It's so easy to keep connecting with posts from great people - Psyche Wizard (@PsycheWizard) is someone who I keep leaning on for sure. This one reminds us: “If you don't make time for your wellness. You will be forced to make time for your illness. Read that again.” This one really got me feeling like I need to have that intentional focus for my wellness. It's true, it's one or the other as our choices really do take us towards our wellness or illness. Great focus post for sure. I know I need to take this into account more so now, than ever before! Saw a remarkable post from Steve Harvey (@IAmSteveHarvey) where he said “I came across a quote that said: ‘The most valuable math you can learn is how to calculate the future cost of your current decisions.' Think about that.” Well Steve, I am thinking about this. It all balances in with doing things today, right now, so that my future self will be proud AND for me to keep being in the moment (where my two feet are) and doing my best in that moment. I just want to (and need to) keep making good choices, to build the kind of life that I can be proud of. If I do this, I know those that are around me will benefit as well. Thanks for listening. In this episode of "ThinkFuture," I sit down with Dimitri, the CEO and co-founder of Gradient Labs AI, to explore how they're revolutionizing customer support in regulated industries like financial services. Dimitri shares how their AI agents can handle up to 40% of customer queries without even touching sensitive data, aiming to outshine human agents in quality, especially for big operations. We dive into how Gradient Labs tackles AI pitfalls—like going off-topic or giving bad advice—with a multi-step safeguard system to keep things compliant and on point. Dimitri also opens up about the company's origin story, explaining how his banking and ops expertise, paired with modern AI, sparked the idea to start Gradient Labs. He reflects on his time at Monzo, where stellar customer service fueled success, and how AI can help big companies keep that personal touch at scale. Looking ahead, Dimitri envisions Gradient Labs expanding into tasks like fraud investigations, with the big dream of AI that truly learns and adapts—a challenge they're ready to tackle. His armies did not fight in multiple theaters, his empire did not span the Eurasian continent, and he did not inherit any of the spoils of war. That central role belonged to Joseph Stalin. The Second World War was not Hitler's war; it was Stalin's war: Drawing on ambitious new research in Soviet, European, and US archives, Stalin's War revolutionizes our understanding of this global conflict by moving its epicenter to the east. Hitler's genocidal ambition may have helped unleash Armageddon, but as McMeekin shows, the war which emerged in Europe in September 1939 was the one Stalin wanted, not Hitler. So, too, did the Pacific war of 1941–1945 fulfill Stalin's goal of unleashing a devastating war of attrition between Japan and the “Anglo-Saxon” capitalist powers he viewed as his ultimate adversary. McMeekin also reveals the extent to which Soviet Communism was rescued by the US and Britain's self-defeating strategic moves, beginning with Lend-Lease aid, as American and British supply boards agreed almost blindly to every Soviet demand. Stalin's war machine, McMeekin shows, was substantially reliant on American materiél from warplanes, tanks, trucks, jeeps, motorcycles, fuel, ammunition, and explosives, to industrial inputs and technology transfer, to the foodstuffs which fed the Red Army. 1941 CANADA, ATKANTIC CHARTER

1943 CASABLANCA

Tristan Snell returns with a scorching deep dive into the first 100 days of Trump's second term-a period marked by economic freefall, plummeting consumer confidence, and a stock market in retreat. With the U.S. economy officially shrinking and Trump's approval rating at a pathetic 39%, Tristan unpacks how tariff taxes, business uncertainty, and self-inflicted policy wounds have driven the country to the brink of recession. But this episode isn't just a post-mortem. Tristan lays out a simple, powerful roadmap for the pro-democracy coalition: focus on the economic wreckage, expose how Trump's billionaire cronies are profiting from middle-class pain, and hammer the rampant corruption infecting Washington. Drawing lessons from Canada's stunning political turnaround and past Democratic victories, Tristan explains why clear, direct messaging on kitchen-table issues is the key to winning in 2026 and beyond.

Found a great lesson, a powerful reminder - and once again it's coming from a former student of mine. From Coach Ray Ostrowski (@CoachRayO3313) Where he gave us some of his thoughts: “Complacency is the enemy of progress. We cannot grow satisfied with what we did yesterday & expect to be better tomorrow. It's about the work you put in right now. If you truly want to be special, you have to be willing to sacrifice today! The cost for success is always increasing.” He shared a quote too that connects with his thoughts and again, remind all of us that we have some choices that we can make for ourselves that will tremendously help ourselves too.
