The mission of Stonebridge Community Church is to be a community of fully devoted followers of Christ who build our house upon the Rock through community, outreach, missions, discipleship and worship. What is a fully devoted follower of Christ? We kick off our fall season with the series Not a Fan. Come and join us in the journey of becoming fully devoted followers of Christ.
Grace does not change God's Word and grace does not absolve us from obeying God's Word. Grace is all about the love of God and how He draws us to Him.
God has a plan for our redemption. He exchanged something of value for something of value.
God does not change the rules of the game in the middle. He is just and sovereign.
Why are we afraid to talk about the wrath of God? If not for the wrath of God there would be no "Good News".
A New Road Map for our church. Where is God leading us and how do we get there. we don't always know the path until we are on it.
Sometimes you just have to get out of the boat in life. Getting out of the boat requires having faith.
God provides in our time of need not to prove He is God but to show He is love!!
A father whose daughter is dying. A woman who has been suffering with an illness for twelve years. Two people desperately in need of Jesus. Both who demonstrate persistent faith as they pursue Jesus and seek his help. Faith is not passively acquiescing to the circumstances of life. Faith is the persistent pursuit of Jesus. It is fighting through the “crowds” and, at times, ignoring the counsel of those who have lost hope, believing that Jesus’ presence will make a difference
From the very beginning of Jesus’ ministry, it becomes apparent that there is a spiritual battle that is taking place. His presence threatens the powers and principalities that desire to control and destroy. Jesus confronts these powers directly and forcefully. Each time demonstrating that whatever control they possess is temporary and vulnerable. Those who follow Jesus engage in the same spiritual battle. To not acknowledge this reality is naïve and dangerous. But we follow the One who has defeated evil once and for all and empowers us to live free from its destructive control.
The ministry of Jesus begins with the calling of the disciples. In this case, they left their jobs to pursue a new vocation. Responding to the call of Jesus does not always involve a change of jobs. In fact, most of the time it doesn’t. It does, however, involve the pursuing of a new vocation. The Called are present in every channel of culture. Their uniqueness stems not from the jobs they hold but in the fact that they have joined with Jesus in his revolutionary mission to restore a broken world.
We are all preachers. So, what is you life preaching?
Restoring the Awe in God through His Mercy, His Hope and His Love.
Awaken the Awe for God through Worship. Life's Perfect Marinade is God's Word. Worship God through His Word.
Where is our Awe of God? What do we boast in or assign significance and value to? When come to worship in song we Praise the Lord!!!

How do we invite people to church? First we invite our friends to life change through Christ, second we invite friends by word of mouth and third we have been given a command to inviyte our friends to church.
