Since 2007, Monika has specialized in EFT, hypnotherapy, and energy work. She became certified in Medical Hypnotherapy after using Hypnobirthing to bring her three children into the world medication-free. Monika is the creator of Quantum Manifestation Hypnosis, a grounded, repeatable method that rewires limiting subconscious patterns, calms the nervous system, and strengthens self-confidence. Clients come to Monika burnt out from over-giving, grieving, anxious, suffering from inexplicable physical symptoms, or a quiet sense of “I can't live like this anymore”…. and leave with a shift in energy, a boost in self-confidence, the ability to say No, and the courage to make overdue changes. What does it really take to go from high performer… to elite? In this episode of The Inventive Journey, Curtis McCullom shares a powerful and deeply personal story that challenges everything you think you know about success, mindset, and transformation. From his early days as a high school track athlete in Mississippi to becoming the #1 performer in his field—and ultimately walking away from a lucrative career—Curtis reveals the hidden forces that shape our outcomes. His journey didn't follow a straight line. It started with ambition and discipline, but quickly collided with adversity when a serious injury threatened to end his athletic career. Instead of giving up, Curtis leaned into something most people ignore: the power of the mind. Through visualization and mental conditioning, he not only recovered—he achieved his goal of becoming the best in the state. That experience became the blueprint for everything that followed. As Curtis transitioned into the business world, he carried that same mindset into sales, rising to the top of his company in record time. But despite financial success and professional recognition, something was missing. Like many high achievers, he reached a point where external success no longer matched internal fulfillment. So he made a bold move—he walked away. What came next wasn't just a career shift—it was a complete transformation. Curtis entered the world of coaching, only to discover that traditional methods didn't deliver real results. Surface-level strategies and goal-setting frameworks weren't enough to create lasting change. That's when he went deeper.By combining hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and mental/emotional release techniques, Curtis developed a unique approach focused on one core idea: most of our behavior is driven by the subconscious mind.In fact, only about 5% of what we do is conscious. The other 95%? It's automatic—shaped by past experiences, beliefs, and emotional patterns we often aren't even aware of.This is where most people get stuck. They work harder. They push more. They try to out-discipline the problem. But if the root cause is subconscious, effort alone won't fix it.Curtis's work focuses on identifying and eliminating these “invisible blocks”—the hidden barriers that prevent high performers from reaching their next level. His clients aren't beginners—they're successful CEOs, founders, and entrepreneurs who feel stuck despite doing everything right.Whether it's a plateau in revenue, struggles in relationships, or a lack of fulfillment, the common thread is the same: something beneath the surface is holding them back. And here's the surprising part—when you address that level directly, change doesn't take years. It can happen in weeks. In this episode, Curtis breaks down how subconscious programming works, why traditional coaching often falls short, and what it really takes to create rapid, lasting transformation. He also shares lessons from his own journey, including the importance of resilience, the danger of burning bridges, and why protecting your mindset is one of the most critical skills in business and life.If you've ever felt like you're capable of more—but can't quite break through—this conversation will give you a completely new perspective on what's possible. To chat about this one-on-one, grab a free consult at strategymeeting.com

In this episode of The D Shift, Mardi Winder speaks with transformation coach Pritha Dindayal about how to rebuild your life after divorce without falling back into old patterns that no longer serve you.Pritha shares her deeply personal journey through multiple life transitions, including the end of a long-term relationship, career disruption, and profound personal loss. She speaks openly about the emotional impact of these experiences and how they shaped her understanding of change, resilience, and self-trust.Mardi and Pritha explore a common challenge many people face after divorce: while life circumstances may shift quickly, internal patterns of thinking and decision-making often take longer to evolve. This gap can lead people to make choices from a place of pain, fear, or habit, causing them to repeat cycles even when they are trying to move forward. In this episode Pritha shares:• Why people often repeat patterns after divorce• How emotional pain can influence decision-making• The importance of self-awareness during life transitions• How to recognize and shift