After making the decision to leave Wolverhampton Wanderers Women & a spell at Crewe Alexandra Women, CJ was heading east to Leicester City Women. After a couple of seasons at Leicester City Women, CJ made the trip up the M6 to join Barclay's FA Women's Super League side, Liverpool Women. "I got quite used to the M6 over the years." After a couple of seasons on Merseyside, CJ was heading back to the Midlands to join Aston Villa Women and her final club of her playing days in England. Despite the loss in the Play offs and WSC Final, Neil found himself yet again having to rebuild his squad in 2019/20, with no fewer than 9 players moving on and Craig Milligan returning as Coach. After a very impressive FA Cup run this season, The Royals found themselves with a lot of games in hand - a run that took them up the table. Going into the New Year, the Royals were below midtable and then the train departed Coles Lane taking them to within 1 place of the playoffs.
