Then, the reporter who asked Swayman the question Bridgette Proulx joins to defend the question she asked and talk more about the team including how long the rebuild could take. And, the hopes for a Stephen A Smith presidency were just knocked down quite a few pegs.

As more data has come out about the realities of GLP-1s for weight loss (including some people regaining weight while still taking the drug, and research showing that those who go off the drugs regain weight quickly, paired with their own research showing that by year four, 89.5% of patients were no longer on the drug,) there has been talk about the dangers posed by drug-induced weight cycling. As we've seen with other concerns around these drugs and intentional weight loss in general (like eating disorders,) suddenly I'm seeing articles and studies trying to minimize the concerns about weight cycling.Enter “The Physiological Effects of Weight-Cycling: A Review of Current Evidence” published January 3, 2025. 3 Simple Rules For all of the detailed theology that undergirds the Methodist movement, John Wesley understood the importance of living out our faith practically. All of the Bible knowledge in the world doesn't do a lot of good if we don't know how to apply it across our lives and relationships. These simple rules are as vital now to our love of God and neighbor as they were when they were introduced in 1743! Scripture ~ Galatians 5:13-15 As the Methodist movement started to grow, it was no longer possible for John Wesley to personally oversee and guide every group that was meeting. He realized that *how* they did things was as important as *what* they did. And the first rule reflects the truth that we cannot truly do good until we commit to doing no harm.

Do No Harm | Rev. Jarrett Wallace | Chapel Roswell by Chapel Roswell
We're getting closer and closer to the end of the run, and just when I thought we had the best episode of the season so far, we've got another one. Do No Harm, a crucially important episode for a lot of different reasons, but namely that we witness the first major character departure on the show: Boone Carlyle, portrayed by Ian Somerhalder. The episode features around Jack attempting to save his life after his major injuries in the previous episode, while Claire conveniently also goes into labor, which Kate finds herself having to deal with. It's only getting crazier each week as we get nearer to the Season 1 Finale of #talkinlost

We're shaking things up this week and going in a unexpected direction - we're talking about table manners and more! In this episode, Andrew and Rhen, as the leaders of our Petrus finishing school, discuss all things etiquette. While, at first glance, this topic might seem superficial and tedious, Rhen and Andrew cover essential guidelines for fundraising professionals who interact with donors at formal events and meals. From best practices at cocktail receptions to proper dining etiquette during formal dinners, Andrew breaks down how to navigate these social situations professionally and gracefully. His advice focuses on two key approaches: strictly following traditional etiquette rules, or at minimum, following the principle of "do no harm". The primary goal of any donor interaction is to avoid any social missteps that could impact future donor relationships.
Tony starts the final hour of the show talking about a Do No Harm Rally about the child gender transition industry on the steps of the Supreme Court. Tony also shares a story about his late brother.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

This week on The Tarot Diagnosis Podcast, I felt compelled to approach the podcast a bit differently. Like many of you, I've been sitting with a deep sense of grief and uncertainty, and I knew it didn't feel right to just dive into a typical episode without acknowledging that shared weight. So today, I'm letting tarot guide the conversation. I pulled three powerful and pertinent cards: The Wheel of Fortune, reminding us of life's constant cycles; the Four of Cups, encouraging us to hold true to our values; and the Queen of Swords, an encouragement to embody personal truth and strength. Together, they offer wisdom on how to stay grounded, thoughtful, and resilient. Join me as I reflect on these cards, share insights, and offer a space for finding strength and comfort in uncertain times.
