The peace that comes from practicing stillness will support you as you deal with life's difficulties. You may not be able to change your situation but the practice of stillness can help you respond to them differently.
Life is full of changes that can be predictable or unpredictable. But throughout these changes you have to look to see what life is preparing you for and the lesson within it. When you begin to examine the realities associated with these changes, this will help prepare you mentally, emotionally and in many other ways.
Establishing boundaries is good for you and the people around you. Be clear about your boundaries! The people who don't respect your boundaries are ones you don't want in your life.
When it comes to striving for success, consistency isn't sexy. But it's the one thing that separates those who hit their goals week in and week out, and those that don't.
Are you familiar with the acronym SOS, it's used primarily to signal or indicates a crisis or the need for action. But how I'm referencing this is completely in another lane. SOS for me has always been 'Sacrifice, Obstacles & Success.

The truth is everyone struggles with accepting change and understanding the value of change, especially when there is certain happiness attached to the present, but change is necessary for our development. It is necessary to embrace change and start over. By doing so we will reach our goals of life through continuous learning and development.
Take a moment every day to stop what you are doing, celebrate, and thoroughly enjoy the moment. The joy is in the journey which will make the destination more fulfilling. When you learn to celebrate your life every day, you begin to develop an attitude of gratitude which shifts your entire perspective on life.

In order to develop balance, like all things in life, it will take time and experience. Just as we exercise to strengthen our bodies, you have to train your mind. So, out of curiosity, what is the key to your happiness? What do you do that keeps you balanced with the pressures, stress and anxieties of the world?
I encourage each of you that when you awaken you should have a list of goals and demands for yourself. These items should challenge you, stir your creative passion and force you to devise a plan which will lead you to success. If you continuously doubt your abilities, you are tainting your efforts. You have to begin to believe in yourself with unwavering faith and determination to accomplish the task you've set out to achieve.
