What's up my brothers (and sisters who stalk us) today's episode is basically me making a PT. 2 of last weeks episode! I got plenty of feedback and messages from you all about the story I shared regarding my experience with suicidal ideation and I wanted to really expand on that because I know we have plenty of souls out there that are hurting and that need to hear an experience like this. I even shed some thug gangsta tears in the episode.. it was that deep for me. I haven't really discussed any of these things in a long time, especially this hellish/beautiful experience of being in the psychiatric ward. It was one of the most profound moments I have had in my entire life and I truly do believe I met God face to face there. You'll see. Watch the whole thing and make sure to share this with whoever you think needs to hear it! Thank you guys. What's up my brothers (and all you women who are here stalking us to gain intel lol) this entire episode is me detailing some insane experiences that I have personally had with the demonic. I think it is very important for every Catholic man to deepen his understanding of spiritual warfare and specifically how demons operate and interact in our lives to tempt us. This isn't to give them any sort of wonder or curiosity, I view this strictly as info to download so that we are better equipped for this fight. The spiritual warfare is a reality that is so deeply intertwined with this world we live in. The similarities I see are crazy. One source that I cannot recommend enough if you want to learn more about this topic is to literally just binge Father Ripperger's content on Youtube. He is an excellent priest and a fantastic exorcist. Hope you guys are well and Lent is going great. Make it hurt. Lets go! What's up my Catholic Warriors. I figured that during this episode we would actually talk about something fitness related lol. Most of the podcasts I'm yapping about something else but this podcast I wanted to speak about the importance of leveling up your understanding of nutrition. This is a massive issue for MOST men that I speak to, not only do they have poor food habits and selections but it is often paired with a poor understanding of nutrition in general. I don't blame any of you, but I am here to help educate. Remember that for a long time in my life I was extremely unhealthy and had 0 clue about nutrition. This entire episode is a breakdown of everything you need to know about food, and if this helps you please share this with someone you think may need it. All I ask. What's up everybody. I hope you are well. We are officially back from a much needed vacation and now I'm almost day 5 into the fight of Lent with all of my brothers that decided to join for Catholic Warrior Lent. I've been hungry, tired and cold. GOOD. Glory to God. This episode is me detailing a beautiful and miraculous experience that took place on this vacation between my two grandparents. They are both fallen away Catholics and are both making this turn back into the faith that is incredible and inspiring to watch. It goes to show that our Lord is capable of anything and everything. I have seen so many of his good works right in front of my eyes and this is another one to add to the list. The Lord Jesus is healing my family, one by one. I hope this conversation and story of my grandparents will provide you hope for those of you with family who you dearly love and want to see convert and come into the faith. Never give up on them. Do the hard work. Pray, offer, fast, and most importantly be a witness to the faith. God will handle the rest. What's up everyone, writing this currently on vacation with my family in California. Enjoying this time of peace and joy before we enter into the desert with our Lord. I first wanted to thank all of you for your love and support on this last episode with Alex, it was a great conversation and I can visibly see the effects it had on souls. If you're here now because of it, welcome. Today's episode will be purely about Catholic Warrior Lent. This is a challenge I put together for men that will make this Lent the most difficult one you have ever partaken in. As I state over and over in this episode...it should hurt. It should be hard. That's the point. It is a season for us to enter into suffering and sorrow with our Lord Jesus Christ and truly repent and do penance. Too many softies out there that are not willing to man up and do something hard. Giving up video games this year isn't gonna cut it. Be a man. Thank you all for your patience last week with the episode. It's all gonna be worth it for this episode right here with Alex otherwise known as the Voice Of Reason. Now