We pray that as you listen, you will receive encouragement and be realigned with God's plans and purposes for your life.
God has a plan for everything that you are going through.
In Daniel 4, we're challenged to confront our own pride and recognize God's ultimate authority over all kingdoms - including the kingdom of our own hearts. The story of Nebuchadnezzar's dream and subsequent humbling reminds us that even the mightiest rulers are subject to God's sovereignty. As we delve into this biblical account, we're invited to examine our own lives: Are we allowing God to truly rule over us, or are we clinging to our own sense of control? The imagery of the great tree being cut down serves as a stark reminder that pride comes before a fall, but also that God's discipline is ultimately restorative. This message encourages us to cultivate humility, to be approachable witnesses for Christ, and to trust in God's overarching plan even when the world seems chaotic. It's a call to let go of bitterness, to be fruit-bearing trees in a world desperate for hope, and to allow God to prune away the pride that hinders our spiritual growth and effectiveness in sharing the gospel.ChaptersChapter 1: Nebuchadnezzar's Dream and God's Sovereignty0:00 - 10:00Examination of Nebuchadnezzar's dream in Daniel 4 and its interpretation, highlighting God's rule over human kingdoms.Chapter 2: Pride, Humility, and the Christian Witness10:00 - 20:00Discussion on the dangers of pride in Christian life and the importance of humility in effective witness.Chapter 3: God's Rule and Our Response20:00 - 30:00Reflection on how understanding God's sovereignty should shape our worldview and actions as Christians. Keywords#Pride#Humility#GodRules#Nebuchadnezzar#Daniel#Repentance#Gospel#BibleStudy#ChristianWitness#GodsSovereignty#Discipleship#ChristianInfluence#SpiritualGrowth#GodsMercy#ChristianPride#BearingFruit#JesusChrist#HolySpirit#Conversion#GodsPlan

In Daniel 2, we're reminded of God's sovereignty over all of history and human affairs. The story of Nebuchadnezzar's dream reveals how God can use even pagan rulers to fulfill His divine plan. We see Daniel's unwavering faith and wisdom as he seeks God's guidance in a time of crisis, demonstrating the power of prayer and trust in the face of adversity. The interpretation of the dream, depicting future kingdoms as parts of a great statue, showcases God's foreknowledge and control over world events. This narrative challenges us to remain faithful and seek God's wisdom in our own lives, regardless of our circumstances. It encourages us to trust that God can use anyone – even those who don't acknowledge Him – to accomplish His purposes. As we reflect on this, we're called to examine our own faith and reliance on God in times of uncertainty and challenge.Chapter 1: Introduction to Daniel's Dream Interpretation0:00 - 10:00The sermon introduces the book of Daniel and the importance of prophecy in understanding God's plan.Chapter 2: Nebuchadnezzar's Dream and Daniel's Response10:00 - 20:00This section covers Nebuchadnezzar's troubling dream and Daniel's courageous response to interpret it.Chapter 3: The Interpretation of the Dream20:00 - 30:00Daniel reveals and interprets the dream, describing a great statue representing future kingdoms.Chapter 4: God's Sovereignty and Our Response30:00 - 40:00The sermon concludes by reflecting on God's control over history and our proper response to His sovereignty. Keywords#Daniel#Nebuchadnezzar#Dreams#Prophecy#GodsSovereignty#Prayer#Wisdom#Interpretation#Faith#BabylonianEmpire#EndTimes#KingdomOfGod#Humility#DivineRevelation#Trust#WorldEmpires#JesusChrist#Worship#GodsPlan#Obedience

