In this message, we're reminded that God has unique plans and purposes for each of our lives. The central theme revolves around Jeremiah 29:11, where God declares, 'I know the plans I have for you.' We're encouraged to pursue these divine plans, even when faced with challenges or discomfort. The story of the prophet Jeremiah serves as a compelling example of perseverance in the face of opposition. Like Jeremiah, we may feel reluctant or unqualified, but God's calling burns within us like a fire we can't contain. This message challenges us to step out in faith, to be intentional with our thoughts, and to stay connected to God's leading. It reminds us that our spiritual growth is a journey of becoming more like our Teacher, Jesus Christ. We're urged to embrace our calling, whether in ministry or secular work, and to be a light wherever God places us. This inspiring word speaks to all ages, reminding us that it's never too late to pursue God's purpose for our lives.
This message takes us deep into the heart of what it means to live as God's people in a world that often mirrors ancient Babylon. Through the lens of Jeremiah's famous prophecy and Daniel's remarkable life, we're challenged to understand that our spiritual authority today far exceeds what even the greatest prophets of old possessed. The core revelation centers on Jeremiah 29:11—those familiar words about God's plans for us—but places them in their true context: spoken to captives in Babylon who had lost everything yet were promised restoration. We discover that God positioned Daniel, a young captive, to influence five different administrations and literally change the course of history. The message unveils how spiritual forces operate behind earthly powers, reminding us that Michael the archangel battled 21 days against the prince of Persia while Daniel prayed. But here's the transformative truth: through Christ's victory on the cross, we now possess authority that Daniel never had. We can bind and loose, we hold the keys to the kingdom, and the same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead lives within us. This isn't about religious activity—it's about recognizing that we are the remnant called to rise in these final days, positioned strategically in our workplaces, families, and communities to advance God's kingdom one faithful decision at a time.

“Spirit-Led in a Hostile World” Matthew 10:16-25 October 26, 2025 Pastor Tony Felich Sermon Application [file] ----more---- Matthew 10:16 “Behold, I am sending you out as sheep in the midst of wolves, so be wise as serpents and innocent as doves. [17] Beware of men, for they will deliver you over to courts and flog you in their synagogues, [18] and you will be dragged before governors and kings for my sake, to bear witness before them and the Gentiles. [19] When they deliver you over, do not be anxious how you are to speak or what you are to say, for what you are to say will be given to you in that hour. [20] For it is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your Father speaking through you. [21] Brother will deliver brother over to death, and the father his child, and children will rise against parents and have them put to death, [22] and you will be hated by all for my name's sake. But the one who endures to the end will be saved. [23] When they persecute you in one town, flee to the next, for truly, I say to you, you will not have gone through all the towns of Israel before the Son of Man comes. [24] “A disciple is not above his teacher, nor a servant above his master. [25] It is enough for the disciple to be like his teacher, and the servant like his master. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebul, how much more will they malign those of his household. God sends His disciples into a hostile world to bear witness to Christ, assuring them of His presence and the Spirit's empowering guidance amid persecution. • Hostility provides a platform for witness to Christ (16-18) • The Holy Spirit empowers our witness (19-20) • Eternal reward outweighs temporal suffering (21-22) • Jesus is our model and motivation (23-25)
Send us a textIn this episode, we wrestle with the question, “Is overeating a sin?” and talk about how God isn't counting bites, but instead inviting our hearts to trust Him more. We look at what Scripture actually says about gluttony, condemnation, and freedom in Christ by drawing from Proverbs, Philippians, Romans 14, and Romans 8. Together, we share real-life moments—like enjoying too much food at a party or stress-eating after a hard day—and show how these don't have to lead to shame. Instead, we encourage a posture of “look and learn,” asking honest questions like, “Am I seeking comfort in food or in God?”We also share practical tools that help shift our focus from rules to relationship with God: building a God List from Scripture, throwing a quick praise fest to reset, practicing gratitude to move from scarcity to sufficiency, and using breath prayers to center our hearts. These rhythms are not about policing your plate, but about steadying your soul so you can notice God's gentle leadership in each moment. Our hope is to help you trade guilt for grace and find freedom meal by meal.Support the showLearn more about our Revelation Within Community: https://www.revelationwithin.org

