THE STARE: FBI Profiler Robin Dreeke Breaks Down the Devil's Den Killer's Predatory Behavior When multiple witnesses say the same thing—that the man on the trail looked through them, not past them—you start to realize the killer wasn't just walking... he was scanning. In this episode, former FBI profiler Robin Dreeke joins Tony Brueski to analyze the haunting body language and decision-making of the man believed to have killed Clinton and Cristen Brink. What does that death-stare mean? Was he just assessing threats, or choosing victims? Dreeke dives deep into the behavioral cues—how the killer's intense gaze, oversized tactical-style bag, and heat-inappropriate clothing all point to someone on a mission. But was the Brinks' murder pre-targeted or opportunistic? Was this planned for days, or did something flip in real time? This isn't criminal profiling 101—it's a forensic look at the subtle but revealing signals that most people miss. And one line—“Why are you doing this?”—may be the most telling clue yet about whether this was personal… or projection. Season 08 Episode 04: Nipple Tweaks & Bottom Taps: The border between play and predatory assaultWARNING: This episode includes discussion on sexual harassment - we advise listener discretion.Ever wondered when ‘just joking' becomes sexual harassment? In this eye-opening episode, we unpack real stories of workplace encounters that cross the line—like unwanted bottom taps or nipple tweaks (Are these ever really okay?!) . Alan, Trajce, and Sara discuss why dismissing these actions as both banter and play lets disrespect thrive. Sara says, “We need to normalise calling out these moments, not laugh them off.” Trajce adds, “People think it's harmless fun until someone finally speaks up—or leaves the job. Then everyone asks, ‘How did we miss the signs?'”The podcasters break down how micro-assaults affect safety, culture, and performance, while exploring what leaders and colleagues can do when playful turns predatory. Join us as we unpack why micro-assaults like these matter, what the law says about sexual harassment, and how organisations can build cultures that stop them before they start. Alan reflects: “These aren't grey areas. When someone's uncomfortable, that's the line. If you're not sure, ask—or just don't do it.”Expect honest chat, expert insights, and a few laughs as we explore the sticky realities of personal space and respect at work.To learn more about Psychosocial Risk Management and Integrated Solutions for Employers (PRAiSE), check out ViVID Design Labs - Designs: https://www.vividdesignlabs.com.au/vivid-designs/

Manhattan prosecutors in New York played a troubling role in allowing Jeffrey Epstein's sexual abuse to continue largely uninterrupted. As journalist Jane Coaston detailed, a Manhattan assistant district attorney even petitioned to classify Epstein as a low-risk sex offender—opting to call for the most lenient category possible under the law. This decision had consequences: Epstein never registered in person with the NYPD as required, effectively sidestepping the mandatory check-ins every 90 days—even though a judge explicitly stated this would be a condition of his registration.Meanwhile, New York City authorities seemingly looked the other way. Epstein failed to report his address and skipped the mandatory check-ins for eight years, yet no enforcement actions were taken. In essence, local prosecutors and police enabled his pattern of offending to persist unchecked. By systematically failing to enforce New York's own sex-offender regulations, the state protected Epstein—rather than his victims—allowing him to evade accountability and continue preying on vulnerable girls.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Jeffrey Epstein: the state of New York protected Epstein — not his victims | VoxBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

Finally, they try and process the viscerally upsetting attack on the Los Angeles immigrant community and how the Dodgers have mostly failed at navigating their place in it.Links:TP Kansas City Meetup FormJoin the Tipping Pitches Patreon Tipping Pitches merchandise Call the Tipping Pitches voicemail: 785-422-5881Tipping Pitches features original music from Steve Sladkowski of PUP.

We've all seen them. Endless Terms and Conditions followed by a click-box. Pages of Terms and Conditions whenever you sign a contract with a large company for services, loans, or just employment.  Often the T's and C's are illegal or unenforceable, yet you feel you need to sign them. Are you now at the mercy of the large entity because you've signed up to onerous terms?  Things are getting out of hand. We need a Rational View to get to the bottom of this problem. Daniel Wilf-Townsend is an Associate Professor of Law at Georgetown Law. His research focuses on the regulation of markets and technology, and in particular on the processes that legal institutions use to move the law from being words on paper to having actual consequences in everyday life. He teaches and writes on artificial intelligence, consumer protection, and civil litigation, and his work has appeared in the Harvard Law Review, Virginia Law Review, Yale Law Journal Forum, Stanford Law Review Online, and other legal and general interest publications. A graduate of Yale Law School, before entering academia Professor Wilf-Townsend was a litigator at Gupta Wessler PLLC, a boutique law firm focused on public interest litigation in appellate courts and the Supreme Court.  Follow me on YouTube Make your voice heard with The Rational View on Facebook!

When it comes to narcissism, there are physical signs that help you spot narcissistic behavior sooner rather than later. Narcissists often reveal their true nature through their eyes—cold, unfeeling, and devoid of empathy. This chilling stare is a red flag, signaling a lack of emotional connection and a potential for manipulation. According to FBI profilers, such individuals prey on those with high empathy, low self-worth, and a strong desire to please. Codependents, in particular, may overlook these warning signs due to blurred boundaries and a history of emotional neglect. If you've experienced cognitive dissonance in a toxic relationship, it's crucial to recognize these signs and prioritize your well-being. Every so often, something hits the inbox that stops me in my tracks. This is one of those emails. In this episode, I'm sharing a message from a man named Marcus—someone who claims to be a former member of a secretive military unit tasked with cleaning up after encounters with cryptids, aliens, and other classified threats. Bigfoot. Dogman. UFOs. You name it—he says he's seen it, and worse. But the reason Marcus reached out? That's where things get truly unsettling.According to him, his unit was deployed to deal with a terrifying incident involving feral people—a group deep in the wilderness responsible for a string of disappearances and brutal killings. He claims they weren't just wild… they were organized. Dangerous. Predatory. If you've listened to That Bigfoot Podcast, you'll know Wayne and I have talked about feral people in the Appalachians before. And while it sounds like the stuff of horror movies, there are documented cases of strange disappearances and alleged human predators in remote areas. Marcus's email adds a new layer to that disturbing possibility.Let me be clear:I cannot verify Marcus's identity or his story. This is not presented as fact. But it was compelling, detailed, and dark enough that I felt it was worth sharing with you.⚠️ LISTENER DISCRETION IS STRONGLY ADVISED.This episode contains graphic descriptions of violence, death, and intense combat scenarios involving humans, cryptids, and alleged non-human entities. It is absolutely not suitable for children or sensitive listeners.Whether you believe Marcus or not, what he describes is chilling—and once you hear it, you won't forget it.Join Mireya's Explorer Society Get Our FREE NewsletterGet Brian's Books Leave Us A VoicemailVisit Our WebsiteSupport Our SponsorsVisit Untold Radio AMBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/sasquatch-odyssey--4839697/support.