limiting beliefs• Practical ways to move forward with intention and clarityThe conversation also highlights the importance of support, whether through coaching or community, in identifying blind spots and creating meaningful change. Pritha encourages listeners to slow down, ask honest questions, and begin making choices that align with who they are becoming, not who they have been.About the Guest:Pritha Dindayal is a Transformation Coach who helps women navigate the in-between phase after something ends — a breakup, divorce, career shift, or identity change. Many people leaving a marriage realize they have spent years prioritizing the needs of others while quietly ignoring their own. In this episode of The D Shift, Strategic Divorce Consultant Mardi Winder speaks with transformational coach Jacqueline Francis about why people pleasing becomes so common during relationships and how individuals can reconnect with their authentic identity after divorce or major life transitions.Jacqueline shares how a serious car accident became the unexpected turning point that led her to explore personal development and the power of the subconscious mind. Her experience highlights how life disruptions, including divorce, can open the door to deeper awareness and personal transformation.Mardi and Jacqueline discuss the pressures many women experience to hold everything together for everyone else while ignoring their own emotional needs. Over time, this pattern can lead to what Jacqueline calls invisible burnout, a quiet depletion that occurs when we constantly prioritize others and suppress our own feelings.Their talk covers:• Why people-pleasing patterns often develop in relationships• How invisible burnout impacts emotional and physical well-being• The importance of setting healthy boundaries during life transitions• How redefining success can lead to deeper fulfillment• Practical ways to protect your energy and prioritize self-careJacqueline also introduces Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) as a tool for releasing emotional stress and shifting long held patterns that keep people stuck. What if the behaviors you see in your struggling teen aren't just “problems,” but signs that the identity they were given no longer fits? What if their resistance, shut-down, or self-destructive choices are really the early stages of something Jake Wood knows all too well: the painful beginning of learning to trust yourself again after trauma, addiction, and conditioning? In today's conversation, Jake returns to share the part of his story most parents never get to hear from their own child: what it feels like on the inside when the systems that shaped you ( family expectations, culture, religion, diagnostic labels, school, recovery programs) tell you who you're supposed to be, while your true self is begging for air.Jake walks us through the years he spent trying to fit into a system that convinced him he was broken… until everything collapsed. Addiction, relapse, spiritual pressure, shame, and finally a life-threatening cancer diagnosis stripped him of every identity he'd ever carried. The belief system he built his whole life on fell apart and he had to rebuild from the inside out.For parents, this conversation is a window into what your child may be wrestling with beneath the behavior. The confusion. The shame. The feeling of being “the identified patient.” The pressure to be who the system says they should be. And the long, messy, necessary process of learning to trust themselves again after trauma and conditioning.Jake's journey reminds us that breakdowns in our teens aren't always signs of failure, but can also be signs of a self being born.If you've ever wondered why your child reacts the way they do, why consequences don't “fix it,” or why their behavior seems to carry so much pain, this episode will help you see their struggle with new compassion… and perhaps see your own inner work more clearly, too.In this episode on learning to trust yourself again after trauma and conditioning, we discuss:How systems (family, school, religion, culture) shape identity, and shame; What it feels like to be the “identified patient” in a family; Why teens may crumble when they can't meet expectations; How addiction, relapse, and shame cycles destroy self-trust;The symbolic collapse of identity through Jake's cancer journey;Shadow work and parts work as tools for rebuilding inner authority; What unconditional love looks like when everything is falling apart; How breakdowns can become breakthroughs for both parent and child; And more!More about Jake WoodJake Wood is a certified Resilience and Transformation Coach who helps individuals navigate their Soul–System dynamics — the interplay between the stories they inherited and the soul's original truth. His descent through addiction, depression, and cancer became the doorway through which his soul revealed what had been buried beneath the early system conditioning. Today, Jake walks alongside those who feel called to turn inward and discover what their own soul is revealing. He can be reached at coaching@lifebeyondthebrink.com. Looking for support?