Dr. Leelo Bush shares a heartfelt update with her listeners, announcing a pause in weekly episode production after nearly a decade of faith-driven encouragement and personal growth. For the new covenant of grace to manifest itself in our lives, we need the Holy Spirit's presence. It's good to have knowledge of scriptural principles, but He takes that knowledge one step further by making it real and bringing it to life. The law didn't stop at just the Ten Commandments; it included hundreds of additional rules designed to externally regulate man's moral behavior. By comparison, the new covenant of grace isn't administered by laws written in stone or on tablets, but by the Holy Ghost who lives in us. Letting the new covenant's most important commandment—the law of love—transform us from the inside out is something the Law of Moses could never accomplish. In this powerful message, we're challenged to examine our hearts and actions in light of Romans 14. The central theme revolves around judgment and how we, as believers, often fall into the trap of criticizing others based on personal convictions rather than clear biblical mandates. We're reminded that while there are absolute truths in Scripture, many areas require us to exercise love, patience, and understanding. The message emphasizes that 'until you see it, you don't see it,' encouraging us to be patient with others in their spiritual journey. This ties beautifully into Jesus' teaching about not judging others and instead focusing on our own spiritual growth. As we navigate our faith, we're called to be sensitive to others, mindful that our actions might cause a brother or sister to stumble. This message is a wake-up call for us to live out our faith with genuine love, avoiding the pitfalls of legalism and self-righteousness.

Isolation is the enemy’s plan—if he can get you to drift quietly, he can make you fall silently. In this episode of The Uncommon Christian Podcast, Jon Ellis exposes the danger of isolation and shows why uncommon faith can only be lived out in community. From Hebrews 10 to the story of Elijah, Jon unpacks the truth that you don’t grow, heal, or overcome battles alone—you need people who will sharpen your soul and hold you up when you’re weary. You’ll also hear how men in the Titan Houses are breaking free from addiction and discovering the power of community that refuses to let isolation win. This episode will challenge you to take inventory of your circle, fight for accountability, and surround yourself with relationships that make you stronger. Because together—we don’t just survive, we thrive. Isolation is deadly. Jon Ellis shows why uncommon faith can’t survive alone—and how real community forges strength, accountability, and victory.

In Acts 19–20, Paul's ministry in Ephesus shows the gospel's power to transform lives and entire communities. Through faithful teaching, miracles, and repentance, the name of Jesus is lifted high and the Word of the Lord continues to increase and prevail mightily. As Paul prepares to depart, he urges the Ephesian elders to lead with humility, endurance, and generosity—reminding them it is more blessed to give than to receive. His example calls us to live out the gospel with courage, compassion, and full surrender to Christ
In this powerful message, we're reminded of the urgency of our spiritual awakening. Drawing from Romans 13, we're called to 'wake up from our spiritual complacency' and recognize that our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed. The central theme revolves around knowing our time and being ready to act on God's prompting. We're challenged to be disciples who know who they are and what to do, embracing ministry in our everyday lives. The message emphasizes that God has always known us and has a plan for each of us, regardless of our past mistakes. We're encouraged to step out in faith, one decision at a time, trusting that God has already seen the life we could have. This overview leaves us pondering: Are we ready to let Jesus interrupt our lives and use us to reach others?
Aloha and welcome to The Mission North Shore's Podcast! In this powerful exploration of spirit-led boldness, we delve into the inspiring story of Stephen from Acts 6 and 7. We're challenged to consider the difference between faith-based, spirit-led boldness and outcome-based, self-led boldness. We're reminded that genuine boldness for Christ isn't about calculating risks or outcomes, but about trusting God completely. As believers, we are called to move from being mere observers to active participants in God's work, answering His call without hesitation and leaving the results in His hands. God bless and have a great week!
In this powerful message, we're reminded of the urgency of our times and the importance of 'knowing the time' as followers of Christ. Drawing from Romans 13:11-14, we're called to awaken from spiritual complacency and recognize the strategic hour we're living in. Just as Paul urged the early Roman church, we too must 'put on the armor of light' and be ready for spiritual battle. This isn't about fear, but about being alert and prepared. We're challenged to live as 'citizens of heaven,' representing Jesus in our daily lives and interactions. The message emphasizes the need for authentic faith that goes beyond religious rituals, encouraging us to love our neighbors and be attentive to the Holy Spirit's leading. As we navigate these critical times, let's hold fast to our confession of hope, stirring up love and good works in one another, and not forsaking the assembly of believers. This timely word calls us to embrace our identity in Christ and step into our role as His disciples with renewed vigor and purpose.
Too many Christians live stuck in the gap—the space between what they know and what they’re actually doing. In this episode of The Uncommon Christian Podcast, Jon Ellis exposes the danger of delayed obedience and the deception of casual faith. Using James 1:22, Peter’s step onto the water, and hard-hitting truths from his book I’ve Prayed the Prayer, Jon challenges listeners to close the obedience gap and step into courageous, Spirit-led living. This isn’t about knowing more—it’s about living different. If you’ve been waiting for the “right time” to obey, this episode is your wake-up call. Knowing the Word doesn’t make you uncommon—doing it does. Jon Ellis calls out the “obedience gap” and challenges you to live what you already know.

