There are a lot of things to consider when you prepare to relocate to a new area of the country or world. This may be exponentially more difficult if you a Baby Boomer or Gen X. The implications are considerable. New Doctors, New Church, New Specialists. Today, the siblings leverage a conversation Donna had with a national group of BNI real estate agents about the challenges, opportunities and considerations that are required to help a Young (or Old) Baby Boomer relocate to new town, new state, new time-zone, new, new new. Everything that was comfortable and familiar is possibly long gone. As real estate agents, our expertise goes well beyond the showings and transactional components of relocating. In many cases your real estate expert is your first, best (perhaps only) contact for navigating and connecting to your new city and neighborhood. Take advantage of our expertise and knowlegde. We can get you connected. If you don't take full advantage of us, then you are missing something good (likely great)! Donna Reed and Eric Seemann are both professional real estate agents. Donna lives and works in Tucson Arizona with Keller Williams Southern Arizona while Eric lives and works in San Antonio Texas with Keller Williams Heritage. They are also siblings, and they grew up in a small Northwest Ohio village of Lindsey. Their idyllic small-town childhood laid the foundation for what would become the structure of their lives and careers in real estate. We hope you will join us as we reminisce, reflect, and correlate how our childhood and life in rural Ohio still impacts our dealings with our clients today. Septically speaking we are "diving in" (okay maybe not) in a discussion about On-Site Sewer Systems (OSS). Regular listeners know Eric lives remotely and that requires certain items on the hillside to live. Commonly know as a Septic System the OSS is absolutely critical to being able to safely live in a remote (or maybe not so remote location). From laundry water, to shower water to toilet water and all it's contents it all has to go somewhere when you don't have access to a public sewer system (like most residential homes). When you draw water from a well on the same hillside, it is critical to the environment and your health that the system is functioning and performing optimally. Eric is still AWOL so Donna brings in Coach, Entrepreneur, Real Estate Agent, Business Owner & Developer Dustin Runyon from Lake Havasu City, Arizona as a guest. Like many of our episodes the conversation covered went many directions. From small town of 45,000 (size is relative), school days, academics, career opportunities, going through hard times and coming out on top. Dustin seamlessly jumps into coaching mode as he "Takes Donna to Church" discussing owning the downfalls in life, not accepting Victim Mindset and coming out on the other side Stronger and Better. Sometimes, despite all of the discussions and planning, buyer finances can experience a jolt as they approach closing day. At a minimum the financial institutions involved in a transaction for approving a buyer for the purchase of a property is simply not as simple as we all would like to beleive. Both of the Real Siblings related recent stories about buyer's that were impacted by lending and finances. Delays in closing. Addtional costs. Donna takes the opportunity of Eric being MIA to interview her two youngest sons. They both live in Denver, CO, have similar interests and likes/dislikes but they live strikingly different lifestyles. Who got to Denver first? Which one is married? Who rents and who owns? So much to break down in this lively 3 way discussion. And...both are regular contributors to this podcast as Adam composed and recorded our opening music and Caleb provides the "riveting" opening segment to our every episode. So much to talk about and so much talent. Oh, and Eric was laying in a hospital bed for half the month and was in no condition to record (heck breathing was work). My brothers welcome back, and if you're just listening for the first time welcome and I hope you stick around. It feels great to be back in the weekly upload schedule of every Sunday dropping an episode. This week I had a very profound experience that I wanted to share with you. It involves me going to a carmelite convent to pray with a group of Catholic Warriors and getting straight up exposed. You will hear me explain this more throughout the episode. The general theme of the episode is commitment to Christ and the lack thereof. Are we lukewarm men? Do we say honor God with empty words or do we know him truly? Good questions to ask yourself. I've been on both sides of the coin, I'm sure you have to.. so let's talk about it. What's up everyone, great to be back after another hiatus... (I address this more in the show) I've decided that I am going to do things a little differently for now. I will now be dropping 2 shorter episodes PER week so that I can deliver some more content to you guys more often. I will keep this at 1 topic or 1 story per video. This also gives us a better chance of really growing this podcast into what I believe it can become. In this episode I detail an important reversion that is taking place right now with my childhood best friend, and WHY it is important for all of us to pray, suffer and fast for the conversion and reversion of souls. RE-VIEW ALERT: Revisiting Episode 26 of Review That Review – Hanukkah Special!
