In this episode, I have a conversation with Dr. Shaun Miles of Salm67 Ministries. Shaun shares about how he had a troubled childhood and that finally after a night of alcohol and drugs, he was arrested. At that moment in jail he surrendered his life to Christ and God radically changed him. Shaun talks about how he went from being a high school drop out and finally just getting his GED because of learning issues, to then how God directed him to attend Bible College and receive not only his Bachelor's Degree in Theology but also his Doctorate.Shaun met his wife, Lien, while on a mission trip to Vietnam. They have been married 10 years and have 2 sons. Together they minister and help train and develop pastors and leaders throughout Vietnam. Mike Minter was the son of a Navy admiral when he flunked out of the Naval Academy in the 1960s. He was left standing on the corner, so to speak, wondering what he would do next. After returning to school and getting a degree in Political Science from Old Dominion University, and a Bible degree from Florida Bible College, Mike and his new wife made their way to Reston, Virginia in 1974 with $600 in their pockets – and the goal of planting a church. Mike got a job at a local golf course shining shoes and handing out towels, and he started a Bible study in the home of a Reston resident. That Bible study grew into what is now Reston Bible Church based in Sterling, Virginia. Mike has been the lead pastor at RBC for 45 years and is still going strong. He joins us to talk about some memorable moments in his life along with some of the most important things he’s learned shepherding thousands of people over the past four-and-a-half decades.

Dr. Mark G. Cambron, B.A., M.A., Th.B., Th.M., Th.D., D.D., L.L.D., Litt.D., was one of the foremost theologians of our times. Born in Fayetteville, Tennessee on July 31, 1911. He was born-again in 1919. It was during a Billy Sunday campaign in Chattanooga that he trusted in the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Savior.He was educated in the schools of Chattanooga, attended the University of Chattanooga, Tennessee Temple College and is a graduate of Northwestern Bible School and Northwestern Evangelical Seminary.He was an assistance in the 1940's to W. B.
