personal when stress is high, and why Atlas is the perfect metaphor for leadership, responsibility, and the pressure of not dropping the ball.Part cosmic curiosity, part philosophical wandering, and part practical reminder: clarity doesn't come from panic. Whether you're staring at the night sky or a dashboard full of metrics, the real skill isn't predicting the meteor — it's knowing how to think when it shows up. Spoiler: we're still not sure if Atlas shrugged… or sneezed.Head over to mikeandblaine.com and buy us a beer. Are you allowing the opinions and expectations of others to dictate the most critical decisions in your life—both spiritually and practically? In a world where voices constantly compete for your attention, telling you what to prioritize, what to fear, and what to ignore, faithful preppers must learn to tune out the noise and take ownership of their own path. This episode examines a powerful biblical account that reveals what happens when we refuse to let the crowd determine our course of action. Todd explores the story of blind Bartimaeus from Luke 18, a man who refused to be silenced despite stern warnings from those around him. Through this passage, we uncover essential principles for making godly decisions that align with your faith and your preparedness responsibilities. The episode addresses why so many believers allow external pressures—whether social stigma, family skepticism, or cultural mockery—to derail their prepper decisions, and what it truly means to take personal responsibility for your household's readiness. You'll discover why clarity and intentional planning must replace reactive, trend-driven prepping. For Christian preppers serious about their calling, this devotional challenges you to stop outsourcing your decision-making to others who may not share your values or understand your mission. These principles aren't optional add-ons to your preparedness lifestyle—they're foundational to becoming someone who leads rather than follows when circumstances demand decisive action.

Leadership clarity for Christian women who want to lead intentionally and align with God's plan Hi Sis! Leadership often requires making decisions that affect others — and when clarity feels uncertain, that responsibility can feel heavy. In this episode of Confident Christian Influence, we talk about how Christian women in leadership can make decisions with wisdom and discernment while staying aligned with God's plan. If you've ever felt pressure to decide quickly, struggled with second-guessing, or felt unsettled even when doing the “right things,” this conversation is for you. You'll learn why clarity doesn't come from urgency, how discernment differs from pressure, and what it looks like to lead intentionally without losing peace. In This Episode, We Discuss: Why leadership decisions feel heavier when clarity is missing The difference between pressure-driven decisions and discernment How wisdom and discernment bring leadership clarity Why strong leaders still need space to process decisions How to lead well without rushing ahead of God's plan Practical ways to slow down and make confident, peace-filled decisions Key Takeaway: Feeling uncertain doesn't mean you're failing as a leader. Often, it's an invitation to pause, realign, and lead from wisdom instead of pressure. Leadership clarity grows when decisions are rooted in discernment, not urgency. This Episode Is Especially for You If: You carry responsibility and others depend on your decisions You want to lead with confidence without becoming hard or controlling You're tired of second-guessing your leadership choices You desire to lead intentionally and stay aligned with God's plan You want peace in your decision-making, not pressure.

As 2025 comes to an end, guest host Dr. Sara Ailshire turns the tables and interviews Dr. Rebecca Dekker about the biggest childbirth trends, lessons, and breakthroughs of 2025, and what exciting changes are coming to EBB in 2026. Together, Sara and Rebecca dive into the shifting landscape of birth: the unprecedented rise in labor inductions, how AI is complicating the search for evidence-based information, changes in doula access and Medicaid coverage, and how politics continues to shape pregnancy and postpartum care. They walk through the most impactful EBB research updates of the year—including new evidence on vitamin K, gestational diabetes testing, induction timing, big babies, and respectful maternity care—and reflect on the episodes that resonated most with our global community. Rebecca also opens up about what she personally learned this year, including how unresolved childhood trauma impacted her own labor years ago, and how that insight is shaping her thinking about the emotional and spiritual dimensions of birth. Plus, Rebecca reveals a major new direction for Evidence Based Birth in 2026 that could transform hospital birth culture around the world and bring evidence-based care to thousands more families.