What's up guys, as promised I have the next special guest on the show. My guy Heston Swallow. This is our second ever guest and a perfect fit for the show in my opinion, right in line with what we're all about here at Catholic Warrior. I first found Heston on instagram when he was featured on a podcast. It was a clip and in that clip from what I remember he was speaking about the gym that he had recently opened up. What struck me most about the gym after some quick research is that it looked as if this was a gym that had an important culture intentionally in place. As you guys will get to know in the episode, Heston is a reverted Catholic like myself who now takes his vocation and faith very seriously. The idea of a gym that upholds our values as Catholics and fights against this secular lusty gym culture sounded dope to me. I loved the fact that he had the courage to stand up against the culture and to implement these things within his gym. Heston grew up in a wealthy family, he is very humble and open in his reflection of his life. Admitting that his upbringing fostered a lot of negative behavior. His father is a wealthy and great business man and was all over the world traveling during his childhood. We dive into how that affects you later in life as a man. He is now a husband father of soon to be 4, and also details an incredible experience he had with our Lady that was instrumental in his reversion back to the faith. Overall a great guy and an honor to have him on for you guys. I hope this helps you. I know it will help even 1 soul is enough. You can follow Heston on Instagram at: https://www.instagram.com/hestonswallow?igsh=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ==His Gym, Active Virtue Athletics can be found here: activevirtueathletics.comCheck him out if you are anywhere near Merton, Wisconsin.New Episodes Every Sunday Join The Catholic Warrior Coaching Program: https://www.catholicwarriorfitness.com/ Send us your questions and/or topic & episode recommendations here: catholicwarriorfitness@gmail.com Watch Episodes here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCO2XaaISuLr46fpypRr_1lQ Follow us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/catholicwarriorfitness/

What's up guys, thank you for an amazing year. It's so good to be back and in the groove of recoding episodes for all of you. I wanted to start out this episode with some straight up gratitude. I go over some insane stats that we hit for the year since the start of the podcast in May, and the craziest stat to me which was the fact that The Catholic Warrior Podcast reached the top 50% of podcasts worldwide. Pretty incredible. So many of you listening from around the world. It's awesome. God willing, we really blow up in 2025. I have some massive ideas for you guys. This episode really centers around one main theme; the fact that men need to hold each other accountable to a true standard of masculinity. We talk about the feminist movement and how it is actively destroying and has been destroying us as men for decades. I go into depth about my struggles of how I used to be the biggest simp of all and how to go from that to the true masculine patriarch of the family. This is a topic I love to hit (obviously based on the fact that I yapped for 47 minutes straight on it) Hope you guys enjoy this one as a practical guide, some advice and some accountability. Make sure to share this with a battle buddy in need. See you next week, special surprise for you guys. Hey everyone, instead of having chatGPT write out this episode description in 3rd person to make it sound nice and fancy, I wanted to personalize this and actually write it out myself. A lot has changed in my life since you've heard from me last and I want to thank each and every one of you for the support you have shown to me and my family. It's been another hiatus for me since the end of October, but I am now finally settled in the new house with my family which I will discuss in this episode. Praised be Jesus Christ. This episode will touch on a few things. First, catching up and telling you about the house and the feelings and also spiritual warfare I've been going through personally. Struggles with business and an overall period of humility that has been delivered to me recently by Our Lord. I also discuss the importance of the sacrament of reconciliation and the demonic experiences I had recently on a few client calls. Lastly, I talk about the marathon in Las Vegas and give you a full breakdown of how that took place and what that experience was like. Again, thank you guys for all of your support and patience. God willing, this podcast grows tremendously in 2025. We thought we would flashback to our first season and blend episodes 9 and 10 from season one as we talked about all things Fall. Tune in for an inspiring blend of personal growth, faith, and an urgent call to action for all Catholic warriors.CONSECRATION OF THE ELECTION TO THE BLESSED VIRGIN MARYComposed by: Fr. Chad RippergerMary Immaculate, living tabernacle of the Divinity, where the eternal Wisdom lies hidden to be adored and served by angels and men, Queen of Heaven and Earth, beneath whose sway are subject all things that lower than God, Patroness of the United States of America, sorrowful and mind of our own sinfulness and the sins of our nation, we come to thee, our refuge and hope.Knowing that our country cannot be saved by our own works, and mindful of how much our nation has departed from the ways of thy Son, we humbly ask that thou wouldst turn thine eyes upon our country to bring about its conversion. We consecrate to thee the integrity of the upcoming election and its outcome, so that what is spiritually and morally best for the citizens of our country may be accomplished, and that all of those who are elected would govern according to the spiritual and moral principles which will bring our nation into conformity with the teachings of thy Son.Give grace to the citizens of this land so that they will choose leaders according to the Sacred Heart of thy Son, that His glory may be made manifest, lest we be given the leaders we deserve. Trusting in the providential care of God the Father and thy maternal care, we have perfect confidence that thou wilt take care of us and will not leave us forsaken. O Mary Immaculate, pray for us.