I'm sure there are gonna be plenty of more new faces around here considering Alex has a huge platform and this is gonna be the first time that you're seeing me around here but let me introduce myself. My name is Isaac Padilla. I'm the host of The Catholic Warrior Podcast and on this episode and I am a Catholic Men's Fitness Coach I wanted to get to know Alex on a more personal level than what you normally see of him. I actually told Alex before we filmed that this would be his Joe Rogan type of podcast. I had no prior questions ready nothing is scripted. We just had a conversation as men. This isn't the normal Voice Of Reason that you're used to seeing about apologetics or theology or battling protestants even though I think that's amazing and I love to watch him own all of them. In this episode, you will learn more about who Alex is. Alex grew up three hours north of my hometown in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He mentioned to me that he felt a specific call towards the priesthood at a very early age. He was even a seminarian. We continue to talk about the fact that he was a well trained fighter, and even a professional actor that starred in the spin of series of the famous show Breaking Bad “Better Call Saul” (they made him the Mexican cartel dude.. smh) it is an episode full of two Nuevo Mexico boys who are rough around the edges, that gave everything for God. We have that in common more than anything else. Enjoy and God bless you. What's up my brothers (and sisters that are lurking on us) welcome back! I was for sure in a silly goofy mood this episode. The first half of the episode I'm speaking on mainly about social skills. How we operate in the world as Catholics and the witness we provide to those around us.I had an old friend from the music industry reach out to me to ask me about God this past week.. you see where I'm going with this? It's about social skills. Communication.Second half we are talking marriage. All my married guys this one is for you, and all you young bucks listen up because this is OG level game. What are we talking about? How to move as a married man. Very important skills to develop. As always thank you guys for listening.. HUGE news next week.. can't wait.New Episodes Every SundayJoin The Catholic Warrior Coaching Program: https://www.catholicwarriorfitness.com/Send us your questions and/or topic & episode recommendations here: catholicwarriorfitness@gmail.comWatch Episodes here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCO2XaaISuLr46fpypRr_1lQFollow us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/catholicwarriorpodcast/
My brothers welcome back, and if you're just listening for the first time welcome and I hope you stick around. It feels great to be back in the weekly upload schedule of every Sunday dropping an episode. This week I had a very profound experience that I wanted to share with you. It involves me going to a carmelite convent to pray with a group of Catholic Warriors and getting straight up exposed. You will hear me explain this more throughout the episode. The general theme of the episode is commitment to Christ and the lack thereof. Are we lukewarm men? Do we say honor God with empty words or do we know him truly? Good questions to ask yourself. I've been on both sides of the coin, I'm sure you have to.. so let's talk about it. What's up everybody..after changing the schedule up on you a million times I am happy to finally announce that I found an editor! Which will make everything so much easier to produce on a consistent schedule. Here's the deal, new episodes every SUNDAY. Just like how we used to. Now that that's handled, let's talk about MONEY. That's right homie.. that mula. It's very rare that I see any discussions amongst Catholics about finances in general it's like a weird taboo subject apparently? Anyway.. in this episode I talk about Purpose Career/Vocation Skillsets and Money I detail the times where I was down bad and extremely broke and also how I learned about money and what you can immediately implement in your life to help you. We need to further this conversation men. God bless you and enjoy the episode. VIVA CRISTO REY.
What's up everyone, this episode will release a day after inauguration day, an insane day for the United States of America. This entire episode is about this new era that we are entering in to and honestly I am excited about it. I also talk a bit about how this ties in to our faith as Catholics and what we should be aware of these next 4 years of this presidency. To all of the new incoming listeners I thank you for your support of the show. Genuinely. Means the world. Let's keep rid...
