In this episode… In the business world, you can reap many rewards by surrounding yourself with intelligent, educated, and experienced people. The lessons you learn from somebody in one sector can be applied to others, providing you with a broader perspective and a competitive advantage. As an entrepreneur, Brandon Neth networks for many reasons. He says learning from others' mistakes is valuable since you can avoid similar pitfalls in your own business pursuits. As a real estate professional and investor, Brandon used networking to connect with a realtor who eventually became his business partner. Through that relationship, he built associations with tradespeople, including plumbers, electricians, painters, drywallers, and others, to help grow his real estate portfolio. By learning from people who have faced similar challenges, you can apply what you've gained, and through trial and error, you can polish your business skills to improve your processes. Additionally, Brandon explains how he's used networking to build a significant social media following for his travel, financial literacy, and real estate channels. On this episode of The Same Day Podcast, Yoni Schmidt and Brandon Neth share insights on the power of networking. As an entrepreneur with a knack for real estate, travel, and financial independence, Brandon explains some of the pitfalls of growing a business, how adopting technology streamlines processes, his advice to aspiring property managers and investors, and his views on financial literacy.
