The Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ Take note of the unmistakable emphasis in Jesus' voice during the Gospel reading. When the Lord speaks of the profound mysteries we commemorate today… and indeed, the sacrament we partake in during Mass… His words carry an unwavering insistence. The Lord presents a clear-cut choice before each of us: either believe in Him or do not. These are the only two options available. You can learn more about this in the Homily. The Lord tells us that unless we partake of His flesh and blood, we will not have eternal life. During the Last Supper, Jesus instructs us about the ongoing memorial for our salvation. He says, “Do this in memory of Me!” It is not merely a request; it is a command directed at the Apostles and His Church. Reflect upon the significance of what we celebrate on this momentous occasion and every time we attend Mass. Listen to this Meditation Media for further insights.

Rebecca, Mitchell, and Phil talk through the second week of Encountering the Risen Christ, specifically looking at doubt, "Doubting Thomas," and the distance Jesus travels. Things get a little weird when they start talking about quantum physics, then quantum theology... then again the text does allude to Jesus walking through walls. If you prefer to watch this episode, you can find it on our YouTube Channel here: https://youtu.be/lXuKgKEXg4k
We kicked off a new worship series yesterday focusing on the disciples encounters with the risen Christ, specifically in the Gospel of John. Mitchell and Phil reflect on this topic, and share some laughs over bloopers. Turns out things don't often go like we plan... Come Follow Me - The Book of Mormon2 Nephi 11-25 "We Rejoice in Christ"Take 2! Apologies to all of you who tried listening before, for some reason there was a glitch while uploading my audio file and you guys only got about 10 seconds of the podcast. Let's just call it a poor attempt at a sneak peek, shall we? K, thanks!Have you ever wondered what the Isaiah Chapters and Stranger Things have in common? Wonder no longer! I promise there's a point the comparison, just listen and you'll know what I mean. The biggest takeaway this week has just been to keep on trucking through those hard chapters. Even the manual admits they are a lot more difficult to interpret than the rest of the Book of Mormon. But Nephi promises us so many blessings just for trying to read!