Revival Mom | Grow Deeper with God, Encourage children in the Lord, Christian Home
What do you do when God is calling you to revival, but your spouse isn't there yet? Maybe he doesn't believe, or maybe he's skeptical about faith. I used to hide my Bible when my husband was home. I wouldn't pray out loud or play worship music because I was afraid of confrontation—afraid I might lose him over this. In this episode, I'm sharing the interview I did on The Heal With God podcast with Heather O'Brien, where the Holy Spirit completely redirected our conversation mid-recording. We ended up talking about something we never planned to discuss: how to carry prophetic authority in your home when you're the only believer. You'll hear my story of being married to someone who didn't want God in our home, didn't want our kids raised in church, and didn't want to hear worship music. But I stayed. I walked quietly. I listened for God's timing. And now, ten years later, my husband has been baptized—and I got to baptize him. In this episode, we talk about: Why revival doesn't wait for agreement—it starts with you How your conduct can win over an unbelieving spouse (1 Peter 3:1) The authority God has given every believer to walk in healing and breakthrough Practical ways to disciple your children when your spouse isn't on board How to know when to speak and when to stay silent Why making your side of the bed matters more than you think If you're in a spiritually mismatched marriage, this episode is for you. If you have watched or listened to any sort of media in the last few weeks then you know, there is a tidal wave of people repenting & turning to God to the likes of which no one has seen in our lifetime. From people dusting off old bibles and opening them up to truly read them, to people going to the church for the very first time, to those who have been lukewarm in the faith to now on fire and for others who were already bold in the faith have now become stirred up with such focus and now are set ablaze. God is on the move! And I truly feel that as followers of Christ, we have such a responsibility to God to help grow these new believers and cover them. To pray and prepare in such a way that we can point them to the truth along with so many other aspects I point out in this episode including praying for our pastors, leaders & children. In this powerful message, we're reminded of the spiritual warfare that surrounds us as believers. The central theme revolves around Romans 12:19, which teaches us that vengeance belongs to God alone. We're called to navigate this world as ambassadors of Christ, responding to injustice and persecution with love and prayer rather than retaliation. The speaker draws parallels between God's ordained authorities (like law enforcement) and our role as spiritual warriors, emphasizing that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers of darkness. This perspective challenges us to renew our minds and approach conflicts with a Kingdom mindset, trusting in God's justice rather than taking matters into our own hands. As we reflect on this message, we're encouraged to examine our hearts, pray for those in authority, and stand firm in our faith, knowing that our redemption draws near.