Fr. Mike highlights verse 11 from Jeremiah 29: "I know the plans I have for you...plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." Since we know God is a good Father, we too can count on this promise and know that God has a plan for each of us. The reading are Jeremiah 28-29, Daniel 10-11, and Proverbs 16:13-16. In this introduction to the Book of Daniel, we're challenged to live with clarity, conviction, and purpose in an increasingly secular world. The message emphasizes God's sovereignty and faithfulness, even during times of exile and oppression. We're reminded of the Abrahamic and Mosaic covenants, highlighting God's unconditional love for His people alongside the importance of obedience. The story of Daniel and his friends serves as a inspiring example of maintaining faith in a hostile culture, teaching us to stand firm in our beliefs while navigating complex societal pressures. This exploration of Daniel invites us to reflect on our own spiritual journey, encouraging us to listen for God's 'still, small voice' amidst the noise of our daily lives and to trust in His divine plan, even when circumstances seem challenging.ChaptersChapter 1: Understanding God's Message in a Noisy World0:00 - 10:00Introduction to the importance of clarity, conviction, and purpose in Christian life, using the analogy of decoding a Morse code message.Chapter 2: The Structure and Significance of the Old Testament10:00 - 20:00Overview of the Old Testament structure and the placement of the Book of Daniel.Chapter 3: Covenants and Prophecy in Biblical History20:00 - 30:00Explanation of the Abrahamic and Mosaic covenants, and their role in understanding biblical prophecy.Chapter 4: Daniel's Relevance for Modern Christian Living30:00 - 40:00Application of Daniel's teachings to contemporary Christian life in a secular world. Keywords#BookOfDaniel#Prophecy#Sovereignty#Faith#BibleStudy#Clarity#Conviction#Purpose#OldTestament#Eschatology#AbrahamicCovenant#MosaicCovenant#Babylon#Exile#SpiritualWarfare#Angels#Faithfulness#GodsPlan#ChristianLiving#BibleInterpretation

What if the pivotal moments in your life weren't coincidences at all, but divine appointments?Parker Webb shares how turning down what looked like a dream job—after moving his family and preparing for a new life—felt like “ministry suicide.” But in hindsight, he sees God's hand protecting him from the wrong move at the wrong time.Melody's 21-year journey at Joy FM also came through God's orchestration—from recording event calendars to joining the morning show full-time. Along the way, she received clear confirmations, including a church member's prophetic encouragement and even the words “God loves you” written in the sky during a moment of anxiety. These stories remind us that God speaks in many ways—through people, circumstances, and His still small voice—and that His timing is always perfect.Have you looked back and seen God's fingerprints on your story?

I have a confession. I did not listen to God's plan for me. In 2022, I ignored God's plan for me. I had just published my book and was meditating when I felt the Holy Spirit say, "Create a program for women and their daughters to help them navigate anxiety." I didn't hear this command audibly; I felt it in my spirit. And I thought, okay, that sounds cool, but I won't do it. Despite having written a best-selling book about anxiety, having a doctorate in pharmacy, and being in the throes of raising three kids who have experienced anxiety, I doubted I had the expertise. Fast-forward to January 2025, and bam! God woke me up and has been peeling back all the layers of my heart and soul like an onion. Here's where I am today and what it means for the podcast, my business, and you. God's plan for me is coming to fruition. Let me start by saying that this has not been easy. It's taken much time, energy, and mental capacity. But here I am, and I feel God leading each step I take. He has shown me a lot, opened my eyes, and awakened me from resistance and disobedience. So, of course, this season has been difficult. Opportunities I had not been expecting. In 2024, Molly Claire hired me as a business consultant to help her with SEO, her podcast, and online visibility. I worked with her through two successful launches, and towards the end of the year, she proposed that we continue to work together and that I join her master coach training. No was my initial response. Not because I didn't love working with her, but because I wasn't convinced I needed training to become a coach. After all, I already had a master certification as a Christian life coach that I wasn't using. After praying about it, I felt God leading me to it. In the back of my mind, I thought, well, maybe I need parenting and trauma training as I expand my book series. It couldn't hurt, anyway. So I agreed and highly recommend her program for any coach who wants to expand on their knowledge of coaching. If you reach out to Molly, tell her I sent you her way. But that's not all! As I learned from Molly and her other instructors, I realized I wanted to learn more about the nervous system and the brain. I knew it would be advantageous to learn more since I hadn't studied this extensively since pharmacy school, and could use what I learned when writing. Access full shownotes and all links

A similar message to a previous message that your part is essential to Gods Plan but this message is important for understanding and reflection.
This message explores the story of Moses and the burning bush from Exodus 3, highlighting God's unwavering faithfulness to His promises and His pattern of using passionate individuals for His perfect purposes. We see how God called Moses, despite his past and self-doubt, to lead the Israelite's out of Egypt. This narrative reminds us that God's promises endure through generations and that He often works through unlikely individuals to accomplish His will.

Through their stories, we explored how God works in our lives even during our darkest moments, transforming our pain into purpose and our struggles into strength. The sermon emphasized that while our dreams may not always unfold as we expect, God remains faithful and can use our experiences to shape us and help others.