What's up everyone, great to be back after another hiatus... (I address this more in the show) I've decided that I am going to do things a little differently for now. I will now be dropping 2 shorter episodes PER week so that I can deliver some more content to you guys more often. I will keep this at 1 topic or 1 story per video. This also gives us a better chance of really growing this podcast into what I believe it can become. In this episode I detail an important reversion that is taking place right now with my childhood best friend, and WHY it is important for all of us to pray, suffer and fast for the conversion and reversion of souls. What's up guys, as promised I have the next special guest on the show. My guy Heston Swallow. This is our second ever guest and a perfect fit for the show in my opinion, right in line with what we're all about here at Catholic Warrior. I first found Heston on instagram when he was featured on a podcast. It was a clip and in that clip from what I remember he was speaking about the gym that he had recently opened up. What struck me most about the gym after some quick research is that it looked as if this was a gym that had an important culture intentionally in place. As you guys will get to know in the episode, Heston is a reverted Catholic like myself who now takes his vocation and faith very seriously. The idea of a gym that upholds our values as Catholics and fights against this secular lusty gym culture sounded dope to me. I loved the fact that he had the courage to stand up against the culture and to implement these things within his gym. Heston grew up in a wealthy family, he is very humble and open in his reflection of his life. Admitting that his upbringing fostered a lot of negative behavior. His father is a wealthy and great business man and was all over the world traveling during his childhood. We dive into how that affects you later in life as a man. He is now a husband father of soon to be 4, and also details an incredible experience he had with our Lady that was instrumental in his reversion back to the faith. Overall a great guy and an honor to have him on for you guys. I hope this helps you. I know it will help even 1 soul is enough. What's up guys, thank you for an amazing year. It's so good to be back and in the groove of recoding episodes for all of you. I wanted to start out this episode with some straight up gratitude. I go over some insane stats that we hit for the year since the start of the podcast in May, and the craziest stat to me which was the fact that The Catholic Warrior Podcast reached the top 50% of podcasts worldwide. Pretty incredible. So many of you listening from around the world. It's awesome. God willing, we really blow up in 2025. I have some massive ideas for you guys. This episode really centers around one main theme; the fact that men need to hold each other accountable to a true standard of masculinity. We talk about the feminist movement and how it is actively destroying and has been destroying us as men for decades. I go into depth about my struggles of how I used to be the biggest simp of all and how to go from that to the true masculine patriarch of the family. This is a topic I love to hit (obviously based on the fact that I yapped for 47 minutes straight on it) Hope you guys enjoy this one as a practical guide, some advice and some accountability. Make sure to share this with a battle buddy in need. See you next week, special surprise for you guys. Hey everyone, instead of having chatGPT write out this episode description in 3rd person to make it sound nice and fancy, I wanted to personalize this and actually write it out myself. A lot has changed in my life since you've heard from me last and I want to thank each and every one of you for the support you have shown to me and my family. It's been another hiatus for me since the end of October, but I am now finally settled in the new house with my family which I will discuss in this episode. Praised be Jesus Christ. This episode will touch on a few things. First, catching up and telling you about the house and the feelings and also spiritual warfare I've been going through personally. Struggles with business and an overall period of humility that has been delivered to me recently by Our Lord. I also discuss the importance of the sacrament of reconciliation and the demonic experiences I had recently on a few client calls. Lastly, I talk about the marathon in Las Vegas and give you a full breakdown of how that took place and what that experience was like. Again, thank you guys for all of your support and patience. Chad RippergerMary Immaculate, living tabernacle of the Divinity, where the eternal Wisdom lies hidden to be adored and served by angels and men, Queen of Heaven and Earth, beneath whose sway are subject all things that lower than God, Patroness of the United States of America, sorrowful and mind of our own sinfulness and the sins of our nation, we come to thee, our refuge and hope.Knowing that our country cannot be saved by our own works, and mindful of how much our nation has departed from the ways of thy Son, we humbly ask that thou wouldst turn thine eyes upon our country to bring about its conversion. We consecrate to thee the integrity of the upcoming election and its outcome, so that what is spiritually and morally best for the citizens of our country may be accomplished, and that all of those who are elected would govern according to the spiritual and moral principles which will bring our nation into conformity with the teachings of thy Son.Give grace to the citizens of this land so that they will choose leaders according to the Sacred Heart of thy Son, that His glory may be made manifest, lest we be given the leaders we deserve. Trusting in the providential care of God the Father and thy maternal care, we have perfect confidence that thou wilt take care of us and will not leave us forsaken. O Mary Immaculate, pray for us.
