This week, Mike launched us into a new series looking at the person of Gideon in the book of Judges. Listen as he reflects on the call of Gideon, the cost he had faced and how some of the parralles can be drawn between Gideons men and our journey as a church family.
On the 27th August, Flic came to speak to us from Ephesians 1. Listen as she encourages us to take up our direct line to God, to get to know him better and to pray for our brothers and sisters in Christ. She asks us, what would the impact be if we prayed in all our life for a deeper relationship with God for us and those around us?
On the 20th August Megan Wardrope came and spoke to us on Galatians 1. In this chapter Paul emphasises to the church that the gospel is all about Jesus, listen as Megan brings his words into our modern day lives and challenges us afresh to strip back the chaff and step into relationship with the one who has called us, who is, Jesus.
On 13th August, Mike spoke to us on Jesus 4th main block of teaching, where he spoke to his disciples from the upper room. Listen as Mike shares his thoughts and reflections from John 13 where Jesus exemplifies what his sacrifice on the cross does for us by washing the disciples feet.
On the 16th July, Lizzie shared with us some thoughts on how we can rest well going into a period where we wouldn't be gathering together formally as a church family. Although this podcast is going live after we are back gathering as a community together, take some time to listen and reflect on how you can bring good practices of rest into your week so you can step fully in God's calling on your life.
This week, Mike shares with us on 2 Corinthians 4 & 5. Join us in reflecting on the treasure that we carry from God and how this can empower us to endure hardships. Hear the encouragement that our trials do not disqualify us from God's work but rather form us into people who can be play a part in his kingdom.
Last week, Mike spoke to us around 2 Corinthians 2 & 3. Listen as he unpacks what it means to sit in the glory of God and be sent out to work for the furthering of his kingdom. He invites us to reflect on the fact that we carry the aroma of Christ with us in our daily life.
On the 11th June, Flic spoke to us from John 21. Listen as she reflects on a moment of encounter for the disciples with Jesus after the ressurection, asking where can we see Jesus in our everyday and what does it look like to surrender our decisions to him.
This week, Libby Woodward from Chelmsford Vineyard comes to speak to us on Luke 18:35-43. Listen as she invites us to put ourselves in the place of the blind beggar and ask ourselves what are we crying out to Jesus for?
This week, Lizzie comes to speak to us about a story we know well: Jesus feeding the five thousand. Listen as she shares with us about the miracles God can work with the small offerings we bring.
This week, Vix spoke to us about what it looks like to be compassionate as people of God. Listen as she shares on her journey into leading one of our compassion projects and how God continues to shape her and break her heart for his kingdom.

On 23 April, Flic carried on our journey through Romans exploring chapter 8. She invites us to reflect on the reality of the good news of the gospel whilst acknowledging that there is and will be suffering on our journey towards christlikeness.
On 16 April, Mike shared with us his reflections from Romans 5. Listen as he unpacks how through walking with Jesus we can grow and develop our faith through standing steadfast in trials by knowing the wonderful gift of life offered through Jesus' death on the cross
This week, 2 April, Sharon Nelson from ELIM Bath came to speak to us at the City Centre Community. Listen as she unpacks why it is so important to ask questions of God, the Bible, and it's writers.
This week, 26 March, Lizzie led us in a time of listening to God for ourselves and for other people, based on an activity from Vineyard Kids. Bits of the recording have been cut out for privacy but we invite you to pause the episode and take a few minutes to hear what your loving Father in heaven is saying to you.
On Mother's Day this year, 19 March, Megan guided us through what it looks like to have obidience in the trials. Listen as she unpacks 3 key steps of faith that we have to take to enable us to stay faithful to the people God has made us to be, and to live out his kingdom come here today.
On Mother's Day this year, 19 March, Flic rounded off our look at Acts, summarising Paul's journey with Jesus and his perseverance through persecution. Listen as she invites us to seek God's vision for our lives which will lead us into perseverance in our faith.
This week, Mike spoke to us about the vision which God has given him for this church. Listen as he unpacks what it looks like in the next steps and dreams about where God might yet take us. On the evening of the 26th Febuary, Joy continued our church's journey through the New Testament looking at the raising of Tabitha to life. Listen as she explores what it can mean to live in the way God intends for you, which can be reflected in your name, but is discovered through relationship with our Father in heaven.
