    Seeing is believing, which is why visualisation is so powerful! When you're in a trance (hypnosis) state, we're able to bypass your conscious mind and dive straight into your subconscious mind which is where your beliefs, values and memories live. Your subconscious mind also doesn't know the difference between what's imaginary and what's real, so when you're visualising in a trance state, your subconscious mind thinks it's experiencing it. I recommend going back and listening to 'How to make shit happen in 2022' and getting clear on your goals and vision before diving into this powerful meditation.     Hello and welcome! My name is Sarah Miller, and I've been living with Type One Diabetes for just over ten years. As a result, I have worked through a plethora of limiting beliefs and behaviours over the years, and now I am on a mission to help others on their own journey.  So, what's this podcast all about and who's it for? In a nutshell, it's about holistic healing for diabetes and other auto-immune dis-eases, featuring solo episodes with me, plus a bunch of inspiring guests who are experts in one of these three areas - meals, movement, or mindfulness.  But here is THE BEST PART... Each guest has or has had an auto immune condition, which means they know their sh*t when it comes to the power of holistic healing as they are a lived experience, and have used it to reach REMISSION or wellness.  So, I present to you, my new podcast...
