Instagram memories get me every time. One popped up from four years ago. It was an apartment workout series I filmed the first week of the pandemic. I was using a hand towel to do lunges, pike ups and a bunch of Shaun T moves that really weren't me at all. Oh, and that's just the start of it. But that messy action got me to a quarter million my first year coaching, and I want to share all of the silly things I tried, mistakes I made and what you can take away and learn from it. Raised in California by a single mother who has recently passed away, son to a drug addicted father who passed away while in jail, Seth defied the odds in all areas of life. Entered high school at 94lbs, eventually went on to becoming the smallest starting linebacker in the Central Valley of California. He earned the team captain position on his wrestling team 3 out of 4 years and wrestled throughout college while placing at state. (in CA) Seth sold 5 summers of door-to-door sales and became a top 1% sales person of a 160-year old company. He helped build the company to just under a million dollar business, he's competed and won his first bodybuilding physique show, ran a marathon/half marathon/spartan races, and went on to start a 6 figure online fitness coaching business.
