The Georgia Williams case involves the tragic murder of 17-year-old Georgia Williams in 2013. She was lured to the home of Jamie Reynolds, a man with a history of violent and sadistic obsessions, under the pretense of a photo shoot. Reynolds, who had meticulously planned the crime, murdered Georgia and then disposed of her body. His actions were driven by dark fantasies, and a psychiatric report suggested he had the potential to become a serial killer. Reynolds was convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment for this heinous crime.
In DARK OBSESSIONS, Detective Kate Barnes takes some personal time off from the SFPD to travel out west of Seattle to find her biological mother and to hopefully settle up some things long left unresolved. But that personal time off gets cut short when she meets the local sheriff who asks her help on a case involving human trafficking. Kate is pulled back into the underbelly of human depravity. And this reader was simply Obsessed with the Darkness on these pages. It is a thriller from the first to the last page.

A car crash, a broken fan, and Ted Bundy. In 2009 a maintenance man at apartments in Woodstock, Illinois went to a routine complaint. When he entered the apartment of 24-year-old Kyle Morgan he found the body of 28-year-old Robin Burton Junior. The scene at the apartment looked like something from a horror film, initially leading police to believe that the murder had been a satanic ritual…but the truth was a little more complicated.