Before your child has the chance to understand who they truly are, the world is already telling them what they are. Jake Wood knows this firsthand, and his story turns our whole conversation about teen drug addiction upside down.In one of the favorite interviews I've ever done, I sit down with transformation guide Jake Wood to explore a perspective on teen drug addiction that most parents never hear: one rooted not in pathology, shame, or “fixing,” but in soul, story, and deep humanity.“Shame has always been my monster” - Jake WoodJake shares his extraordinary journey from “System Jake,” shaped by rigid rules, labels, and misdiagnoses, to “Soul Jake,” the version of himself that emerged after surviving an aggressive cancer diagnosis, and a complete identity unraveling. His insight into labels like addict, bipolar, or behavioral problem will challenge the way you see your struggling teen, and maybe even yourself. You'll hear how addiction often begins as a coping strategy, not a character flaw, why shame disconnects kids from their true selves, and how parents can shift from fear-based reactions to compassion, presence, and genuine connection.Have a listen to hear what Jake has to say about supporting your struggling teen or young adult without getting lost in labels! In this episode on teen drug addiction, we discuss:Why labels like “addict” can sometimes do more harm than good; How shame disconnects teens from themselves and others;Jake's life-changing journey through addiction, recovery, and cancer; The difference between “System identity” and “Soul identity”;How Internal Family Systems (IFS) reframes addiction as a protective part; Why connection, not control, is the antidote to teen drug addiction; How parents can hold space for their teen's pain without absorbing it;The generational patterns that shape kids long before behavior shows up;And much more.More About Jake WoodJake Wood is a certified Resilience and Transformation Coach who helps individuals navigate their Soul–System dynamics — the interplay between the stories they inherited and the soul's original truth. As you make your classroom rounds this week, I want to ask you something: when was the last time you focused not just on what you saw, but what you felt when you walked into a classroom? We've all had that experience - walking into one room where everything flows perfectly, then stepping into another where something feels... off. Even before we see any tangible evidence. That's not coincidence. That's energy. The most exceptional school leaders understand that teaching and learning isn't just about what it looks like. It's about what it actually is. Join me this week as I challenge you to think differently about your classroom walkthroughs and observations, and explore how, by tuning into the energy of each classroom, leaders can move beyond compliance toward creating environments where everyone genuinely wants to be. I recently had a client schedule a one-on-one after a particularly challenging incident where a student admitted to a behavior during the investigation, then went home and adamantly denied everything to their parents. The parent confronted my client, confused about the conflicting stories, and suddenly she found herself in a situation where someone's telling the truth and someone's not. When we feel accused of lying or our integrity is questioned, our fight or flight response can kick in faster than we can think, leading to defensiveness or shutdown. Join me this week to discover what to do when you're accused of lying. We'll explore why children tell different stories at school versus home, and how to stay emotionally regulated and curious instead of reactive so you can maintain your leadership position. As educators and school leaders, we often pour our hearts into our work, only to sometimes feel that our efforts aren't fully appreciated. This tension between service and appreciation reveals a deeper truth about where we seek validation and how it impacts our ability to lead and teach effectively. When staff members feel unappreciated, whether they're teachers facing demanding parents or support staff feeling overlooked, there's a fundamental shift happening in their sense of identity and empowerment. The challenge here isn't just about getting more appreciation. It's about understanding why we need it and what happens when we don't get it the way we expect. Tune in this week to discover practical ways to help your staff reconnect with their internal validation and professional identity. I share strategies for creating a culture of equal value where every role is recognized as an essential puzzle piece. Most importantly, you'll learn how to guide your team back to appreciating themselves first, making external recognition the cherry on top rather than the foundation of their professional worth. When was the last time you thought about your emotional fitness? Just like physical muscles need regular exercise to stay strong, our social-emotional skills require consistent practice to serve us when we need them most. But here's the thing - many educators are trying to teach SEL without first developing their own emotional literacy. This week, I'm joined by Lori Woodley-Langendorff, a 32-year veteran school counselor, co-founder of nonprofit All It Takes, and author of SEL