Sometimes whilst making a podcast the stars align and everything comes together perfectly. This was so very nearly the case for us this week!We had missed making lists, so first up me discussed the best femme fatales. Have a listen and help us complete it.Our main feature this week was the 2013 Scarlett Johansson movie, Under the Skin. Not only was this a cracking movie, but we were extremely fortunate to be joined for a chat, by one of the stars of the film Mr Adam Pearson. We are very grateful that there are people out there, willing to give their time to chat to a bunch of imbeciles like us! Adam also recommended this weeks Kids TV selection - Hulk Hogan's Rock 'n' Roll Wrestling. Masterpiece or utter turd. Let us decide so you don't have to sit through it!Sadly while putting the episode together it appears the internet gremlins were against us. There are a few moments where the sound quality is not up to our usual high standards. It's still fine, just not as polished as we'd like. Now that our local lockdown restrictions are relaxed we really hope to be back in the cave next week!Join the debate, you can find us on Twitter - @dads_film or you can chat with us on Discord - https://discord.gg/vmvQH2tUntil then, we remain.... Hey SuperCastamaniacs! It's time to put Saturday morning in a suplex and that is the end of my wrestling knowledge. Luckily I also know about cereal, and before the crew gets to Hulk Hogan's Rock 'N Wrestling, they discuss the Breakfast of Champions, WHEATIES! Which is better, the cereal or the cartoon? And is wrestling really a sport? Don't ask Cory...

If you've ever said a prayer, ate a vitamin, or flexed your oiled-up 24-inch pythons in front of masses of screaming fans, you owe a debt of gratitude to one Hulk Hogan. You can begin paying that debt back to him by watching his cartoon, Hulk Hogan's Rock 'n Wrestling. And trust me, watching it will feel like you're paying off a debt.
Canadian Bulldog and Stu Stone (with special guest The Big Rybowski) break down the iconic Hulk Hogan's Rock 'n' Wrestling cartoon show from the mid-1980s. Among the topics: Why were Uncle Phil and Raymond's brother involved? What were the episodes about? What's with all the casual racism? Who starred in the interstitials? What would we have liked to see happen in the series? Canadian Bulldog's World (http://canadianbulldogsworld.com) is your scrapbook for wrestling merchandise and memories.

Anil, Jamie and Rob sit down a power through Hulk Hogan's Rock 'n' Wrestling. We look back at the Golden Era of WWF's Rock and Wrestling era. How does this cartoon hold up? Did we survive Hulkimania or did we just tap out?
DPTC keeps it patriotic deep into July (a.k.a., Worldwide America Month) with a look at the cartoon debut of Mr. America himself, HULK HOGAN's Rock 'N' Wrestling, in which a cavalcade of ethnic stereotypes race for Hollywood stardom!

In this week’s episode, the boys welcome actor and comedian Christopher Corbin (Jane The Virgin, Adam Ruins Everything, Netflix’s upcoming American Vandal) to the show to talk all about The Undertaker’s Casket (RE)Match against Yokozuna at Survivor Series 1994, complete with Chuck Norris as the special outside guest referee. Also, the story of their feud is examined further in clip of the build to the match, including promos and in-ring segments also featuring Paul Bearer, Jim Cornette and more. Then, Nick drops a bombshell when he reveals that he thinks risotto is “kinda overrated” and prefers Kraft© Mac & Cheese. Plus, Chris talks about being an old school wrestling fan loving Hulk Hogan's Rock 'n' Wrestling cartoon, while Joey proposes that YSLW use their Amazon.com earnings to send Stephen to wrestling school. [Final Chapter, Pt. 1.5 - Recorded 14 days after Money In The Bank] With Saturday morning cartoons being the heart and soul of Deathcakes Podcast, a wrestling block just wouldn't be complete without delving into Hulk Hogan's Rock 'n' Wrestling, despite how horribly it holds up (oh, it's BAD, people!) The guys watched "Clean Gene"/"Andre's Giant Problem", the third episode in the short-lived series, which just so happened to air on illy's 4th birthday! "SMC-mania is running wild, Brother!" - Hulk Hogan. This week the tag team duo of Sean and Dave are joined by our special guest Matt Barron. We're jumping off the turnbuckle with an atomic elbow to bring you Hulk Hogan Rock 'n' Wrestling. Oddly enough, for a show about a wrestler that has the word "wrestling'" in the name, there is zero wrestling in this show. Will this show get a three count or will it retain the championship belt and live and wrestle another day? Tune in!
Writer and color commentator for Fight Spirit Wrestling J. Anthony Roman sits down with Nick and Lars to watch 1985's Hulk Hogan's Rock 'n' Wrestling in a special Halloween and pro-wrestling themed podcast. The episode that we watched, "Ghost Wrestlers" is about Hulk Hogan and a bunch of other mid-'80s wrestling superstars hunting for ghosts in an filthy old folks' home. It's about what you would expect. Topics discussed within include the Brad Garrett panopticon, the kayfabe Beatles, and Neo-Hartford. Send your emails to letters@breakfastquest.net! T and T watch the CBS Saturday morning cartoon Hulk Hogan's Rock 'n' Wrestling, season 01 episode 01, The Junkyard 500.
We are back with audio that sounds competent! The show we watched was 1985's "Hulk Hogan's Rock 'n' Wrestling" which is not as good as we remembered, and most of us didn't remember it being good. In the course of our discussion, we talk about just how terrible animation and writing can be, Sean breaks down the anatomy of terrible sketch, using the show's live-action interstitials as an example, the joys of marching in Tampa, Andre the Giant's carelessness with details when giving rubdowns, and the calm demeanor of Bizarro Hulk Hogan. We also have a visit from none other than the animated "Rowdy" Roddy Piper. Not the real one. We could not land that guy. Subscribe! Enjoy! Tell a friend!
An excerpt from Episode 6, where we talk with cartoon 'Rowdy' Roddy Piper, the primary villain (or heel, if you will) of the 1985 cartoon "Hulk Hogan's Rock 'n' Wrestling". There are a few jokes which you may not understand if you don't listen to the whole episode. Like when Giancarlo asks for a "rubdown". It's not as gross as it sounds.
Episode 22 - Hulk Hogan's Rock 'N' Wrestling. Put on your singlet and get ready to body slam some Andre the Giant because this week the gang triple threat matches with the Hulkster! This week we review Season 1, Episode 12: Rock 'n' Zombies. Join us as we go royal rumble all over the most stereotypical baddies out there ... including a mad Russian, burrito spitting Mexican (their words not mine!), and the little evil cane wielding Japanese guy.
