1. Know where you're navigating towards to in the macro picture 2. Assess your micro daily activities, are these the things you wanna do? 3. Be grateful!

1. Simplifying to make things executable 2. Giving context to other party is perfect execution for good communication 3. Love yourself

1. Be you 2. Good communication comes down majorly into listening to the person on the other side 3. Planning out what are the things that you like doing, and you'll able to do those really soon!
1. Simple game plan of 5 mins is a good foundation as a base to build a routine 2. Energy got to be let out to build positive vibes and momentum 3. Appreciate the opportunity of being a human ( 400 trillion to 1, odds of being a human being on Earth ), generally feel grateful!
1. After self awareness stage, you have to come up with coping strategies to fight the problems! 2. Breaking a sweat on a daily basis can provide good overall health:) 3. Don't forget that 99% of the things do not matter, fight your way, THAT'S how you fight
1. Being grateful for what we Already have 2. Spend quality time and appreciation to the people who show genuine concerns and care for you, life is too short not to spend those extra minutes with them 3. Find things that truly matters to you and find ways to do them consistently

Appreciating the every 25 min (1 set) of work that you are putting out, don't under-value the amount of effort you are putting for your effort on a daily basis, because you are WORKING HARD like a badass already! 2. Simplify your processes, 1 micro step at a time, in the long run, it's gonna serve us really well 3. Take breaks when necessary, those micro breaks, stretches, taking care of your body in general, will serve the needed rest for your body in THEEE long run once again!
1. Let's try to uplift everyone by building POSITIVE mindset for them 2. When you're drained out of energy, the things that you do from then on, are the things that MATTERS to you and you should keep doing those things 3. We are already GRATEFUL for what we have already, from this position, we are FROM a really great place
1. Go 100% into things you're in control of 2. REMINDER not to sit onto problems too long and let it out AS SOON AS YOU CAN:) you can do it 3. People skills is not a choice, you're living with people xD

You want to connect your Heart(emotions+whatever humility that you have)+ Mind(brain cells, your mentality, the things that you want to talk about) +Mouth(not being afraid to speak out whatever, utilise good rhythm and speed of speech) together and speak with power and emotions, not ONLY that, you overall just feel powerful and able to execute whatever in that day, every day 2. Don't overstretch yourself to impress others, just be yourself, be a nice human being, expect nothing from others and do good in general 3. LIVE like you got 1 life, YES, LIVE like you have 1!
1. Importance of having a Humility environment with Friends and Families 2. Knowing your priorities in Life 3. Be intentional with your Friends and never feel bad about it
1. Don't need to feel too rush to Start something, as much as we should explore and get out of our comfort zone 2. Behave Humility
1. Ego puts me brain dead 2. Amazed at the high level of mental state 24/7 today 3. Insecurity that others are thinking bad of me
1. Don't Overly Judge ourselves 2. Start from 0, We got nothing to lose 3. It's Okay to lose a lot in the many micro things that happens in a day, and in fact ANYTHING lost is okay
1. Be who you are 2. Small habits daily will bring you far 3. Important for you to have people's skills( in a people world - duhhh??)
- Keep your eyes focused on your Target. - Let go of negative thoughts. - Accept that negativity is around everywhere, but you can choose to avoid it:) it's your choice to attend to it:)
Thinking out of my mind meaning that during time when you are stressful, you will try to hide all your thoughts and feelings into your brain and body, afraid to tell it out to the world. So next time you get into this situation, you can try taking a step back and let your thoughts put to rest, while trying to let your brain reach a state whereby it can free flow of thoughts and ideas as it is so free, this state I call it the “literally thinking out of my Mind”.
Those split seconds happen often, identify them and you will want to fight against it while you can if not it runs off and you may not get to see it again!
Venting off what's in my head is ALWAYS one of the best feelings to have
In return of the wonderful hero who returned BOTH my phone and wallet, it's necessary to share my experience here.

Learn about yourself and a WHOLE new dimension about life in general.
For my vlogs, I set multiple boundaries that potentially hinders my potential. I take a step back and realise it and the way to address this is by taking this present step to going beyond these walls. One step at a time. With a strong first step makes my next step so much easier because things get obvious when your first step is good.
Letting the outside external forces coming to us will mess us up both mentally and physically. Which is why we got to keep our internal dialogue strong and resistant to not let it get affected. By having good routines, be it exercise, diet, family and friends time. Those help to keep ourselves in check and prevent those. Also you can definitely have more personal measures to help you do that :)
Sometimes I get crippled by overcomplicating if a content is quality or not. Simply, the market can help to decide it
Failure to recognising that I should be playing onto my strengths is a ongoing struggle for me. In the past, I had so much pressure, anxiety, negative vibes that revolve the weaknesses that I have. I shame myself, blame myself for it- which I will a 100% not put onto others. People are funny that they somehow will do bad things to themselves, but when asked if will they do it to others, within a split second, they will jump out and stop the person from doing hateful/ bad things. I wish everyone to have the self-awareness of all these and be happy, live the moment :)
I think it is important to have the self awareness to know what makes you happy/ sad/ alive/ whatever feeling you want to feel at the moment. We take control of our life/ emotions. Go grab yours today!
I thought about health... being grateful that we have one life to play. That. Is beautiful thing to have and to do with. People are beautiful too. Play with them. Joy. Have fun out there!