Muscle Mastery, for an honest conversation about managing our emotional responses as school leaders and how this social and emotional foundation is the bedrock that makes learning possible. Join us on this episode to discover how vulnerability and emotional connection unlock learning in ways that control never could. Lori and I examine why SEL often fails when treated as compliance rather than literacy, and she shares how teaching SEL skills transforms not just student behavior, but educator wellbeing. School leaders everywhere know the feeling – you've been pushing the boulder up the mountain since August, giving 200% to launch the school year successfully. The adrenaline that carried you through the first weeks starts to fade, and suddenly you're wondering how you'll sustain this pace or create any kind of work-life balance. This conversation with Steven Langer, former principal and CEO of Well by Design, comes at the perfect time. Steven brings a refreshing perspective on sustainable leadership that challenges the traditional notion of work-life balance. His journey from walking school hallways with a clipboard (sometimes just to look busy while his mind was on overwhelm) to transforming a struggling school's culture offers practical wisdom for every educational leader facing the intensity of a new school year. The business of education is the business of creating impact. School leaders step into their roles with dreams of transformation, yet impact doesn't automatically materialize with credentials or titles. It emerges through conscious creation - a co-creation between you and a higher power when you're tuned in and aligned with yourself. Join me this week to learn how the path to creating lasting impact involves processing emotions in real time rather than avoiding them. You'll discover how to separate your identity from others' behaviors and criticisms, fuel your desire for impact even when facing injustice, and decide whether this is your season for transformation or restoration. School leaders everywhere face a critical decision as they plan for the upcoming year: tackle every problem that needs fixing or focus on what truly matters. The pressure to improve student attendance, boost test scores, enhance behavior management systems, and implement multiple district initiatives simultaneously creates an impossible burden that leads to burnout and resentment across entire school communities. The reality is that while you can improve anything you want this year, you cannot improve everything you want. This episode explores the fundamental difference between "everything planning" and "anything planning" - a distinction that could transform how you approach the 2025-26 school year. Are you caught in the endless cycle of deadlines, to-do lists, and meetings? If you're like most school leaders, you probably measure your success by how many tasks you complete and deadlines you meet. But here's the truth: that approach is keeping you stuck in a loop of doing without ever feeling truly accomplished. As we enter a new school year, I'm inviting leaders to shift from purely deadline-driven planning to outcome-based vision that considers not just what needs to be done, but who we need to be while doing it. School leaders constantly face situations where they need to expand their skills, build new systems, or navigate challenging conversations. The natural response is often to look outside ourselves for answers, seeking the exact steps someone else took to achieve success. But this external search for solutions can actually limit our growth and keep us from tapping into the wisdom and expertise we already possess. In this episode, I explore why we ask "how" questions and what they reveal about our beliefs in our own capabilities. I share three powerful options for handling those moments when your brain offers up questions like "How do I build culture?" or "How do I manage my time?" And you'll learn an approach that will transform the way you view your own expertise. Find the full episode show notes and transcript, click here: https://angelakellycoaching.com/394

In this episode, Cassandra chats with Author and Transformation Coach, Dr. Gertrude Lyons on how to rewrite the mother code — they dive into the cosmic codes we can unlock when we tap into our own ‘mother energy' and both mother ourselves internally as well as our loved ones, community and world externally. It's a powerful and intimate chat where Cassandra also shares never before heard insights on her own sacred home birth journey to becoming a mother as well. In Rewrite the Mother Code: From Sacrifice to Stardust - A Cosmic Approach to Motherhood, Dr. Gertrude Lyons challenges limiting beliefs and expands the concepts around what it is to be a mother.Throughout her book, Gertrude blurs the lines that pigeonhole women into limited roles that ultimately disempower them. Rather than operating within a narrow conception of what mothering is, she invites readers to open themselves up to what is possible and see the truth: That all women mother, and that mother energy is accessible to all of us—including men.Rewrite the Mother Code is a celebration of motherhood, bringing spirituality and community back into the experience and empowering women to be what they truly are—the ultimate creators of their lives.
