What does it mean to be “Baptized with the Holy Spirit?” Is this experience for us today or has it passed away? We can be certain that God wants every believer to live a Spirit-filled life of power for witness because the Bible tells us so.
Unfortunately, many people automatically believe everything that happens to them is from God, and that He controls everything. Their reasoning is that God is sovereign and causes everything; the good, bad, and the ugly. They just assume He controls everything and is behind ALL that happens in their lives. Even unbelievers subscribe to this thinking. There are many Christians who promote this fatalistic doctrine and it's ingrained in their lives. Today's podcast wants to show that God is not to blame for the evil in the world and that He is a good, good Father.
The Holy Bible is the inspired, infallible, authoritative source of Christian belief and teaching. John Jay, the first chief justice of the United States Supreme Court stated, “The Bible is the best of all books, for it is the Word of God and teaches us the way to be happy in this world and in the next. Continue therefore to read it and regulate your life by its precepts.
As followers of Jesus Christ, we will eventually stumble and sin. The fact is that it grieves us to sin. What makes us different from what we were before conversion is that now we have a new nature. But what happens when we do sin? Grab your Bible and give listen to some Good News!

Many of us are familiar with one of the most amazing events in the Old Testament, but we may not understand how it applies to us. What is your first reaction when faced with a desperate situation? Have you ever tried to find your own way out instead of relying on the Lord?
God has expressly assigned the angelic hosts to wait at the direction of the sons and daughters of God. They are on assignment to minister for the heirs of salvation. The expression, “Lord of Hosts,” occurs at least 200 times, especially in the Old Testament. The Lord of Hosts overrules fallen angels despite their animosity and opposition. Angels, however, who are obedient to the Lord, are present to accomplish the purposes of God through us and with us, His redeemed people.
The people of God must not compromise or cave in the face of the fear and intimidation that dominate the world. Cowardice is completely antithetical to Christian living. Christ-followers should find courage and confidence in the truth of God's Word and be empowered by His Spirit!
The foundation of a godly goal is this: It must be centered on God's plan. We can get excited about our goals, but for those plans to be godly, we need to go back to the basics and ask, “Lord, are these goals focused on Your plan for my life, or mine?"
The purpose of the Holy Spirit in our lives is to help us live the reality of Jesus. In today's podcast, questions about speaking and praying with tongues are addressed. Our purpose is to bring biblical understanding to enable believers in Jesus to receive the fullness of the Holy Spirit.
Many people these days really don't seem to enjoy life; they just endure it. Today's podcast looks at the apostle Paul and four of his most profound statements on how to manage stress in your life.
You cannot envy someone and love them at the same time. What is envy? Envy is resenting God's goodness to others and ignoring His goodness to you. Envy starts on the inside, and it will eat you alive if left unchecked.
Stress is not caused on the outside. It's something that begins inwardly. When we get under stress, we blame our circumstances. However, they are not the cause of your stress. No, stress is the response to circumstances. Stress and fear seem to be the real pandemic of our day. So, what does the Word of God say on the subject? Plenty!
What does the Bible say about abortion?
Humility is a vital key to receiving. It recognizes one's own limitations and the all-sufficiency of our God.
If you have ever contemplated “ending it all,” please get quiet, open your Bible, prayerfully listen, and learn just how much God loves you.
The fact that the word peace is used 353 times in the Bible is a clear indication of its importance. Jesus told His disciples, “Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful” (John 14:27).
One of the Lord's great and precious promises to us is His presence and power to heal those who call upon Him in the name of Jesus. Seek The Healer—Seek Jesus!
Are there hindrances to healing and wholeness? Can we really hinder God's blessings In our lives? Better believe it. Give a listen.
Most everyone in this world today is hurting in some fashion, having to face things that are very hurtful. So, to whom can we turn in days like these? Come to Jesus. He alone brings purpose into our lives. He alone is our Deliverer and Healer.
We can do dumb things on our own without satanic intervention, but there are also direct assaults from the enemy who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy. Most people don't recognize those things and consequently, don't know how to declare war and return a spiritual attack. Let's open God's Word and learn.
While the Lord offers forgiveness for all of our sins, it doesn't mean there aren't consequences for rebellion and disobeying God in the here and now. The choice is ours—life or death, blessing or cursing.
God desires to heal people. Jesus wants to flow through us the evidence of His life, love, and healing power to all humanity.
God's love in healing is available to us on a continuing basis, by Covenant. “For I AM,” He says, “the Lord, your Healer.” When God says, “I AM,” it always refers to the timeless expression of Himself, His Person and will, toward us.
Jesus is calling us to sit at His feet so that He can heal decaying, desperate, and dying situations. All we need to do is to humble ourselves, reach out and touch Him.
By His grace, God wants to give to every human being release, deliverance, wholeness, and cleansing. Are you willing to place anything and everything that is unclean before the Lord? The decision is yours.

This is a subject that cannot be hidden away in a closet, but it must be addressed in the Church with sensitivity, wisdom, and scriptural clarity. (For mature listeners)
Today, we deal with setting clear husband/wife relationships according to the Bible. It is the most tender, delicate, and most challenging relationship that exists; and there is no area of life that has been marred more by the fall of man. It is important to be careful to listen to the truth and live out that truth. We need to give time for truth to grow in us. There is no formulaic handbook on marriage relationships. There are basic guidelines, and then the Holy Spirit helps you know how to live in them.

According to Genesis 6, the ancient world was so filled with wickedness and evil that God was grieved He had made mankind. Therefore, He decided to blot out every living creature on earth. But amid all the corruption, Noah “found favor in the eyes of the Lord” and was rescued from the destruction of the flood. Our world today is also filled with sin, corruption, and chaos. As Christians, we are called to walk as Noah did—in the favor of God.
